luna and discord have a son he is a little bit....diferent
discord goes to nightmare moon while she is on the moon to propose a deal. he lets her escape she gives him a heir this is the story of their son.
Chapter one
Nightmare Moon walked across the moon, her hooves making huge dents in its surface. Pathetic ponies! Sure, they love Celestia, but what do I get? Their love, their compassion? NO!! I get their hate and fear. I’ll show them. I’ll show them ALL!
“I can help you,” a voice whispered in her ear.
She turned around.
“Who are you?” she snarled
“Just a friend,” the voice said.
“Show yourself” Nightmare Moon yelled. The air in front of her shimmered, then a beast with the hands of an eagle and a lion, the feet of a dragon and moose, the tail of a sea serpent, and a long brown gray neck with a sadistic smile on its face appeared in front of her.
“Hello Luna….or should I say, Nightmare Moon?”
“Discord” she growled, and her horn started to glow a sickly dark blue.
“Whoa! I don’t want to fight. I just came to strike a deal,” Discord laughed
“What is it?” she said as her horn dulled a little bit. Discord slithered over to her and put a paw on her shoulder. “I can provide a way out,” he whispered in her ear.
Nightmare Moon’s eyes widened for a second but she shook her head. “What do you want in return for it?” she asked.
“An heir” he whispered in her ear. Her eyes widened and Discord smirked. With the situation she is in I wouldn’t be surprised if she agrees
“Fine, but I want to know how you will do it. I’ve been here for 1000 years and I haven’t found a way out” she said.
“I’m glad you brought that up. You see, Princess Celestia made one mistake in trapping you here.”
“And that is?” Nightmare Moon asked.
“Well, as you know she is the being of the Sun,” Discord said. “The thing is, in one day the eclipse is coming and that will drain all of her powers away and that is when you escape.”
“With my knowledge and your…how do I say this…brute strength we will be able to get you out of this hell hole. So what do ya say Nightmare?” Discord asked.
“I’ll do it” she said eagerly but then remembered the condition. She glared at him a bit then shrugged. She would need someone to rule with her so this worked out just fine although she would of preferred her mate to be less…insane. However, she had learned to take what she could get and she was definitely taking this.
End Of Prologue.
Chapter one
Black Magic stumbled along the side walk in Canterlot, his wings drooping while ponies recoiled in fear. He saw the fear on their faces and nearly cried.
“Why me?” he said. With his head down he trudged along to his apartment. He climbed up the stairs to the top floor and sighed. He wasn’t surprised to see a guard colt waiting for him. “Black Magic, sir” he said.
“Yes?” he asked. The guard started to sweat and Black Magic could see the fear on his face.
“Erm, I have a letter for you from Princess Celestia,” the guard said as he handed him the letter. Wasting no time, he flew off towards the castle. Black Magic just lowered his head and walked inside. He placed the letter on the table and looked at his apartment. He looked at the picture of him and his adoptive mother, Princess Celestia. She had insisted that he live in the castle with her but he had refused. He could maybe manage walking through the town without loosing it but if he lived in the castle everyone would quiver in fear of him. Then he might get angry and reveal his true form.
So he had just chose this small apartment at the edge of town. He liked it, it was small but it had a fairly good place to train. He could only do magic at night. He remembered the rhyme Celestia had made for him when he was a filly. “Pegasus by day, unicorn by night, don’t get angry or you’ll give everyone a fright.” It had sounded innocent enough, so only if a pony knew him did it make sense.
His eyes flickered over the bookshelf and his bed. His gaze settled upon a huge heap of scrolls. He had stolen them from the castle’s secret library in the basement. It held scrolls of all the most ancient and forbidden magic known to Equestria. After reading one –it was about shape shifting – he had decided that he liked them, so he used his magic to levitate about 20 of them, and left.
Chapter 2 the trip to ponyvile
Chapter 2
Black Magic awoke in a cold sweat. His mane had become sticky from the perspiration. He lifted himself out of his bed and stumbled to the living room.
He looked at the clock; it read 4:30 am. “Good still got some night left time to train,” he said as he walked up stairs.
