Pack your Bags! We're Going Earth!

Welcome everypony! My name is Spellblade, the most powerful unicorn and I originate from Earth. I got stuck in Equestria after a rift opened at the park. Anyways, my adventures with the mane six is fun, but Celestia allowed me to visit Earth. Here's my Earthly story.

I walked around the house finding things to pack up. I picked up my sword and allowed it to disappear. "I summon you when needed." I said to the sword.

[YEAH! We're goin' to Mexico!] exclaimed Eclipse.

{You know. For a conscience you are quite annoying.}

<Yeah, Eclipse! Everyone knows we're going to Vegas>

{No, we are not Solar.}

[<AAWW!>] Solar and Eclipse complained.

Suddenly, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I yelled. A lavendar pony came in. "Hello there!"

"Uh, Ethan what are you doing?" She asked.

"I packing up, Twilight." I lowered the briefcase down the table.

"You're leaving?"

"Well it's only for a while. Princess Celestia allowed me to visit Earth for a few days." I sat down making sandwiches. "You and the others can come along if they like."

"Are you sure because I don't want to intrude."

"It's fine really. Besides I still have to show those huge libraries." Twilight's eyes glowed.

"I'll ask the girls if they want to come."

"Alrighty then, it's settled. To Earth!"

I'm Back California!

In a huge palace, stood seven ponies next to a blue, swirling vortex. "Now then, is everypony ready?" Then princess asked. We all nodded. Applejack stepped forward.

"Are you sure this is safe?" Applejack stared at the portal.

"I'm one-hundred percent sure. Well ninety-nine point nine percent. Nothing's a hundred." Everypony glared at me. I smiled sheepishly.

"Remember to protect Twilight and her friends."  Princess Celestia said. I put my hoof to my chest.

"I will! You can count on me." I jumped through the portal and the others followed.

I was the first in the group to wake up. I looked around to see where am I. "Twilight! Fluttershy!" I yelled. Immediately I saw all 6 mares unconscious. I trotted to towards and was suddenly stopped by a truck. I stepped back and watch the truck pass by. As soon as it's far. I ran towards Twilight. "Everyone alright?"

"Huh? Don't you mean everypony?" Rainbow Dash said.

"Nope. In my dimension it's common to refer people as one or body. And I really got to work on that portal's coordinates." I spoke through a device attach to my front leg. "M.E.T. activate. Activate: Earth Protocol!" The device glowed white and a beam shot out of the screen aiming at everypony. Everyone transfomed into humans. "Alrighty then, this is a temporary disguise. Until then, get used to the body." I walked around in the park for a while catching up on old memories. Even though it's winter, some trees kept thier leaves.

I heard rustling in the bushes. I held out my hands, a sword with a gear around the handle appeared. "Come out!" The bird came out and flew away. I heard a scream coming from the group. I rushed there as quickly as I can.

A tall middle-age man grabbed Twilight's hand. I noticed there are other men grabbing the others, "Let go of them! Or your dead!"

The man laughed, "Hah! Nice one kid. Now get out of the way or I'll kill you." He took out a crowbar and swung it towards my head. I ducked just missing by inches. I held out my hands and the sword materialized again.

"Huge mistake." I grimly said. I ran towards him in lightning speed and smash the yellow gear into his face. He was sent spiraling into the lake, "Don't hurt my friends ever again." The others were shocked at what they saw and started running away leaving their friend behind.

I went to the lake, dragged out the guy and wrote a note for the police.

Found someone to take care of.

"Now the authorities will take care of the rest." The mane six recovered and stood up. "Alrighty then, who's up for tacos?"

The girls stared at me blankly. "Tacos?" They said in unison.

"Yes tacos. Then it's settled. For Sparta!" I smiled and search my bag for money, only finding a bag of bits which this currency is totally useless and twenty dollars.

Twilight walked beside me. "What is Sparta and why do you keep refering to that?"

"Cause it's fun and I can't get it out of my head. I'll answer questions in the library." Twilight glowed with curiousity and excitement. "Besides, I need to eat. Let's go to Del Taco." I looked up in the sky. "Besides, we have a lot time before we go home. And maybe I can relax a little."

{You guys awake?}

<Yeah it was crazy. We got knocked out by something.>

{Something huh? Looks like I'm not alone.}

"Can I ask you something?" Twilight asked.

"Alright. What do you want to ask?"

"Why did you come to Equestria?"

"Well, I didn't choose to, but I found a rift just like the one we entered and I got sucked in. However, in the portal I was visited by a spirit and it gave me the sword. It's last words was 'Your destiny awaits in two worlds.' I was freaked out at first, but the more time I spent in Equestria. I realize what it meant."

Rainbow Dash came up to me and said, "How long are we going to stay in this body? I want to practice my moves."

"Just long enough." I smiled.

Books and Shadows

As we went to Del Taco. I bumped into one of my friends. "Ethan! Where were you?" He asked.

