Part 1: Welcome to Mobius

"Doctor!!" screamed Twilight.
"I know, I know, I will fix this!" he said, pressing buttons and pulling levers of the shaking TARDIS.
The whole machine was swinging back and forth. Twilight and The Doctor were holding onto the console. Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Fluttershy and Rarity were holding columns of the time machine and Pinkie Pie was sliding back and forth along with the TARDIS.
"Myyyyyyyy vooooooooice sooooooounds siiiiiiilyyyyyyyy~!" she said with a smile on the face and shaking voice, thanks to the vibration of the ship's floor.
"I'm... Almost..." The Doctor pulled one last lever. "Haha! Done!"
Suddenly the time machine's doors opened and the whole TARDIS turned 90º, making all of the time travellers fall through it into a white void.
"This is all your fault!!" shouted the lavender unicorn during the fall.
"My fault?!" shouted back the brown earth pony.
An explosion of light. Then nothing.

"Dusk, pull that lever! Blitz, press that button! Bubble, hold-- On second thought, don't move! Stay still!" ordered the brown mare, pressing a few buttons on the console.
"What the hay is goin' on, doc?" asked Apple Jack.
"Something's up with the TARDIS!" she answered. "He's taking us somewhere out of our dimension! Like something is calling him and he is going after the caller!" she pulled a few levers and pressed some more buttons. "He keeps trying to tear the fabric of dimensions, but this is very dangerous, so we got to keep things stable here! Elusive, press the Muffin Button!"
"The what button?" the white unicorn asked.
"Dopey's idea! Just press it!"
He raised his hoof and was about to press a big red button with Muffin Button written on it when suddenly a loud noise echoed and everything trembled, making them all fall.
"What in tarnation?"
"I-I-I think we crashed..." whispered Butterscotch.
"Don't be silly, 'Scotch!" said Dusk, opening the door, allowing the white light of the white space outside in. "According to The Doctress, we're in the vacuum between dimensions, there's no way we-- Whoa! Um, Doctress! Come take a look at this!"
The Doctress trotted toward toward the open door and looked through it.
"Well... That's unexpected!"
In front of her TARDIS there was another TARDIS, simply floating with doors open and nopony inside.
"Is that your TARDIS? I mean, from the future? Or the past, maybe?" asked Elusive.
She pointed her Sonic Screwdriver toward the Other TARDIS and pressed it's button, inspecting the empty time machine.
"No! It looks like mine, but it's not the same! Probably another version of me from a different universe fooling around with the dimensions!"
Before another word was spoken, the Other TARDIS's doors closed and it fell through a hole in the "white universe".
"We're following it or what?" asked Rainbow Blitz.
"Of course we are!" The Doctress said, galloping toward the console. "Hold still, this might be a little rough!" she pulled another lever. "TARDIS, follow that TARDIS! Funny, never thought I'd say that!"
The doors closed and the ship fell through the same hole.

Twilight opened her eyes. All she could see was the green grass on the ground she was lying. The lavender mare got up and looked around. More green, some brown of the rock formations and yellow.
Wait, yellow?
She finally noticed the unconscious furry yellow fox-like creature she was sitting on. Twilight got up with a jump.
"Oh my Celestia, are you alright?! Please, tell me you are!!"
"Ow..." the fox groaned while trying to get up.
"Thank goodness, you're alive!" she said, relieved, and helped him up. "Are you ok?"
"I've been worse!" he said, rubbing his nape. "But I must say, this is the first time a purple... Unicorn lands on me!"
"I'm really, really, really sorry about that!" she extended a hoof toward him. "My name is Twilight Sparkle!"
"Nice to meet you! My name is Miles Prower!" he shaked her hoof. "But all my friends call me Tails! You can call me that too!"
"It's a pleasure, Tails!"

Rainbow Dash was flying everywhere with no real destination, only looking for familiar faces. Not a single one found yet. Not even unfamiliar faces.
"Thank you, TARDIS! Now I'm lost in the middle of somewhere with not a single living creature!"
"Hey there!"
"Huh?" she looked around, but saw nopony. "Funny! I couldve swear I heard--"
"Down here!"
Dash looked down and saw a blue creature with spiky hair, gloves and sneakers. He was waving at her and running as fast as she was flying; but backwards.
"Are you new here?"
But she nothing answered. Instead, her jaw dropped. She was flying pretty fast, but that unknown creature could keep up with her. While. Running. Backwards. She was too distracted to notice she was flying toward a rock formation. Luckily for her, he saw.
"Look out!" the blue speedster shouted before jumping and grabbing her. They fell and rolled on the grass, but at least avoided the rock formation.
"Are you ok?"
"Yes, thanks! Whew, you saved my life there!"
"It was nothing! By the way, I don't think we've met before!" they both got up and he made his classic thumb up pose. "I'm Sonic The Hedgehog!"
"And I'm Dash!" she placed a hoof on her chest. "Rainbow Dash!"
"Well, Rainbow Dash, I saw you flying and I must say, I was impressed! I never saw any creature besides myself moving that fast with it's own strenght!"
"Same here! You are pretty fast, blue boy!"
"Are you up for a race, cyan girl?"
"It is on!"
In a moment they were staring at each other, grinning. On the other, two blue blurs were moving at high speed around the hills.

