Applejack stood in her simple little shower. She turned the knobs for the water, and shivered as the cold water hit her. Soon enough though it got much warmer.

She stood there enjoying the hot water streaming down her well toned body allowing her tense muscles to relax. She needed this after the long day of bucking apple trees.

She then stood up on her hind legs and grabbed a bottle of shampoo. She didn't like it, but she knew that sweat accumulated on her while she worked and that unless she used shampoo the smell would linger, and if she had to use it it would be, of course, apple scented.

She opened it and poured a little bit onto herself, and put it back. She then, still on her hind legs, used her forehooves to lather herself while turning around slowly to allow the spray of water to wash it off.

After a complete rotation she dropped back down to her onto her hooves. She then laid down, her mane flopping into her face as she did so.

She laid there enjoying the warm rhythmic pelting of water against her coat. She let out a sigh of content, feeling the small pain her sore muscles fade away.

"Ah should do this more often." she mumbled to herself. She stayed there turning the cold water down every few minutes when the water got cooler, until there wasn't any hot water left.

She hauled herself up with a grunt and turned off the water. She then shook her mane out of her eyes and walked out, preferring to let herself dry off naturally.