"Well, it's a horribly long story Mitch. I'll tell you all about it inside." We walked in and bought food.

Fluttershy stared at it and asked, "What is this?"

"Well then, it's a taco. Made out of vegetables and meat." I explained.

"Meat?" Rarity asked.

"In other words...um..." I looked over Fluttershy finding the right words. "Animal meat."

Fluttershy squeeked. I facepalmed forgetting equines are herbivores. "Sorry 'bout that I completely forgot. You guys are vegetarians. I'll get you guys a salad."

I went to the counter and Mitch asked, "What was that about?"

"Nothin'." I bought six salads and returned to the table.

"Alrighty then, here's our schedule for today." I took out a piece of paper listing different locations. "First, the. Later, Target. Finally, we go back to my house."

"This is a really short schedule." Twilight said deadpan.

"We'll be spending more time at the library. I just finished 'The Hunger Games' and I want to get the next book." I stood up. "Alrighty then, let's get this show on the road."

We finally reached the public library. Everyone went inside. Rainbow Dash complained, "Ugh! This world probably don't have the 'Daring Doo' series."

"Come on Rainbow. There's probably another book for you in there." Twilight chimed.

"No thanks. I'll hang out here." Rainbow sat on the bench outside the library.

"She won't budge." Twilight whispered.

"I got an idea. Wait here." I said. I ran inside and borrowed a book.

"Hey Rainbow! There are books just like Daring Doo. His name is Indiana Jone." I held out 'Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull' and showed it to her. She followed me inside to check out the book. She took the book and read it. The more she read the more she is interested in it. I was relieved. I went over the table with piles of books. Behind it was Twilight.

"Hello there! Isn't this a bit much?" I asked. She nodded and went right back into a history book. I walked around a bit. Fluttershy is reading a book on animal care. Applejack is reading something about crops and how to tend them. Rarity is reading a fasion magazine and Pinkie is reading cook books. I went to find a sequel to the Hunger Games. When I reached a particular area on magic. I started hearing things. I picked a book and looked over my shoulder. A black spot on the ground. I put the book back and went closer. I was at least one yard away and suddenly a creature popped out. I jumped back and soon everyone in the library screamed. I went to investigate. Everyone is saying something about a monster. I looked to the right and saw a huge pitch black hand. The police was swarming the place, shooting at the monster.

One of the cop turned to me and said, "Get out of here it's too dangerous."

"Wait! Don't shoot. You'll just make him mad." I yelled at them. Some of them got swiped away hitting the book shelves.   I stepped up in the front lines and uncover my sleeves. I activated the M.E.T. and materialized my sword. "When the world is shrouded by darkness and evil has taken over. A light of hope dimly lit, destroys that evil and carve the path. Let's go! Light Paladin!"

My clothes changed from dark blue to white. A yellow cross was shown on both sleeves. When the transformation was done, I saw Twilight and her friends being held by the monster. I yelled at the cops, "See to it that everyone is safe." The cops disagreed, but shot an evil look at them causing them to flee.

"We could use a little help here." Rainbow screamed. I jump off from one of the tables and sliced the middle finger.

"No more flicking off people for you." I joked. I charged straight at his palm, but was immediately punched in the face.

"Oh! That's gotta hurt." Pinkie said.

"Not helping." I supported my body with the sword. "Spin Attack!" I teleported right next to the hand and spin around just as Link would do in Legend of Zelda. I jump back and pointed my sword at it and a burst of light vaporate the dark hand. "Burning Light!"

The creature disappears and only a group of digital symbols were left. I quickly absorbed to gain a new ability.

"Sweet!" I yelled out. "Now then, time to leave." We walked out of the library holding books on one of our hands hands. I walked towards the chief of police. "Mission complete." I patted his back leaving him shocked.

Under the Moonlight

I was walking around the park at night. I was trying to clear my head from the series of events that happened in the past. The only real reason I went to the park was because of a note. What's really strange is that it asked for me to be in a suit. I always wanted to wear a suit, but not in situations like this. I just thought it was really weird. Whoever is doing this must really think I can lower my guard.

I went to a clearing in the park. It's a nice place to go star gazing. I reached the middle of the park, fixing my tie. I was really never fond of these things. I saw a girl in a dress. I can't really see her face due to the darkness. She played classical music on an ipod.

"Hello there!" I yelled. I walked towards her. It was Twilight in her Gala dress except, I'm guessing Rarity have it fitted for a human. "Hi Twilight. You look rather beautiful this evening."

"It's just Rarity's dress." She blushed.

"Nah. I really think you are beautifully." I held her hands. "Now, I'm guessing you found out what is Sparta."

"You're just as clueless as ever." She laughed.

"Nope. I just like keeping the answers to myself. It's fun that way." I grinned. Then, I started laughing too. "May I take this dance?"

"Of course." Twilight said. I held her right hand and put my left hand on her waist. We danced for a few minutes until I heard something in the bush. It was the other girls watching us.

