Chapter 1: Sunset arrives in Gm_bigcity

One day, when Sunset Shimmer was just getting out of Canterlot High School, she discovered a new portal that she never knew even existed. Out of curiosity alone, she enters the portal, and she sees a vortex of images, from big cities to flat plains. When the swirling vortex stops, Sunset Shimmer finds herself lying down on the ground, but she is in her unicorn form. However, she sees ponies as well as humans.

"How strange. A world that has both ponies and humans? I might like it here."

However, she did wonder where she was. Sunset Shimmer was about to walk around the city she was in, but a black man in a business suit bumped into her.

"Sorry sir!" she said, "I didn't see where I was going."

The man stared at Sunset Shimmer, and said, "It's all good Ms. By the way, I'm Louis! What's your name?"

"I am Sunset Shimmer. It's nice to meet you Louis."

Sunset Shimmer then asked Louis where she was, and Louis replied, "You're in gm_bigcity Sunset Shimmer. I take it you're new around here in this world of Garry's Mod?"

Sunset replied with, "Yes I am new here, and what is this world of Garry's Mod?"

Louis replied with, "Garry's Mod is a world where almost anything can happen. Even the logic here can go all screwy sometimes! But enough about that, come on; I'll take you to my apartment." On the way to Louis' apartment, Sunset Shimmer witnessed something rather disturbing. She saw something like this:

At the mere sight of this, Sunset Shimmer vomited and her eyes shrunk. It looked something like this:

When they finally arrived at Louis' apartment building, Sunset Shimmer was amazed at how beautiful the suite that Louis lived in was. She soon got comfortable on a couch and decided to watch some T.V. Apparantly, the Gmod Idiot Box was the latest popular television show in the world of Garry's Mod. And to have Sunset Shimmer describe it: "It was amusing, and intriguing, but somewhat disturbing. "So Louis, what do you do around here?" she asked.

"I like to play some games on my Xbox 360, but I also hang out with my friends Zoey, Francis and Bill. I also have a job where I help people fix their computers."

Sunset replied with, "Sounds interesting."

"What about you Sunset Shimmer? What do you do?" asked Louis.

Sunset Shimmer replied with, "Well, I am in high school. But I also was a personal student of Princess Celestia; before she replaced me after I left. The name of the pony who took my place was Twilight Sparkle. But enough about that, what are your friends like?"

"Zoey is a great girl to hang out with. She knows how to have a good time; and she is a great shot with a gun. Francis, he's more gangster. You talk to him and he tries to be all badass, and he says he hates pretty much everything. Francis is always negative when I try to be positive. Bill was a war veteran from Vietnam. He is the one of us who helped us out when we get into tight situations."

"Wow," said Sunset Shimmer, "Your friends sound like some pretty cool people. I might like to meet them sometime."

"Okay. I'll introduce you to them tomorrow." said Louis.

Second fanfiction attempt. If any of you do not like Garry's Mod or any of the randomness that may happen in this fanfiction, I suggest that you leave now. If any of you are seriously devoted Gmod fans, and watch famous gmod youtubers, feel free to give me some ideas. I'll be sure to credit you.

Chapter 2: Sunset meets Louis' friends

The morning after Sunset's first night with Louis, they decided to head to the park in gm_bigcity. There, Sunset Shimmer spotted a bald man in a gangster suit, a woman in a red jacket with black hair done in a ponytail, and an old man in a green military uniform.

"I take it these are your friends Louis?" asked Sunset Shimmer.

Louis replied with, "Yup. These are my friends. Zoey, meet Sunset Shimmer. Sunset Shimmer, meet Zoey."

Zoey then walked up to Sunset Shimmer, and when she stretched out her arm to give her a handshake, or hoofshake in pony terms, Sunset Shimmer took on her human form. All of the Survivors and Sunset Shimmer herself were surprised by the sudden transformation from unicorn to human. And Sunset Shimmer thought to herself, "Interesting. I appear to be able to change my form at will from human to pony. This will come in handy."

"Wow! I didn't know that ponies like you could turn into humans! Nice leather jacket by the way." said Zoey.

Francis then said, "I've gotta agree with Zoey, that's a nice leather jacket you got there. Almost as nice as this sweet vest."

"Thank you both. Just make sure nothing gets on this jacket and we'll get along just fine." said Sunset Shimmer.

"Ah for god's sake! You're just like Francis thinking you're special with your leather jackets. Though you've got guts Sunset Shimmer, I'll give you that." said Bill.

"So Francis, what do you like to do in your free time?" asked Sunset Shimmer.

Francis replied with, "I like to go down to the club, ride my motorcycle, kill zombies, and get drunk and laid."

Sunset Shimmer replied to this with, "Heh. I like your style! Maybe I can see that awesome motorcycle of yours later?"

"Sure thing Sunset. Just make sure that you don't get anything on my vest."

"I'll keep clear of getting your vest messed up if you don't mess up my leather jacket."

"Agreed Sunset Shimmer. Besides, your jacket is too awesome to let it get dirty." Just after Francis said this, a jar full of yellow... liquid decided to fall on Sunset Shimmer, but Francis pulled her out of the way before it hit her.

"OH GROSS! WHAT WAS THAT?" said Sunset Shimmer.

Francis replied with, "That is something wretched called JARATE. I'd rather not tell you what it is. You'd barf after hearing what it is."

As Sunset Shimmer was about to reply to Francis, she looked to her side and saw a unicorn with a bright pink mane and a purple hat staring at her. Sunset Shimmer noticed that the unicorn looked similar to Rarity, except the hair was brighter, she wore a hat, and she had a jeweled gauntlet enfused to her front-right leg.

"Hey Francis, who's that unicorn over there?"

When Francis looked at the unicorn she turned her head to him, and Francis went, "OH NO! IT'S RARIFRUIT!"

The other Survivors started screaming and Sunset Shimmer asked, "Who is RariFruit?"

Francis replied with, "RariFruit is one of the Elements of Insanity. She is a pony infused with a powerful monster known as RubberFruit. Being infused with RubberFruit has made her greedy and she will take any valuable things you have and shout out 'MINE!' She is the Element of Greed."

Sunset Shimmer was intrigued by RariFruit and decided to go up and talk to her. RariFruit looked at Sunset Shimmer making a noticeable cracking sound as her neck turned.

RariFruit was the first to speak, "HI! I don't remember ever seeing you here before. You must be new here to Gmod! I'm RariFruit, proud member of the Elements of Insanity, Element of Greed, and taker of shinies and lives. Who are you silly human?"

Sunset Shimmer frowned at being called silly, but she held back and said, "I'm Sunset Shimmer. By the way, I'm not actually human," after saying the word 'human', Sunset Shimmer turned into her unicorn form, "I'm actually a pony like you!"

RariFruit stood unfazed by the transformation, and said "So you're a pony who can turn into a human? I believe our leader has been through a similar scenario. You will come with me to my leader now or I rip off your head with my Gauntlet of Greed." Left with no choice, Sunset Shimmer agrees to go with RariFruit.
