Arby and Chief began packing up important items for the long trip ahead. Thankfully since clothes weren't a concern in Equestria, they didn't have to worry about packing them. The only outfit Arby packed was a tuxedo that Rarity designed for him for his anniversary. For Applejack, it was a fancy, country-themed dress. Normally Applejack hated wearing frivolous outfits; but if it was for her special somepony and had a bit of country in it, then it was fine by her. Arby wasn't that type of stallion who cared about what his mare looked like, he only admired her for who she was. Of course her bright green eyes and shiny blonde mane were Applejack's best qualities. When she got dirty, she still looked beautiful. The reason could be that Applejack was one of the few mares who made filth never look so good.

Arby had no idea what Chief was packing, but it was probably multiple volumes of Playcolt magazine. If Chief couldn't have video games, then he might as well find something to masturbate too; and Equestria's #1 porn magazine was the perfect item for doing that. He loved to jack off to sexy mares who were in all of these scandalous, but extremely hot postures. His most favorite section was the Wet Mane one. Spike already went through this sort of transformation already, but was cured and reverted back to normal when he realized he was more generous then he thought; especially toward the mare of his dreams. The final one being of course being driven by sexual arousal. Spike has not yet experienced it, but Arby will not allow him too. Some traits about a dragon should be left alone

"Chief, are you almost ready?" Arby asked standing in the door of Cheif's room.

"Never gets old. I was just asking you if you were all packed up and ready for the train ride to the Crystal Empire. It's going to be a two day trip."

Arby nodded contently and was about to turn around and head back before he noticed a tiny packet with the name of Exlax on it.

"Okay Chief, what the fuck are those?" Arby asked pointing a hoof at the small box.

Chief turned back toward him and followed the direction that Arby was pointing at.

"diarrh3a drugs" Chief replied casually.

Arby trotted over and picked up the container.

"Laxatives? Chief why on Equestria would you need these? You don't have constipation."

"if the f00d tast3s liek shit, i want it 0ut of mah syst3m emidat3ly" Chief explained.

"I'm sure the food is very tantalizing there," Arby reassured.

"Suit yourself, Chief. But please hurry up," Arby said and finally left.

Chief turned to make sure that Arby had really left the room. When he found out he was alone, he focused his attention on the laxatives and picked them up in his hoof and stared at the container.

Apparently laxatives and other pharmaceutical medicines from Arby and Chief's world were also introduced to Equestria as well.  

After sometime, Arby and Chief finally met up with the girls at the train station who welcomed them with smiles. Arby and Applejack hugged and kissed one another while Chief was trying not to puke in his helmet.

"Glad you two could make it. The train was going to leave in five minutes," Twilight said with a relieved sigh.

"Me too, I wouldn't miss it for the world," Arby said grinning.

"i w00d" Chief butted.

Everypony ignored him.

"So do ya know what today is sugarcube?" Applejack seductively asked Arby.

"You bet my sweet little caramel apple," Arby replied giving Applejack another passionate kiss on the lips. "My gift to you is already in storage on the train. All I can say it's as delectable as you."

"Oh sweetheart!" Applejack exclaimed along with more feverish kissing.

The rest of the girls awed while Chief tried to barf his guts out.

"gag gag gag" Chief uttered.

"C'mon Chief, lighten up will you? This is a very special day for Arby and AJ. Can't you show a bit of support?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Don't be 'disgusted face' darling! Romance is a wonderful thing! Sure there is a hint of degrading activity in it, but it's still beautiful," Rarity scolded.

"Love is also something worth throwing a party for!" Pinkie Pie added enthusiastically.

"Um.. forgive me for saying so, but their all correct Chief. You have to be more supportive toward friends if you like it or not," Fluttershy timidly said.

Everypony just sighed and boarded the train.

During the trip, Arby sat next to Applejack, along with the rest of her friends and talked while Chief sat by himself. Every once in a while, he would grab a volume of Playcolt magazine from the storage area above him, and head to the trains single occupant restroom to take care of some urgent business.

"I still don't understand how you put up with him," Twilight said to Arby when they saw Chief vanish from sight.

"Sometimes I don't either, but without him; I wouldn't have anypony or anybody to keep me company," Arby explained.

"What about Jon?" Rainbow Dash asked. "Didn't he live with you guys?"

"Yes but I think he would have a shit fit if he knew his toys were alive. Plus he was hardly ever home."

