Nostalgia is one of the few activities I am permitted in my gilded prison. I remember the castle of the very first unicorn king. I learned to read and do magic at Celestia’s hoofs, I was her first student. Who is this usurper?

And so it slithers back into my heart; an old foe. An emotion I have stopped trusting myself to feel, jealousy. But what would I do with it? Would I steal a place my sister no longer trusts me to have from a pony who has done me no wrong? Jealousy is such a stupid petty thing when looked at critically.