Applejack quickly dodged another round of punches.
"What the hay are ya doin'?!" she asked her attacker: a red creature wearing gloves with spikes on it.
"I won't let you go near the Master Emerald!"
"The Master what now? Whoa!!" she dodged another punch, this one hitting the ground, making a big crater.
"Don't play dumb, pony! I know your true intentions!" he tried to punch her again, but she dodged this one too. Her hat fell from her head and landed gracefully in front of him, who stepped on it.
"Mah hat!!" her expression turned into one of pure rage. "Now ya crossed the line, sugarcube!"
"Uh..."
Applejack charged toward the red fighter, headbutting his stomach, making him fall. She grabbed her heat, cleaned it with her hoof and placed it back on her head.
He started geting up, only to be bucked in the face and knocked out.

Knuckles woke up with a huge headache. He remembered fighting a pony wearing a stetson, and... Being defeated!
"I'm not telling anybody about that and pretend this is a terrible hangover! I'll come up with a sotry about the stolen Master Emerald!"
"Oh, awake already, sugarcube?" said a western voice coming from behind him.
Knuckles got up but, due to the dizziness, he couldn't stay up, so he sitted on the ground. He turned around and saw that same pony from before sitting there, looking at him.
"You're still here?"
"Look, before ya start tryin' to beat me up again, let me talk! We're clearly facin' a misunderstandin' here! And Ah think we started with the wrong hoof! Ah'm Applejack! And ya?"
"Knuckles!" he said while getting up, this time managing to stand. "Knuckles The Echidna!"
"There, presentations done! Now let's get things straight! Ah'm not lookin' for any fancy emerald (can't say the same about mah friend Rarity), Ah just happened to fall here bah accident!"
"By accident? We're in a floating island, hundreds of feet above the ground!"
"It's... Well... Hard to explain! Have ya happened to see other ponies around here? They're mah friends!"
"No, can't say I have! The only pony I met so far was you!"
"It's ok, Ah'll look for them!" she trotted a few meters, then came to a halt, turning back at him. "Ya said 'hundreds of feet above the ground', didn't ya?"
"Yes, I did!"
"How do Ah get down?"

Shadow was sitting in a clearing in the middle of the woods, his legs crossed and his eyes closed. Complete silence, nobody was going to interrupt his meditati--
"HI!"
This didn't scared Shadow, but surely startled him. Nobody ever interrupted his meditations, they were too afraid of his possible reaction, so his guard was down. He looked around and saw a pink pony bouncing around him.
"Who are you? And why did you ruined my meditation?"
"I'm Pinkie Pie! I was travelling with my friends, but the blue box we were in threw us here! I was bouncing around, looking for them, when I saw you! You looked so lonely and angry, so I thought 'I'll cheer him up!', so here we are!'" she pulled a blue cannon with pink wheels from somewhere and shot confetti on Shadow's face. Her smile was huge. "Are you cheered up?"
"...No!"
He cleaned himself, gut up and walked away, being followed by Pinkie.
"Aw, don't be so angry, mr. grumpy! Smile!"
"I have no reason to smile!"
"Pleeeeeeeease~!"
"No!!"
"I will not give up! Like that time I tried to be friends with Cranky Doodle Donkey! He was a lot like you! He was grumpy, lonely, and the more I tried to help, the worse things become! But I managed to--"
Shadow put his hand over her muzzles.
"Please, shut up!" he said, then released her muzzles.
"Okie-dokie-lokie!"
They started walking again and the silence lasted.
For twelve seconds.
"Can you at least tell me your name?"
"Argh, if that will shut you up for five minutes, then fine!! I am Shadow The Hedgehog, The Ultimate Life Form!"
"Hm... Can I call you STHULF? I can't say 'Shadow-The-Hedgehog-The-Ultimate-Life-Form' everytime I call you! It's too long!"
"Easy! Don't call me!"
"I'll call you just 'Shadow', then! Nice to meet you, Shadow!"
"I'm not sure if I can say the same!"

"Hello? Is anypony there?" Rarity asked in front of the door of a house. "I'm lost and I need some help, please!"
She felt a drop fall in her head. She looked up and saw dark clouds covering the sky. Another drop fell on her, this time on her face.
"Rain?"
More drops started to fall.
"No!! Not rain!! It will ruin my mane!!" she started knocking on the door desperately. "Please, let me in!! I need shelter!!" she turned the knob with magic and the door opened. "Thank Celestia!" Rarity jumped in and closed the door behind her. "Ahhhh~! Warm and saf--"
"Halt!" she heard someone command. Four ninja starts flew toward her. She standed on her hind legs and pressed her back against the wooden door as the starts hitted different spots around her, all missing her by mere inches. Rarity screamed. "No need to fret!" said the owner of the voice - a purple reptile with a yellow horn on his face - while coming out of the shadows. "If you don't try anything and tell me why did you broke in my team's base, I promise to not hurt you!"
"That's not why I screamed!"
"No?" he raised an eyebrow. "Then why?"
"Your attack cutted a flock of my mane! Now it's ruined! Ruuuuuuuuuuineeeeeeeed!!"
"Then my sudden attack didn't scared you?"
"Oh, please, darling! I've been through worse!"
"A horse that cares more about her mane than about her life! Now I've seen everything!"
"Not 'a horse', darling! Horses are big, muscled and unfashion!"
"Then what?"
"I'm a pony, sir!"
"If you say so... Now, why are you here?"
"It started raining outside! I needed to find shelter before my mane got ruined! But looks like I should have stayed outside! Rain doesn't give you free manecuts!"
He sighed. "Why am I not surprised?" ho thought.
"Who are you, anyway?" Espio asked.
"My name is Rarity! I am a fashion designer! And you, darling? Mind telling me your name?"
"I'm Espio the Chameleon!"
"A chameleon?!"
"Yes!"
"I simply love chameleons! They must not be the most gorgeous creatures in the world (no offense), but they can always be the most fashion possible, changing their color according to the situation, being able to combine with any kind of clothes! I envy your species, mr. Espio, darling!"
"Lady, you're weird (no offense)!"
"Can I stay here? At least until the rain is over?"
Espio thought for a moment, then sighed.
"Ok, ok, you can stay! But I'll keep an eye on you! Don't touch anything!"
"Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you!"
"What are Charmy and Vector going to think when they arrive?" he thought, then sighed again.

