The misadventures of a teenager living in Equestria as a pony.

Follow the adventures of a teenage boy who is transported to the world of Equestria. With a new name and look, he decides to start a new life, hoping to find friendship. This is his trilogy. (The first ten chapters are meant to be short!)

Here Comes A New Pony

“Okay relax, this'll be easy. Just go over to the ticket counter and ask for one ticket to Ponyville.”

I put one hoof on the door and slowly pushed it open. As soon as I got in, all eyes were looking at me. They were staring at a blue pegasus with a black tail and moppy black hair like what guys have in animes. I had no cutie mark. They only gave me a short stare until they decided that was enough and went on with their lives.

I tried to look casual walking over to the ticket counter, but I was still trying to get use to walking on four legs. Man, I probably look like such a jackass.

I looked at a huge square piece of wood above the ticket counter. On it were the names of cities that I knew back at home but now they have been replaced with bad puns. Next to it was the time they were leaving.

Ponyville-2:00 P.M.

I looked back at the tall clock in the middle of the station. I think it reads 1:56 P.M. Alright, I got a chance.

I got to the ticket counter and met a brown pony with a blonde mane.

“May I help you sir,” he asked in a funny british accent.

“Um...,” I never was good at talking to adult strangers, “Can I get a ticket to Ponyville?”

He went to the counter behind him and pulled a ticket off one of the wheels there. As soon as he took one ticket, another popped up in its place.

“That'll be 800 bits please”

My jaw hit the floor when I heard that.

I quickly moved my two front hooves around my new pony body, trying to look for any kind of money. I would occasionally fall on my face a few times, failing to support myself with the two other hooves.

Nothing. “Heh, heh,” I was trying to make this scene not look awkward. “I...sort of...don't have any...money”

Suddenly I was outside, face on a patch of grass.

“Darn pegasuses still trying to catch free rides on my trains!” The british pony was shaking his fist at me standing at the front of the train station.

“Hey,” I yelled back, “help a brother out man. I got no other way to get back home.”

“You're a pegasus boy. Fly home.” After doing his hand gesture of flying, he slammed the door.

Like I haven't tried to fly. As soon as I realized that I was a pegasus, my first act was trying to fly. Unfortunately, I don't know how to get my wings to get me off the ground. I'm pretty sure I'm at the level of a child pegasus when it comes to flying. I'm probably lower than that though.

I looked behind me to see the grassy field that seemed to stretch on for miles. Well I could use some practice for walking on my new legs. Who knows, I might get a cutie mark on walking. Oh man I hope not. I took in a deep sigh, then headed north to ponyville

Twilight Sparkle was frantically looking through her library, trying to find any proof of her successful spell. But she had no luck.

Suddenly, the door opened and in came her assistant Spike. In just the two seconds of seeing Twilight move all across the library, he could tell that something was bothering the unicorn.

“Twi,” he said with a worried tone, “what in the Equestria are you doing?”

Twilight just barely realized that Spike came into the house. “Oh, hi Spike,” Twilight mumbled, continuing her search.

Spike examined the books and other stuff Twilight has scattered all over the room. His face turned red at the sight of a certain item. “Twilight!” He quickly snatched up his picture of Rarity on a picnic with him that he hand-drew. “Twilight,” his face still red, “it's not like you to make a mess and go through my stuff.”

Twilight's face was now red, “Heh, sorry Spike. But we have a problem. Or at least I hope it's not a big problem. I don't know.” She dropped on her back on top of the pile of books, rubbing her temples with her hooves.

Spike got in closer to Twilight to comfort her. “Hey, c'mon Twilight, you could be over exaggerating. Remember the time where you forgot to send the princess your weekly friendship report, and you went crazy and...”

“Yes Spike, I know what happened! But this is different.” Twilight covered her face with her hooves. “I think I may have just brought some kind of evil to Equestria.”

Spike just froze up. “What exactly did you do?”

Twilight removed her hoofs from her face, showing the red in her eyes and tears going down her cheeks.

She began to tell Spike what happened.

After spending the whole day getting across the plains and practicing how to walk, I still can't fly. I'm only throwing that out there because I want to fly so damn badly. I also want my cutie mark.

