The elder pegasus stallions staggered backwards. Nearly stumbling over their own hooves. While the guards continued to enslave the ponies of Ponyville and attack the group, the Lords were stunned. Hovering upside down, was a cyan mare. Her colourful mane, wavy but still hung over face slightly. Even though she was upside down. Her black cloak hung beside her body. Draping over her sleek body and gently flowing in as her wings flapped. Although bandaged, Rainbow was strong. Pushing the pain away. Despite it screaming at her. Her hood was hanging behind head. She gave a playful smirk.

"B-but....you're dead!"

"Then this shouldn't hurt at all." The mare flipped forwards. Kicking them in the face. Two of the Lords fell to the floor. Clutching their now bloodied snouts. While they were groaning in pain, Rainbow stood before them. The Lord who was not injured, pulled out a near by guard's sword and held it before him. The silver glimmering in the sun. The swirls engraved onto it clearly shining in the light of the burning flames. He growled as he snapped his wings open. His large blue wings.

"We shall not lose to you, Rainbow Miriam Dashery!!"

"Oh, you won't lose to me. You'll lose to The Creed." Rainbow hissed as the stallion launched forwards. Raising the sparkling white sword. The assassin used her trusted dagger to block the elegant blade striking her. She gritted her teeth as the stallion pushed the sword down further. Rainbow glanced at the group of ponies further back. Twilight was beside Cadence and Fluttershy. The two young alicorns shot beams and hovered the guards away. While, surprisingly, Fluttershy kicked at the guards. Applejack was bucking them away, and Rarity was shooting her beautiful arrows. Which now embedded themselves in the chests of many pegasus stallions. A bouncy pink pony whipped out a large blue canon. Blasting out burst of confetti. Blowing the enemies away. Meanwhile, Celestia and Luna were as well fighting, they were helping the towns-ponies. The grand white alicorn hovered the scared ponies out of the burning homes and taking them to a safer place. The shorter and thinner blue alicorn held a large staff in her milky blue aura. The staff was half blade. With a large crescent moon at the top. Stars made of diamonds swirled down the top, gradually getting smaller. Scarlet red blood dripped from the blade.

Rainbow shakily stepped back. Making the Lord fall forwards. Onto the ground. The pegasus mare jumped up and glided on top of one the balconies on a small cottage.

"Prohibere, parri mea! Siste! Ego ad colligunt Symbolum! Et perducant te in uictoria Desine sanguine super innocéntem et utere tuo uirium vincere hostes tuos!" She yelled confidently. Suddenly, about a quarter of the attacking ponies stopped. They stared up to the Leader, standing in the sunlight.

"Of course, ma'am!"

"Protect the innocent ones!!" They all began to fight the Pegasi Guards. The Lords gasped at the sight.

"Come back here, you little wrench!!" He was about to get up, until a light blue blur struck him down. Now, a baby blue stallion hovered above him.

"You mess with her, you mess with me!" Stallion hissed as he punched the Lord again.

The whole of Ponyville was in chaos. With the princesses, Wonderbolts and assassins fighting. The houses burning. But one little thing was missing.

One certain someone.

A golden glow surrounded the Pegasi Lords' chariot. And before anypony could say something or actually notice the hovering object. It flashed and turned into a large purple tree. Which span upside down. But nopony noticed. They were all too busy.

"Urg! The one time I want somepony to notice me on purpose." A voice huffed.

"Hey! Dash!!"

"What?!" Somepony screamed angrily in reply.

"A little help, please." The stallion smiled sheepishly. Two guards pushed him against a wall. His wing was outspread and stuck to the wall by a jagged piece of wood. Blood stained his pale blue feathers. The two guards attempted to stab him, but were suddenly struck down. A shadowed figure of a mare trotted up to the injured stallion.

"Thanks, Rainbow." He sighed as the assassin took hold of the wood in his wing. But he yelled out in pain as the piece of debris was yanked out. He felt the rough surface tug against the flesh of his wing. Screaming hot pain blasted through his body. Tears flooded his eyes. He was about to scream out in pain. Until a set of lips were pushed against his. Both his and mare's tongues wrestled inside their mouths. The mare delicately rubbed her hoof on the Wonderbolt's wing. Which twitched furiously with each touch.

Soarin gently pushed his lover away.
"Thanks, Dashie." He grinned.

"Anything for you." She seductively whispered. Batting her glimmering rose eyes. "Now come on."

The fires were now out. Only thick black smoke poured out of the houses. Celestia's tall elegant white horn lit up with her golden glow. The grand alicorn was attempting to fix the damage that was done. And she also placed a protective shield over Town Hall. Where all the defenceless ponies were. Like fillies and colts. Old mares and stallions. Mothers and fathers who couldn't fight. Celestia trotted past the smoke filled houses. Including a young unicorn's boutique.

Nothing came out of the boutique. No smoke. No flames. Why did the guards leave this place? Curious, Princess Celestia walked up to the building. Feeling guilty that she had let her sister to handle everything, she bit her lip. But proceeded forwards.

"They'll be okay. I'll only check Rarity's place. Something is unusual about this." The white mare gently knocked on the indigo door. There was no answer. But a load of banging from upstairs. Celestia carefully unlocked the door with her magic. It quietly creaked open. Celestia carefully trotted into the large room. It was full of mannequins, fabric, jewels, already made outfits and colourful ribbons. She came to a stop as there was more shuffling upstairs. The alicorn found the staircase. And began to make her way up them.