Fluttershy entered the cave to take cover from the rain. She was soaked, but at least now she could dry her coat and mane.
"Who's there?" asked a voice coming from deep inside the cave.
"Oh! I-I'm sorry! I didn't knew this cave was already occupied! I'm leaving now!"
"I can't let you go out in the rain!"
She heard footsteps. Scared of what kind of creature was coming toward her, she took a few steps backwards. She calmed down once she could see that, instead of a hungry monster, it was a grey biped creature with concerned and caring eyes who was approaching her.
"Hi!" he said, smiling.
"Oh... Um... Well... Hi!" she said, hiding behind her wet mane.
"Whoa, that rain really caught you, huh? Here, let me help you! Don't worry, I will not hurt you! Don't move!"
He extended his hands toward her. Fluttershy started glowing. She let an "eep" escape and closed her eyes, but didn't move, scared of what could happen if she moved.
"Alright, done!"
She opened her eyes again. She was completely dry and there was a little water ball floating in front of her.
"How did you...?"
"Psychokinetic powers!"
"Oh! Sorry! Should have guessed! And thank you!"
"No big deal!" he threw the ball outside the cave. "Silver The Hedgehog!"
"Pardon?"
"That's my name! Silver The Hedgehog!"
"Sorry! I'm Fluttershy!"
"Hello, Fluttershy!" he sat beside her.
"I know this will sound a bit weird, but what place is this, if you don't mind me asking?"
"You mean, which Zone we are right now?"
"N-No... I mean... The planet!"
Silver chuckled.
"You're kidding, right?"
Fluttershy only looked down, hiding her face behind her mane.
"Oh, you're serious! How can you be in a planet and don't know it's name?"
"It's hard to explain... What do you know about time travel?"
"Quite a lot, actually!"
"Well, then it may be easier! But the story still long!"
"I'm all ears! By the way, you're in Mobius!"
"Right! Thank you!"

I don't know when I'll be able to upload part 2, but it's already written, just need to be typed, so one day it will be posted! I'm just not sure when! I will post, I Pinkie Promise! :D

Part 2: "I am The Doctress!"

"Finally, the rain stopped!" said The Doctor as he left his shelter: the shadow of a giant mushroom. "Now, where Twilight and the others may be? I mean, IF they're here! This is why I deslike dimension travels with company! You may end up in different dimensions!"
After a few minutes trotting (and a big monologue), he came to a halt after seeing a blue box in the horizon.
"Finally! I'm coming, my dear!" he said before galloping toward the time machine. Once near the TARDIS, he braked, a surprised expression in his face as he saw another blue box next to the first bue box. "Two TARDIS? Did the future me went back in time? Well, if I landed so near my TARDIS, I must be desperated to talk to myself! I mean, not like I am doing right now!" he shook his head. "I have to stop that!"
He trotted toward the two TARDISs and knocked on both doors.
"Hello? Doctor? Which TARDIS is mine and which is yours? I mean, both are mine somehow, but... Well, you got it!"
The door of the TARDIS on his left was opened by a purple unicorn, who seemed surprised.
"Greeting, Twilight Spa-- You're a colt!"
"Yes! I am! Always have been! Who are you?"
"I suppose that's not the future me's TARDIS! Unless something happened and Twilight turned into a colt with no memories of her mare self! Anyway, I am The Doctor!"
"The... Doctor?"
"Yep! That's me!"
"Um... Doctress! Come here for a second!"
A brown mare joined Twilight's male lookalike on the TARDIS's entrance.
"Hello there, good fellow! I am The Doctress!"
"The... 'Doctress'?"
"Yes! And before you ask, it's--"
"...'just The Doctress', right?"
"How do you--"
I am The Doctor!"
"Well, that explains the second TARDIS!"
"Why are you here?"
"The TARDIS! He brought me here!"
"'He'?"
"I bet yours is a 'she'!"
"Ding, we have a winner!"
"And why are you here?"
"Travel accident! By the way, have you seen my companions?"
"I'm afraid not! We just arrived a moment ago, this is the first time these doors were opened!"
"It's ok!"
"But maybe we can help you" Dusk! Jack! Blitz! Lucy! 'Scotch! Berry! Out of the box! Now!"
Six colts got out of the TARDIS: two earth ponies, two pegasi and two unicorns (one of them clearly not pleased with the fact of being called "Lucy").
"Doctor, meet Rainbow Blitz, Elusive, Bubble Berry, Butterscotch, Dusk Shine and Apple Jack!"
"You all look like my companions, except for the fact that they are all mares! Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Fluttershy, Twilight Sparkle and... No difference here, still Applejack!"
"Who's this dude, doc?" asked Rainbow Blitz.
"He's me! Well, kinda! He's me from a parallel universe! And he got separated from his companions, who are you from the same parallel universe!"
"Lemme guess!" said Apple Jack. "Ya want us to help 'im find 'em!"
"That is correct!"
"We can help!" said Elusive. "As long as I don't have to step on the mud!"
"Afraid to get you pretty shiny coat dirty, Lucy?" teased Blitz.
"It's ELUSIVE, for pony's sake!"
"Whatever!" Blitz shrugged. "There's a group of mares out there that needs our help! We gotta hurry, let's go!" he flapped his wings and took off.
The other five galloped away in different directions, leaving The Doctor and The Doctress alone.
"hat do e do now, doc?" he asked.
"Care to help me finding a way back to our universes? To Time Lords think better than one!"
"I agree!"

