Atom had noticed Dash was acting strange through out the party. She was gazing out the window seemingly mesmerized by the moon, as it sunk lower in the the sky.

He tried to approach her about it, but was pulled away each time by Pinkie Pie introducing him to everyone. Pinkie was holding a random party and most of Ponyville had come. They never missed one of Pinkie's parties. When he finally managed to escape Pinkie he walked over to where he had last seen Rainbow.

She was gone...

Atom found Pinkie again and asked if she'd seen Rainbow leave. Pinkie replied with a usual cheery "Nope!". Atom searched the room top to bottom and found no sign of her. He asked everypony he approached, and when he found Twilight she said, "Yeah she left when I arrived, why?" .

He immediately barged past her and everypony that got in his way until he reached the door. He left without being noticed, even by Pinkie. He quickly climbed into the air. Twilight had only arrived a few minutes ago, Rainbow couldn't have gone that far even with her speed. He spotted her heading toward Sweet Apple Acres.

"Hmm...that's weird", he thought to himself, "AJ's at the party here, why would she go to Sweet Apple Acres?"

Atom took it upon himself as her dear friend to confront her about this strange behavior.
