Dear Mister President,

I am sure you have been notified of the events that have recently accord in ADX Florence. I showed the same concern when contact with the prison was lost along with it power. Logically, I assembled a team of National Guard personnel to survey and assist the faculty members of the facility. I am also sure that you have seen the footage recovered from that team and the footage themselves made during their time in ADX.

I am sure that you have analyzed the barricades made throughout the prison and the bodies of the inmates and faculty members working together to keep the barriers intact. From what was collected there were multiple attacks upon the prison. the first attack happened fast and thorough. To prevent panic and possible riots within the prison, the guards placed the prison into lockdown, thus shutting down the radio signals. The attackers must have attacked near the generators because fifteen minutes after the attack, the power was down. This prevented the guards from closing all the gates and then releasing all the remaining inmates of the prison.

The survivors put up the barriers to try to prevent the attackers from getting to them. It was a full three hours before the team arrived. When they arrived they surveyed the complex and found the bodies of the victims of the first attack. And then they found survivors. From what was collected, the guards heard gunshots and screaming coming from the south wing of the prison. When they arrived they saw guards trying to put on body armor as they continued to fire at something that was attacking both inmates and faculty members. The personnel within the wing decided to try to save the inmates trapped int he cells by releasing them and guiding them to the courtyard of the prison. The witnesses in the courtyard assisted the survivors of the south wing to close the gate to prevent whoever was attacking the prison from traveling to other wings. It was also reported that there were inmates and guards still inside.

In the middle of one of the interviews, the intruders broke through on the barriers and began attacking the remaining survivors. This continued on and on until a small group was still alive. It was implied that there were others still alive in other parts of the prison, but when a recovery team arrived, they found none still alive. Then the remaining survivors made a last stand towards stopping whoever was committed this massacre. The gunfight only lasted for a few minutes before it came to a grisly end.

Though the footage of the operation may appear confusing to you, there is something crystal clear being shown in the tapes. We have come into contact with an enemy that can easily break into the most secure complexes this nation has and do as its pleases. I urge you that you will have the complete cooperation with me and my colleagues so we can figure out who this enemy is and put a stop to this. For the faculty and even the prisoners that lost their lives during this horrible ordeal. And for the personnel that went into the prison and came out in body bags.
