Amber

So, apparently Jewel was fired from her job. No worries. I helped her get a job with me as a paper delivery pony. She's really good at it. Not sure why she hid it from her sister and me for so long. If I knew she was in trouble, I would have helped her right away. I guess she thought that I'd be angry with her or something. Ridiculous. If one of my friends are n trouble, I help. They take priority over anything. And if we're gonna be in a band, we need to learn to trust each other in any situation. Whether it's bad or really bad, your friends need to know that you'll be there for them. That's just the kind of pony I am.

Jewel

Amber is the best friend a pony could ask for. She helped me get a job with her delivering papers. I was afraid she might scold me but she didn't. She was very cool about it. I have to say, I was expecting something else. Amber is truly one of those that you couldn't see doing a bad thing. She was just too good a pony for things like that. I'm proud to know her and to have her as a friend. With her help, we should make enough money in no time. Gem hasn't written anything in her journal to my knowledge. Guess she's waiting for something. She's weird like that. When she sets her mind on something, she does her best to get it done. [Drawing of a winking smiley face]

Amber

Today was a normal day. Nothing too special happened. Jewel's really getting the hang of delivering papers. I see a raise in her future. Gem's doing well from what I hear. She's still not planning on writing an entry until we've accomplished our goal. I may actually do that, too. Next entry will be after we've got enough money and got our place. Another thing to note, I'll probably be breaking away from our normal journal entry schedule. We usually write just before bed time, around 9:00. After we get our place, I'll probably end up writing more often.

I'm really getting the hang of the whole paper delivery thing. I may not be able to work on my fear of crowds but I'll be able to make money for the band. That's what matters at this point. I think my sister still hasn't wrote anything in her journal. I guess she really isn't going to until we get our place.

WE DID IT! We got our place. We start practicing tomorrow. I'm so happy. After all these weeks and years of dreaming we're finally on our way. This is probably the single greatest moment in my life so far. Those foals back in Kindergarten were wrong. They thought we weren't gonna make it. Guess we showed them. We showed them all.

Gem

I'M BACK! We got our place and our journey is about to begin. This is gonna be so cool. On my time off from writing, I've been practicing my guitar. I can honestly say I've gotten better at it. Can't wait for tomorrow when we start practicing. Show the girls what I've been doing in my spare time. We're gonna shine and we're gonna shine big.

We made it. I'm so happy. Our goal has been met and now we can start playing. This is by far the most exciting moment in my life. I was a little worried at the start that we weren't gonna make it anytime soon. But we did. It makes me feel like a real part of the group. I vow to do my best to help the girls and I become stars.

So, today we practiced in our hangout. We're currently working on a song to play at the mall. The owner said that there was an opening next week and we need to be ready. On a side note, Gem started up a blogging site on the internet last night in celebration of our success. I wonder how many ponies will visit it. I actually posted an intro on it myself. Ya know... Just to get things started.

So we finally were able to practice today. It was great! We're really getting good. Amber got us a gig at a mall nearby next week. I'm sure we'll be ready and that we're gonna bring the house down! Figuratively speaking, of course. I also started up a blog the other night in case we get any fans who want to chat with us. Amber already posted something on it.

I finally got to play my drums. The girls loved it. I'm sure I'll be ready for our gig at this mall next week.