Rainbow Blitz flew as high as he could, looking around. Didn't took too much time for him to see a blue and a rainbow trail, moving side by side with a great speed.
"Gotcha!" he said before diving the sources of the trails, soon catching up with them. The first to notice the new flier was Sonic.
"Hey there!" he greeted. "Friend of yours, Dash?"
When she sa the rainbow colt, she slowed down and landed. Blitz did the same and Sonic stopped running.
"Who... Who are you?" Dash asked. "You look-"
"...like you, I know! It's because I'm you!"
"What?!" the mare and the hedgehog said at the same time.
"I'm not very sure either, but that's what The Doctress said! Maybe if you come if me we can--"
A fireball passed between them, missing the pegasi by mere inches.
"Whoa!!" they jumped back, then looked to the source of the attack: a purple cat.
"Blaze!" Sonic said, smiling.
"Stay away from them, Sonic!" she said, preparing another attack.
"What's going on?!" Rainbow Dash shouted.
"Don't play dumb with me! One of your kind attacked me!"
"What?!" the three speedsters said in union.
"Now hold your horses, babe!" said Blitz. "My friends wouldn't attack anypony with no reason!"
"Neither would mine!" added Dash.
"Well, a robot pony attacked me! First I thought it was related to Eggman, then I saw these two! They're clearly related!"
"Robot ponies?" asked Blitz.
"You don't think...?" asked Dash.
"But they were defeated!"
"Looks like they're back! And in this universe!"
"What are you guys talking about?" Sonic asked.
The rainbow ponies sighed and spoke at the same time:
"Cyberponies!"

The door of the base opened. Charmy was the first to enter, followed by Vector, who was carrying a white pony with purple mane and tail.
"Hey, Espio! Look what we found out there! A unicorn! And a fancy one! I never thought I'd see the day when horses would climb tress to avoid getting his hooves covered in mud!"
"Actually, I'm a pony!" the white unicorn said. "And thanks for the ride to a safe place, fellow crocodile!"
"No problem!" he said, then dropped the pony on the floor.
"Ow!" he grunted as he hitted the ground. "You're very kind, but a little reckless, aren't you?"
"Not another one..." Espio said, facepalming.
"'Another one'? There are more?" asked Charmy.
"Rarity!" Espio called. "I think my friends found one of yours!"
Another white unicorn joined them. It looked a lot like the first one, but it was female.
"I'm coming! Who have you foun--" she stopped talking as her jaw dropped. The male did the same. "Why do you look an awful lot like me?"
"The Doctress said that you would look like us, but I didn't thought it would look THAT much!" he said, surprised.
"Who are you?"
"According to The Doctress, we're the same pony from parallel dimensions!"
"You're me from a different dimension?" she asked, smiling and clopping her hooves together. "Oh, joy! Finally somepony who I can talk to about fashion design!"
"Y-You're a fashionista too?" he smiled as well.
"Of course I am, darling! Same pony, different dimensions, remember?"
"Oh, yeah, of course! I think we have a lot to talk about, dear!"
"I am Rarity!"
"My name is Elusive!"
Vector coughed to get their attention, what worked.
"Sorry for interrupting, but I'm pretty sure Lucy here--"
"ELUSIVE!"
"Oh, right, sorry! I'm pretty sure Elusive here said something about finding all the mares and taking them somewhere!"
"Oh, yes! The Doctress sent us to find you all! She and your 'Doctor' are waiting for us to bring you all back! They're not too far away from here!"
"Oh, right!" said Rarity. "First things first!"
"Can you give us a ride, fellow crocodile? The mud out there still fresh and I'm very certain that miss Rarity would hate as much as me to step on it!"
"You are indeed correct!"
"Of curse can!" Vector grabbed both unicorns and placed them on his shoulders then left, being followed by Charmy and Espio.
"You're coming too, Espio?" Charmy Bee asked.
"Yes! I said I'd keep on eye on her and I intend to do so!"
Rarity winked at Espio, who looked away, hiding his blush. Charmy giggled.
"Stupid pretty pony girl!" the chameleon whispered under his breath.

"Soooooooooniiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiic~!" Amy called. "Where are yoooooooou~? How could he forget our date? Oh, that's right, I forgot to tell him! Silly me!" she took a deep breath. "SOOOOOOOOOOOONIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIC!!!"
Suddenly she was tackled to the ground by a pink blur. She didn't identified who or what it was. She opened her eyes after a few moments, meeting a pair of big blue eyeballs.
"Hi! Are you the me from another dimension?" the pink pony with blue eyes and puffy mane and tail asked her.
"Hey, let me go!"
"Is that as 'yes' or a 'no'? Well, I'll take it as a 'maybe'! Anyway, my name is Bubble Berry! My friend call me Bubble, or Berry, or Bubbles, or Random! I don't know why they call me the last one, since it has nothing to do with my name! Actually, 'Bubble Berry' isn't my real name! It is Bubblesweiner DaVinci Berry! But I don't like big names, so I prefer Bubble Berry!"
"Gosh, you love to talk, don't you?" Amy said, pushing him aside and getting up. "Have you seen Sonic somewhere?"
"Who?"
"Y'know, Sonic! The blue fast guy!"
"You mean Rainbow Blitz?"
"No, I mean Sonic! Blue, fast, spiky hair, kinda cocky, but also kinda cute!"
"I still think you mean Rainbow Blitz!"
"Do you like cupcakes?" a distant voice asked.
"No!" another distant voice answered.
Amy and Berry looked around and found the source of the voices: a black hedgehog walking and a pink mare bouncing and following him.
"And what about cider?"
"No!"
"Have you ever heard about chimicheery?"
"No!"
"Cherrychanga?"
"No!"
"What about chimicherrychanga?"
"No, no, and whatever else you ask me the answer will be--"
"Shadow!" Amy called.
"Amy!"
"'Amy'? What a weird answer for a 'yes' or 'no' question!"
"Hi!" said Bubble Berry, bouncing toward Pinkie Pie. "I think you are the me from another dimension!"
"You from another dimension? Cool! Still not as cool as Rainbow Dash..."
"Or as cool as Rainbow Blitz..."
"But still..."
"Cool!" they said at the same time, then started giggling.
"You hae something to do with this, Amy?" Shadow asked.
"What? No! I was looking for Sonic when this... Pink thing... Attacked me! By the way, have you seen Sonic?"
"No, I haven't seen the faker all day! And I couldn't be happier!"
"A-HA!" Pinkie shouted, pointing her hoof at him. "So you are happy!"
Shadow sighed.
"It's a manner of speaking!"
"Oh! I have an idea!" Berry said. "Why don't we all go to the Doctress' time machine and have a huuuuuge party?"
Shadow's ears perked up.
"Did he said 'time machine'?" he thought.
"Sounds nice!" said Pinkie. "Let's go!"
Both pink ponies bounced away, Shadow and Amy following them.
"Why are you coming along?" he asked.
"They may have a clue of where Sonic is! What about you?"
"I heard the male say something about a time machine! I want to see this with my own eyes! If it's true, I can..." he stopped talking but kept walking.

"There you are!" said Dusk, after finally meeting the lavender mare, who was trotting alongside a two-tailed fox. "I've been looking for you!"
"Who... Who are you? And why do you look so much like me?"
"Pardon my rudeness, madam!" he bowed. "My name is Dusk Shine!"
"What a polite gentlecolt!" she said, giggling.
"You're Twilight Sparkle, I presume!"
"Presumed correctly! How do you know my name?"
"The Doctor told me!"
She rolled her eyes, smiling.
"Should have guessed!"
"Please, come with me! They are waiting for us!"
"'They'?"
"The Doctor and The Doctress!"
"The... 'Doctress'?"
"You make a lot of questions, eh? Now I'm sure you're who you are!"
"What do you mean?"
"According to The Doctor and The Doctress, you and me are the same pony, but from different time lines!"
"What?!"
"Come with me and all of your questions will be answered! Well, most of them! For instance, if you ask 'what is beauty?' nopony would be able to answer, because that would fall within the purview of your conundrums of philosophy!"
"Ok, I'll give you the benefit of the dobt because ou not only look like me, but also talk like me!" Dusk nodded and started trotting, being followed by Twilight. "Let's go, Tails!"
"Right!" he said, following Twilight and Dusk.

"Thanks for the ride, partned!" Apllejack thanked.
"It was nothing!" Knuckles said. "Still, I don't know how did you got up there without help!"
"She probably fell during a flight!" said a female voice coming from behind them. Both turned around, spotting a female echidna.
"Shade!" said Knuckles.
"Am I right?" Shade asked.
"Very right, sugarcube!"
"Who's your cute little friend, Knuckles?"
"Ah'm Applejack!"
"Hello, Applejack! Care to explain how you got up there?"
"Ah don't know how to explain! Twahligh' and The Doctor are the ones with the fancy talkin'! If ya help me find 'em they'll explain everythin'!"
"What does that 'Twahligh'' looks like?"
"Kinda look like me, but--"
"Found her!" Knuckles interrupted. Both girls followed his gaze, meeting a colt that looked exactly like Applejack.
"No, that's not Twahligh'! That's... That's... Who the hay are ya, sugarcube?"
"Ya must be Applejack!" he said. "That's mah name too, but ya can call me 'Jack'!"
"Ya have the same name as me, ya look like me, ya talk like me... Are ya...?"
"Ah'm ya! Well, ya from a diff'rent universe, but still ya!"
"What in tarnation? That's impossible!"
"Ya travel through space and time inside a blue box! Are ya sure ya want to call this lil' meetin' 'impossible'?"
"Well... Ah suppose yer right! What are ya doin' here?"
"Lookin' for ya and yer friends! Yer Doctor is worried sick 'bout his companions!"
"Then what the hay are we waitin' for? Take me to that mad pony!"
Both ponies galloped away, leaving behind the couple of echidnas.
"We follow them?" asked Shade.
"I don't know..."
"C'mon, don't be shy!"
Shade grabbed his wrist and ran to the same direction as the farmer ponies, dragging Knuckles along.
"Hey, hey, wait! What if someone try to steal the Master Emerald while i'm gone?"
Once they were far enough, Rouge got out of her hiding sot behind a big boulder.
"Now you all got me curious!"
She flapped her wings and took off, following them from above.