"I'm sure he was just out partying!" Pinkie said with an excited grin.

"That could really be possible, Pinkie. But like I've said before, Chief inhabited the apartment first and I think he really liked it that way. It was only him and his precious Halo. The video game seemed to be his only friend, so he believed he didn't need to make real ones," Arby explained.

"So in a sense he was kind of like me?" Twilight asked.

"Perhaps, but the complete opposite. Instead of reading and studying to learn about all the wonders of the world around him, Chief loved to trash talk to other players across the globe. It's surprising he's been playing the same game for years now, and he still hasn't developed any real skill."

"Well if that's the life he wants to live, then I guess we have to learn to accept it," Fluttershy said.

"It's actually sad really," Rarity stated. "That he makes choices that make him insignificant."

"I admit I've tried to make him a better being, but he seems to always want to walk back on his own path. There is just no easy way to reform him."

"I could try, but is it okay to mention I would want to strap him too a leash?" Fluttershy asked.

"Haha! That would be fine by me, Fluttershy. But you better make sure it's very strong, and very short,"" Arby joked. Fluttershy and the rest of the gang all giggled.

"So Twilight; you said that you were going to explain the history of the Crystal Empire and the adventures you had there?" Arby reminded Twilight.

"Oh yes of course, I could I forget. Well it goes something like this."

Twilight told a long story about the adventures she's had at the Crystal Empire. There were only two to be exact. One was when Twilight and her friends saved the kingdom from the malevolent spirit of the tyrannical King Sombra who ruled the empire with an evil hoof thousands of years ago. He caused so much pain and grief to it's citizens, that they lost all happiness and memories of their former selves. After Sombra's imprisonment to the shadows, the empire vanished into the winter cold wasteland along with it's inhabitants who were stuck in time. When Twilight and her friends recovered the Crystal Heart, and returned it to it's proper place, the empire came back to it's former glory; but not before Sombra's shadowy spirit was sent back to where it came from, thanks to the magic of love between Shining Armor and Cadence. The second escapade happened when Twilight and her friends returned to the empire after Twilight became an alicorn princess. Her crown and her element were stolen by Celestia's former student, Sunset Shimmer. Twilight explained she followed Sunset into an alternate world where she was magically transformed into a teenage human girl.

This strongly intrigued Arby.

"So you're saying that you have come across humans before, while being turned into one yourself?" Arby asked.

"When you put it that way, yes. But what was even more surprising is that there were counterparts for each of my friends," Twilight said addressing eachpony.

"I still can't believe how awesome mine was!" Rainbow Dash exclaimed.

"Was mine really that pretty?" Fluttershy asked with a small blush.

"Ooh I wish I could have planned a party with myself! It would be so exciting!" Pinkie proclaimed bouncing.

"I would've loved to share fabulous dress designs with mine," Rarity said fluffing her mane with her hoof.

"I wonder if their are any counterparts of me or Chief?" Arby asked.

"I wouldn't think so. Judging from what I observed, there were only counterparts for those who already lived in Equestria. Since you two already lived in a human world, I highly doubt their are already human versions of yourselves living in the alternate world," Twlight explained.

"Do you think it would be okay if I investigated this world one day? I would love to learn more about this dimension. Chief would have to stay behind through. Who knows what sort of trouble he'll cause."

"That's up too my brother and Cadence to decide. The thing is through that the portal only opens once every thirty moons for three days. Three moons have passed already," Twilight replied.

"That's okay, I can wait that long. Plus it didn't have to be today," Arby said looking at Applejack lovingly. "Me and Applejack have plans."

"Ya always know the right words ta say," Applejack said and kissed him.

Arby really loved it when she made a rhyme after some of his statements. It didn't happen everytime, but Arby still enjoyed it and it proved how much how close they both were.

Everypony caught AJ's rhyme and giggled. Soon they were all laughing.

"wtf r u nubcakes laughing at?" Chief asked returning from his private ceremony of 'self-pleasure'.

Their giggling immediately ceased.

"Just some funny moments in history, Chief. Nothing you would be interested in," Arby replied.

"Nothing sexual discussed here, Chief."

Everypony knew it was a good idea to keep the secret about the portal from Chief. If he found out about it, Tartarus would definitely be unleashed in the parallel world and Arby would have to find a way to drag Chief out of it.

He just prayed he wouldn't have to do that.

Chief already had something hidden up his sleeve already for a good time. It would happen with the feast they would be having at the palace.