"Who knows about this?"

"Just my friends." Twilight responded.

"From what I can assess. They're having trouble keeping Pinkie quiet." I looked over Twilight's shoulder. Rarity and Rainbow is arguing something I can't seem to make out. "Let's go somewhere quiet." I held Twilight's hand and started running quietly. I summoned a small creature to keep them busy.

We headed to another clearing. I layed down a blanket I got from Twilight and laid it down. I lay down on the blanket and Twilight joined me. "You see those stars, Twilight?" I pointed up. Twilight nodded. "Well each star is like the sun. It has it's own little planets revolving around it. I wish I could explore the universe. See it's vast wonders and beauty."

"Reach for the stars." She whispered. "I heard you say that before the battle of Disord."

"Yeah. It gives me morale before anything happens." I looked at Twilight. "You know, your eyes sparkle like the stars."

Twilight gave me a slight nudge. "You're really cute when reading those books."

"Why didn't we start dating back in Equestria? Is it because we were so busy. You and your research. Me and Celestia's missions." I pondered. I heard rustling noise.

"Ethan, since when did that bush appeared?" Twilight got closer.

I stopped her. "Allow me." I materialized my sword and pointed it at the bush. "Aero." I mumbled. A gust of wind blew the bush away. There were three girls standing there shocked.

The one with the pink curly hair jumped up and down. "Aw... Your no fun."

"Why are you spying on us?" Twilight asked. I can tell she damanded answers.

{Note to self: Never leave Twilight hanging.}

"Well it was Rarity's idea to spy on you two. She said to make sure everything turns out fine, but Rainbow and Applejack was busy doing something so it's us three." Pinkie answered.

"I know all of you are worried about our friendship, but it's no reason to spy on us." I chimed in. "We would've been friends no matter what." I reassured Rarity.

"Um..." Fluttershy said quietly. "We brought food."

"Thanks, I'm so hungry I could eat a horse." Everyone looked at me. "What? It's just a metaphor." Everyone laughs and I joined in.

It's been such a beautiful night.

Unexpected Guest

Last chapter till the competition ends. I might be adding more after this. Enjoy!

I was sleeping on a mat my parents laid out for me when the girls are here. My parents are gone for the day so I can play some video games. I turned on my Wii and a rift opened, a purple dragon crashed, hitting my head.

"Ouch! My head!" I exclaimed. I clasp my mouth realizing not to wake the girls. "Spike!" I whispered.

"Yup! Why are we whispering?" Spike asked.

"Girls had a long night yesterday." I went and fixed the sensor bar on the t.v.

"Where's Twilight?"

"She's sleeping. Let's make some breakfast for them." We went to the kitchen to fix up some breakfast.

I set down the plates while Spike is making pancakes. "So why are you here?" Spike got a plate and put pancakes on it.

"Well Princess Celestia sent me to send or recieve any letters."

"Ah. Inter-dimensional letters." I finished setting up the table and Spike finished putting all the pancakes on the plates. Twilight came and rubbed her eyes.

"I had the weirdest dream, Ethan. You were talking to Spi-" She stopped at the sight of Spike. She ran towards Spike and hugged him tightly.

Spike was gasping for air. "Uh, Twilight? I don't mean to interrupt family reunion, but Spike is going to die due to lack of oxygen."

Twilight let's go of Spike and said, "Spike, how's everypony?"

Spike explained how everypony is fine and Equestria is the same as usual. "Alrighty then, should we wake up the others?" I rubbed my hands.

Everyone greeted Spike and asked him questions. Rarity hugged Spike and he was flushed red.

"Doesn't he need a disguise?" Twilight asked. I looked down at the M.E.T.

"Alrighty then, let's give Spike a new form." Spike was ready. He was standing with confidence. The M.E.T. shot a bright, white light at Spike. Spike grew significantly taller and he had skin instead of scales. He was younger than most of us.

He is wearing a purple t-shirt and jeans.

"Don't worry all the letters and data can be transferred into my device." I pat his head. "Now then, let's tour the city."

I showed everyone the city. I showed them the mall where Applejack had to drag Rarity out of the fasion stores. We went to the library to return the books and I had to convince Twilight to stop taking so many books. I showed them my school which is closed for the summer. I still had to get that summer work finished. I also showed them my favorite place, Gamestop. I explained to them what a video game is. I lectured them about the graphics and the programming which bored almost everyone. I showed Spike Skyrim which he wasn't to happy about. Since he's a dragon. We went out side to get some snacks. I bought everyone pizza with mushrooms and green bell peppers. Everyone liked it although I can't say the same for Rarity since she doesn't really like finger foods. After a whole day, we went home to rest. I went to get my pillows and Twilight said good night to me. I said the same for her. I went and set up the mat cause I don't like sleeping on the couch and that's where Spike sleeps now. I was thinking about Twilight all the time. I tried tuning it out, but it didn't work. I tossed and turn at night.