I want to apologize about my grammar. English is not my native language, so I may have some tiny-winy difficulties here and there. Hope you don't really mind that. Again, I apologize if you're not pleased with my writing.
(By the way, I don't know the plural form of TARDIS, so I just came up with "TARDISs"!)

Part 3: Where are Fluttershy and Butterscotch?

Twilight, Dusk and Tails were the last ones to arrive. Sonic joined them to greet his long time friend.
"How's it going, Tails?" he said, smiling. "I see you already met our visitors!"
"Yes, I did! Sonic, that's Twilight! Twilight, that's my best friend, Sonic!"
"Hey there, Twilight!"
"Greetings!"
"Is everypony here?" asked Dusk.
"Not quite!" The Doctor answered. "Where's Fluttershy?"
"Butterscotch is missing too!" The Doctress noticed.
"Nah, they'll be here soon!" assured Blitz.
"Yeah, they're probably standing in front of each other, looking at the ground and kicking dust in silence, too shy to say something!" added Dash.
"I wouldn't be so sure!" said a foreign voice coming from above.
They all looked up and saw a female bat, who landed in the middle of the group.
"Rouge The Bat!" said Knuckles, assuming battle position.
"What do ya mean?" Jack asked. "Did somethin' happened to 'em?"
"I don't know exactly!" she answered. "But lately I've seen some metal dudes wandering around!"
"Oh, I almost forgot!" said Blitz, facehoofing. "Doctress, Cyberponies have been spotted around here!"
"Cyberponies?!" everypony shouted in union.
"Weird name! They don't look like ponies at all!" Rouge said.
"Then... What do they look like?" asked The Doctor.
"Let's see... They were kinda big, looked like big cylinders, metal balls all over their bodies and a single big blue eye thingy!"
"A-Are ya sure, sugarcube?" asked Applejack, clearly not comfortable with the description given.
"Yes, I'm pretty sure!"
Rainbow Dash landed in front of the Time Lords and poked their chests with her hoof.
"You two better have a plan! If you don't, think of something! Fast!"
"Why? What are them?" asked Sonic.
Pinkie raised her front legs above her head, standing on her hind legs.
"Problem! Evil! Dooooooom!"
"Or you can call them by name!" said Elusive. "Daleks!"

Butterscotch was wandering in the woods, looking more for dangerous things than for his mare version from a parallel universe.
"Oh, dear!" he whispered to himself. "This is worse than the Everfree Forest! Hello? Is anypony (or anything) here? If you are but don't mean any harm, come out! Just not from a place that can scare me! And there are plenty of those around here!"
"Heeeeeelp!!"
Butterscotch, startled by the scream, hid behind a bush. He took a peek between the leaves and saw a little bunny cornered by three robots.
"Daleks?" he whispered.
"YOU WILL TELL US THE LOCATION OF THE BLUE BLUR!" the first Dalek said.
"I don't know where mr. Sonic is!" she said. "Please, leave me alone!"
"SHE IS USELESS TO US!" said the second. "WE MUST EXTERMINATE!"
"EXTERMINATE!" they screamed in union. "EXTERMINATE! EXTERMINATE!"
"She looks like..." Butterscotch gasped. "Angela Bunny!"
The Daleks pointed their death lasers at her. When they were about to shoot a butter-colored pegasus with pink mane and tail grabbed her and flew away. The Daleks tried to shoot him down, but they all missed.
"Are you ok?" he asked.
"Yes, thanks to you, mr...?"
"Butterscotch! That's my name!"
"Hello, mr. Butterscotch! My name is Cream The Rabbit! Thanks for saving my life!"
"Sorry if I took so long, I'm a big coward!"
"No, you're not!" she hugged him. "You are very brave!"
He smiled then landed, but the moment of peace was really brief; metal forelegs grabbed both of them.
"Cyberponies too?!"
"Mr. Butterscotch!!"
"You will come with us." one of them said with his metallic voice.
Cream struggled, but it was useless.
"What will happen to us, mr. Butterscotch?"
"I don't know! But don't worry! I'm here with you! I will protect you, no matter what!"
"Thanks, mr. Butterscotch!"