It was getting hard trying to stay up and walk. I don't want to stop until I've reached some kind of civilization. But not eating for the whole day takes a toll on my fatigue. The rain may have cooled me down and kept me hydrated, but it failed to make me some dinner.

I was wobbling back and forth, fighting the urge to lay on the soft pillow-like grass that was beneath me.

Alright, so I'm weak.

I Know Her

“Um…excuse me.”

I waved my hoof like I was shooing a fly. “Go away,” I mumbled.

“I’m sorry to wake you, but…”

Wait a second, I know that voice. I quickly got up, (which hurt a little) and saw a yellow Pegasus standing in front of me. She quickly stepped back and made a little squeak sound after my swift movement. I saw her carrying a basket full of vegetables.

“Um…” Fluttershy is even cuter when you see her up close, “I don’t think it’s such a good idea to be taking a nap this close to the Everfree forest.”

I turned my head to the right to see tall trees that stretched on as if they were like the plains. I gave out a small chuckle, trying to make the scene look less awkward than it already was. “Oh…um, well I guess I was just really tired. Walking all day takes a lot out of ya.”

She gave me a shocked expression, still keeping that cuteness on her face, “you walked through all of that,” she asked, pointing her hoof at the grassy plains.

Great, now she’s probably wondering if I have a screw loose or something. After all, a Pegasus that walks for miles instead of using their wings is pretty weird. Come up with a lie, come on, you have to. “Oh yeah, I just wanted to see if I could make it across without having to use these fellas,” I tried to open my wings to show off, but I still can’t get them to work. Man, I probably sound like such a cocky ass right now. My stomach let out a large growl which added more awkwardness in the conversation.

“Did you…eat anything before you began your walk,” she asked me.

I rubbed the back of my neck, still controlling my balance, “Heh, not really.”

Fluttershy then reached in her basket and pulled out a large stem of broccoli and handed it to me. “Here.”

One instinct told me to grab it and chow down, while another told me to run away. I went with the one that would look less weird. That piece of broccoli was out of her hand and in my stomach in ten seconds flat. When I finished, she gave me another shocked look.

“Okay,” I broke the silence, “maybe I was a little hungry.”

She let out a small giggle that totally boggled my heart. Then she looked up at the sun. “Well I need to get back home now.” She began to fly off, making me totally jealous of her. Then I remembered something.

“Hey wait,” I called out to her. She turned around and flew back down to me. “How do I get to Ponyville?”

“You could fly over the Everfree forest. But whatever you do, don’t go through it. It’s way too dangerous for visitors.” Did she just call me a tourist only nicely? Hold on, wait...forest?

“The forest,” I mumbled, “You mean, like with animals and stuff.”

“Oh, don't worry, you can just fly over it” You kind of forget that you're a Pegasus when you can't fly.

“Thanks for the info. Oh, and the food.” With that, I watched as Fluttershy flew off majestically to the left of the tall trees, still making me jealous.

I stood in front of the forest now with my hooves placed firmly on the ground.

“Alright,” I started talking to myself to help motivate me, “its game time.”

On the top of the library tree, Twilight Sparkle began her search for the dimensional disruptor. Looking through her binoculars, she can see almost all of Ponyville.

Her assistant Spike brought her a cup of coffee, a worried look on his face. “Are you sure that he would come here of all places in Equestria.”

Twilight gave her assistant a defeated look. “If what I brought to Equestria is evil, he would probably want to go after the strongest source of power. Next to the princess, that's me. Have you sent my letter to the princess?”

Spike nodded his head. “Good,” a bit of relief was now placed on Twilight's face, “we may need all the help we can get.”

Just then, Spike burped out a scroll. More relief was on Twilight's face, “I knew the princess would reply soon.”

Twilight spent five minutes reading the letter, her face of relief disappearing.

“What's wrong Twi,” Spike asked the stressed Unicorn.

“Looks like it's the Nightmare Moon scene all over again,” Twilight tossed the scroll aside. “Spike, looks like it's up to us to stop this unknown evil.”

Spike's face flushed, “WAIT, WHAT?!”
