After a discussion with Rose and Daisy, Lily's anxiety becomes the subject of discussion, and her two friends convince her to take medication for her anxiousness. In a fashion befitting her anxiety, she worries unduly and overdoses, and experiences a variety of hallucinations as a result, leading her on a bizarre journey through Ponyville.