As he reached the end of the steps he began to meditate. Most ponies would just try magic right away. He had learned that before intense magic you needed to clear your mind and relax. It was very efficient as it took less energy to do spells relaxed and also it just helped him to think straight. After 30 minutes of deep meditation he stood up.
He closed his eyes and concentrated. Soon his horn began to light up with a deep black color. The air in front of him began shimmer as the glow bright light shot from his horn and it flew up into the sky. He heard thunder as his lightning began to get larger and it soon became three times the size of his horn. Black lightning bolt faded away.
He wiped the sweat off his brow. “Whew that was hard” he said. “What should I do next” he wondered and he looked at a note taped to one of the polls on the apartment roof. It read: teleport spell, check, invisibility spell, check, lighting spell. He checked that off.
“Hmm looks like I’ve run out of things to do” he said to himself. He walked down the steps and to the pile of scrolls. He randomly selected one and began reading. He soon began to get lost in it his eyes quickly flickering across the pages. Soon he stop short in mid sentence to hear his door bell ring.
He slowly got up and stared through the peep hole. Outside there was a guard standing in bronze armor waiting patiently. He opened the door “yes” he said as he squinted as his eyes adjusted to the light.
The guard stared at him for a bit then spoke in a deep rumbling voice “the princess requests you presence at the castle” he said.
Black Magic’s eyes widened as he slowly remembered the letter he had received the day previously. “Oh yeah that can you excuse me for a moment” he asked and slammed the door. He looked in his closet. Even though his mom was princess celestia he still need to dress up. He picked a dark black shirt and ran to the bathroom to put it on.
He was out within seconds and dashed back to the door. He opened it and said “ok I’m ready so will you escort me or do I have to walk there on my own”? He waited for the fear to dance in the colt’s eyes and him to reply no and fly off but all the colt did was just stare off into space for a bit and replied “only if you want me to I could care either way”. Black magic stared at him suspiciously for a moment then smiled. Well at least this pony was not afraid of him maybe the ones in pony vile would be the same.
The guard stared off then shook his head. “This way” he said and flew off.
Black magic had no trouble keeping up with him. The colt was big but not very fast. Black magic flew circles around him. To his surprise the guard stopped short and black magic only realized why after he slammed into canterlot castle. He slid down to the floor his eyes spinning.
“We are here” he said and slowly walked off. Black magic stared up at the castle and walked in. his head drooped more and more as maids quivered and guards flinched. He finally reached his moms room.
He walked in and was surprised to see her still in her silk panamas. “Oh Black good to see you have a seat” she said as she gestured to the chair next to her. He said down and waited patiently. “As you know I am sending you to pony vile” she said
“I want no complaints or objections ok” she asked not waiting for an answer. “You will be staying with my student twilight sparkle”.
“Ok so when will I leave” he asked.
“Right now she said and she opened the door with her magic. Your chariot is waiting for you outside so please don’t hesitate” she said “it is a 3 hour drive so I hope your ok with being board”. She winked and added “and twilight is single”. He blushed as she ushered him to the door. “Go on your wasting time here you need to make some friends” she said as she pushed him outside.
“But-“he started but she closed the door on him. He walked back outside the castle and looked around for a chariot. “Where is it?” he asked.
As if to answer his question the same guard from the morning flew by with a gold and white chariot strapped to his back. “Ready to go” he asked.
Black magic climed up in the seat. He gave a nod to the colt and he took off.
Half way through the trip he fell asleep. He awoke to someone shaking his shoulder.
His eyes snapped open and he jumped up and looked around. He relaxed as he saw the guard pony.
“Where here” he said.
Black magic looked around there were ponies all around him of different shapes and sizes. He turned around to ask the guard a question but he had already flew off.
He walked forward into the town the noise of chattering ponies getting louder. He stopped a pink pony with curly pink hair in front of him.
“Excuse me miss” he asked “I’m looking for twilight sparkly”. The pink mare just gasped and said “oh hi I is this your first time here ouch will you be my friend oh this one time when this donkey came to town-“ she ranted.
“EXUSE ME!!” he yelled “do you know where twilight sparkles house is?” he asked. “Oh yeah over there” she pointed to a big tree with a door in it.
“Thanks” he said as he trotted off to the tree. He looked through the windows. He could see no pony in sight. He shrugged and walked up to the door and rang the door bell.