She had reached the top. Quietly. Making sure her golden slippers didn't clink as she went up. When she had reached the top, she saw five different doors. One was open and revealed a sink. And a golden footed bath tub. Another door had a piece of paper stuck onto it. And written in pink was,

Upon the door was lots of pink and purple love hearts. Celestia sweetly smiled. Sweetie Belle. The younger sister of Rarity. A short but sweet young filly. She vividly remembered the little unicorn. With a sweet song.

"Scoots! Ya sitting on ma leg!"

"Shhh!"

Celestia perked up. She quickly turned to the source of the noise. Another sign was upon this door.

Slowly, Celestia pushed the door open. But no sooner had she entered, a flash of green appeared before her.

"Stay away! Or I'll burn you al-Princess Celestia!!"

The elder alicorn opened her rose eyes again. Before her stood a short purple dragon. Sheepishly smiling.

"Errr...sorry, your highness. There's a bit of something...on your face." He stuttered. Giggling could be heard from inside a cupboard.

Dark black soot coated the princess's white face. Bits of her hair was also burnt. Smoking slightly. But the alicorn still smiled.

"It's okay, Spike. It was only an accident." She chuckled as a white hoof-kerchief wiped away the thick layer of soot off her face. She managed to get most of it off. But black and grey marks were all over her face. And her hair was still slightly burnt.

Spike smiled at the goddess's forgiving nature.
"Girls. It's okay. It's Princess Celestia."

As soon as Spike had called out, three little fillies tumbled out of a small cupboard. In a heap upon the floor, they gazed at their ruler.

"H-hello, Princess Celestia." Scootaloo smiled as Sweetie Belle clambered off the young pegasus.

"Yes. Hello girls. But why are you here?"

"Spitfire and Thunder told us to." Sweetie squeaked.

"An told Spike ta look after us."

"We heard yelling and screaming outside."

"Blood on the walls!"

"Smoke and fire!" They all wailed. Celestia nuzzled the frightened ponies.

"It's quite alright, young ones. You are safe." She soothed.

"Is everyone okay?"

"Applejack? Fluttershy? Pinkie? Everypony else?"

"They are fine, Applebloom."

"What about Rainbow?"

"She's okay too."

Suddenly, a bright golden glow flickered in the room. A tall figure was silhouetted against the light.

"Celestia! For crying out loud! Where have you been?"

"Discord?"

The light dispersed. Leaving the others to clearly see a tall, distressed draconequus standing before them. In his paw, rolled up, was a scroll.

"I've been trying to get you all day!! This is important!!" He yelled. It was obvious that he was frustrated. All his little plans failed. He would have done something drastic, but at the risk of either getting into a fight or Princess Twilight zapping him, he referred to his little ideas.

"Why? What is it?"

"This!" Discord lifted up the scroll. "I found something. Something that can stop all of this!"

"So why didn't you tell me earlier?"

Discord groaned.
"I did, you stupid mare!! But all of you galloped off!!"

"Right. Sorry." Celestia apologised. Discord just sighed. "Well, what is it then?"

"I'll tell you in the minute. We need to get everyone to stop and listen to me. But with you lot fighting-"

"Fighting?!" Scootaloo cried.

"I can't get a word in edge ways!!"

"Okay, Discord. Let's go. Hopefully they'll listen to me." The white alicorn began to trot out of the room. Spike and the girls just stared.

"They won't listen. We need somepony with a higher authority. The Lords and guards won't listen to me, you, your sister or the two other ones."

"Cadence and Twilight." Spike pointed out.

"Yeah. Heart Arse and Flashlight." Discord muttered. Celestia glared at the spirit of chaos but he only smirked back.

"What about Spitfire? She's in charge of the Equestrian Air Force."

"No Spike. She quit."

"What about Dash?"

Everyone's heads turned to the amber pegasus filly, with scruffy fuchsia hair. She sheepishly smiled as everypony stared.

"Well...Dash is the leader of The Creed. The highest defense."

"You know what? I like where you're taking this idea. Celestia. Where is Rainbow Dash?"

"Errrrrr....." The goddess scanned her mind for the rainbow pegasus. "The last time I saw her....she was helping Soarin out. She took out two guards in an alleyway by the flower shop."

"Well come on then! We have no time to waste! The quicker this is done, I can return to my land of chaos." Discord huffed.

"Land of chaos?"

"I ain't saying a word. You'll probably turn me to stone again." He stuck his forked tongue out as he began to disappear.

"Diiiisssccooooorrrddd!!" Celestia whined.

"I'll meet you by town hall." And in a flash, he was gone. Celestia rolled her eyes. As annoying as Discord can be, she's just glad to have him back. To his old playful self. Before he changed to evil.
"Spike. Come with me. Along with the girls. You'll be safer in Town Hall than here."

The others shares a look of confusion. But reluctantly followed the princess. Out of the boutique. Celestia hovered them all onto her back. To keep them safe from harms way.

"Whatever you have in store, Discord, it better be good enough. Otherwise, we have lost completely." She whispered. Her rose eyes staring at the crowd of ponies fighting pegasi guards. And a certain black cloaked figure gliding place from place. "We have no other hope left."
