After George,Stuart,and Will are chosen to do a teleport project for thier science project a catastriphy happens when a wire gose loose right before Stuart is teleported to the other side and he wakes up in a land unkown to him, and after he wakes up he finds Fluttershy who gose bizerk over him and offers him a place to stay while he's in Equestria, 2 days pass and he meets a friend he never thought he would see until the next migration, Margilo, but little do the 2 as well as equestria know that a villan from his very first adventure has come back for revenge and with a little help from a villan presumed to be dead after the Crystal Empire's return...

(Author's note: I am a big fan of the Stuart Little movies *Exept the 3rd one* and i thought "Hmm well Stuart Little 3:Call Of The Wild shouldn't be the last Stuart Little movie." so after brain storming and becoming a brony back in the summer of 2012 I decided now was the time to put my ideas' to plan and I am also doing this because nopony has even done a Stuart LittleXMLP:FIM crossover so I decided to be the first) (Oh and the introduction at the beginning with Stuart talking to you in the first chapter was a reference to Spider-Man 1) (Oh and one last thing I decided since the first Stuart Little had some cussing in it I decided to bring it back)