Fluttershy woke up. She felt something furry under her head. She looked up, noticing she was resting her head on the lap of a fast asleep Silver. She got up in the same moment, blushing. Silver opened his eyes.
"Oh! Hello, Fluttershy!" he yawned and stretched. "Sorry, I fell asleep!"
"I-I-It's ok! I fell asleep too!"
"This cave is just too cozy, I couldn't help myself!"
"I-I understand!"
"Specially with you here..." he whispered to himself. "So, wanna go out and look for your friends?"
"I'd appreciate that!"
Silver got up and both left the cave. After a few minutes walking, they heard a voice.
"Let us go, you brute tin head!"
"Is that Cream?" Silver said.
They dashed to the direction the voice was coming from. Arriving there, they saw two robot ponies holding a colt and a rabbit.
"Cream!" Silver called.
"Mr. Silver!"
"Activate teleportation." said the robot pony holding her.
"Help m--"
She couldn't finish her call for help. The robots teleported away, taking her and the unknown pony away.
"There's only one person that could be behind this!" he said, clenching his fist. "Eggman!"

Blitz, Tails, Dash, Rouge and Charmy landed back where the group was.
"Any sign of 'em?" asked Jack.
They all shook their heads.
"But I saw a big flash near the woods!" Tails said. "But when I went to investigate, there was nothing and nobody there!"
"Take us there!" requested The Doctor.
Tails nodded and flew away. Those who could fly followed him flying as well. All those who couldn't runned/galloped, not losing him from sight. Rouge was about to take off when Elusive grabbed her leg.
"Hey, what are you doing?" she asked.
"What are you wearing, dear?"
"My clothes, obviously! Something wrong with them?"
Actually, no! They are beautiful, but they simply don't fit you!"
"What do you mean?"
"It's not because your fur is white that you need to wear black! You should try some purple! With a few pink details!"
"A unicorn is giving me advices about fashion? Really? What I've been drinking? By the way, you're naked! How can you talk about my clothes when you aren't even wearing any?"
"Th-That's not the point! The point is that you need to wear clothes that display your natural beauty, not force them in everypony's (sorry, everybody's) face! I will not lie, dear; you are GORGEOUS, but with the right clothes, you will SHINE!"
"Are you hitting on me?"
Elusive opened his moth to say something, but closed it. He blushed and galloped toward the direction the group went. Rouge smirked and took off.

Butterscotch opened his eyes. He was locked inside a cell with Cream. She woke up not long after him.
"Mr. Butterscotch..." she said, rubbing her eyes. "Where are we?"
"I... I don't know! But don't worry!" he hugged her. "I am here with you, little Cream!"
"Ohohohohohoho!!" a laughter echoed. The source of it soon showed himself: a tall and fat human with sunglasses and a big mustache.
"Well, well, well! Look what I got today! A little bunny and--" he stopped talking and looked at Butterscotch, who hid his face behind his mane. "Who and what are you?"
He let an "eep" escape and took a few steps back.
"Well, it doesn't matter! It's just another coward! Won't be a burden!"
"What do you want, Dr. Eggman?" Cream asked.
"I want to use you as bait! I want Sonic to come here and give his sincere opinion about my new army!"
"You mean the Daleks and the Cyberponies?" asked Butterscotch.
"Oh, so you know their names! Then you must be familiar with the one who gave me the blueprints to build them! You two must be the same species, since your body shape is not so different!"
"Who it was?"
"He called himself 'Discord Whooves', and warned me about the arrival of your species! He said I could do whatever I wanted with the robots as long as a killed the brown one among you called 'The Doctor'!"
"The Doctor?"
"Oh, you know him? This means you two are baits for both my targets! That's perfect! Better prepare my army! Ohohohohoho!!"
Eggman left the room where the cell was located, leaving the two alone. Cream hugged Butterscotch tighter.
"What will we do, Mr. Butterscotch?"
"Don't worry!" he said, kissing her forehead and petting her. "They're with The Doctress! She always has a plan!"
"I hope!" he thought.

Part 4: Rescue Team

The Doctor and The Doctress analyzed the air and and the ground with their Sonic Screwdrivers (The Doctor's was blue and The Doctress' was purple).
"There's a weak energy in the area!" the brown stallion said, looking at his Screwdriver.
"Yes! Teleportation energy!" the brown mare added, looking at her screwdriver.
"Can you pinpoint the destionation?" Dusk added.
"Not without the TARDIS!" she answered her assistant.
"Shh! I hear something!" said Espio.
They all heard sounds of something stepping on leaves and twigs.
"Behind us!" Knuckles said, turning around.
They all turned toward the trees behind them and saw a light gray hedgehog with a buter-colored mare hiding behind him.
"Silver!" said Sonic!
"Fluttershy!" the five mares shouted.
"Girls!" she said, galloping toward them, and hugging them all.
"Finally we're all together again!" Twilight said, smiling.
"Do you know what happened here?" The Doctress asked.
"Yes!" Silver said. "We saw everything! Robot ponies grabbed Cream and a pony that looked like Fluttershy!"
"Butterscotch!" Rainbow Blitz said, hitting the ground with his front hoof. "Damn!"
"I was going to stop them, but they teleported!"
"Which way they were facing?" The Doctor asked.
"Sorry?"
"Cyberponies are not like the Cybermen, they have teleportation devices inside their bodies!" he explained. "But for it to work, they must be facing the way of the place they're going to teleport to, since the receiver of the device is on their eyes!"
Silver thought for a second, then pointed east.
"That way!"
"Residents of this planet--" The Doctor started.
"Mobius!" whispered Fluttershy.
"Ok, then! Residents of Mobius, what do you got that way?" he finished.
Knuckles clenched his fist.
"Eggman's base! Let's go!"
Applejack grabbed him by the tail with her teeth, preventing him from move.
"Stop right there, partner! What are ya goin' to do?"
"Attack, of course!"
"Ah know ya want to save 'em and hit that Egg guy in the face as hard as ya can! Ah want too! But we can't just go there an' start destroyin' everythin'!"
"Why not? It's the perfect plan!"
"No, it's not! It's just pure blind violence! Works in the beginning, but almost in every case ya end up tired, surrounded an' outnumbered!"
"She's right, Knuckles!" Sonic said, grinning. "Every time you did that we had to show up and save your butt!"
Knuckles groaned, crossed his arms and turned around.
"Ok, what's the plan?"
"We need to think!" said The Doctress. "Never before the Daleks and the Cyberponies worked together! It's too dangerous to try something without the perfect plan!"
"So that's it?" asked Amy. "While Cream is probably locked inside a jail--"
"Don't forget Butterscotch!" said Bubble Berry.
"Yes! While Cream and Butterscotch are prisoners of creatures from another dimension we just sit here and THINK?"
"Calm down, ms. Hedhehog!" said The Doctor. "Never before The Doctor and The Doctress worked together either!"
Both Time Lords looked at each other and grinned.
"What are we waiting for?" The Doctor said. "Allons-y!"
"Raus!"
They looked at each other again, confused.
"'Raus'?"
"'Allons-y'?"
"Lady, you're weird!"
"I was going to say the same about you, mister!"

On the next few hours, while the Time Lords worked on a rescue plan, their companions/assistants spent some time with the Mobians. Rarity stayed with the Team Chaotix, specially with Espio, forcing him to wear different clothes and change his color to match them.
Twilight went to Tails' workshop, since he had a few books there that she would like to read.
Rainbow Blitz and Rainbow Dash raced Sonic under the watchful sight of Blaze.
Applejack, Knuckles, Shade, Dusk and Apple Jack went to Angel Island, where Applejack and Knuckles taught each other a few fighting techniques, Jack helped Shade with her training and Dusk explored the place, since he was curious to see that floating place that was not made of clouds.
Pinkie Pie and Bubble Berry threw a "Cheer Up, Silly" party for Shadow and Amy, trying to make him smile and maker her stop worrying about Sonic and "his new crush" as she said.
Fluttershy and Silver spent all the time talking, knowing each other a little better.
Elusive made Rouge a new clothes. She asked how did he made one so fast, and all his answered was It's the art of the dress, dear! The new clothes made her look "much more and truly gorgeous" as he stated. He was rewarded with a kiss on the cheek.

"A time machine, huh?" said Shadow, touching one of the TARDISs' door.
"Uh-huh!" said The Doctor. Takes you anywhere, anytime! Most of the times, at least!"
"Why do you ask?" asked The Doctress. "Does that machine picks your interest?"
"Sort of!"
"Y'know, when this is over and everybody and everypony is safe, we could go to where you are wishing to visit! Seems important to you!"
Shadow sighed.
"Thanks..."

Everybody (and everypony) reunited in the same place that night. But one.
"Where's Amy?" asked Berry.
"She might've got lost while stalking Sonic!" Pinkie said, bouncing.
"She was what?" asked Sonic, surprised.
"I'll help her find the way back here!" Pinkie took a deep breath and shouted. "SONIC AND DASHIE ARE GOING TO GET MARRIED?!! THIS CALLS FOR A PARTY!!!"
Both Sonic and Dash blushed, then they all heard a distant scream that got closer and closer.
"nnnnnnnnnnnnnnNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!"
Amy finally found them. She was covered in dirt, leaves, twings and gasping for air. She approached Sonic and poked his nose.
"You are not getting married to anybody but me! Me!"
"Relax, Amy! Pinkie wasn't being serious!"
"Wasn't?" asked Dash. "I-I-I mean, yeah! She totally wasn't! Heheh!"
"Anyway..." started The Doctor, raising an eyebrow. "I think we got a plan!"
"Then tell us!" Knuckles demanded, sitting down, crossing his arms and legs.
"Ok! Come closer, everypony and everybody! Listen carefully as we speak!"

Butterscotch woke up. Cream was still sleeping. She was resting her head on his side. He covered her with his wing and she snuggled up on him.
"Papa..." she said while sleeping. Butterscotch smiled.
Suddenly the doors were opened, two Cyberponies standing in front of it. Cream woke up and got up. Butterscotch placed himself between her and the robots.
"Mr. Butterscotch..."
The robots approached the cell and unlocked it.
"I may be weak, slow and a big coward... But I won't let any of you lay a hoof on her!!"
He ran toward them while flapping his wings, ready to do anything to protect the little bunny. Once he was close enough, he was hitted on the muzzle, falling on the floor, his nose bleeding.
"Mr. Butterscotch!!"
"We shall take you to the Cyber Prince." said one of the Cyberponies.
They grabbed Butterscotch and Cream and walked down the hallway, stopped in front of a big metal door with the Eggman Empire symbol on it. They opened it and threw the rabbit and the pegasus inside, closing it after that. Cream hugged Butterscotch and cleaned the blood on his muzzles.
"Are you ok?" she asked.
"Yes... I am..."
She helped him up and both looked around. All they saw was a chair with it's back facing them.
"Let me go, you rusted idiot! I created you! I am your master!"
They looked up and saw Dr. Eggman tied to the ceiling.
"And I am very grateful, Dr. Eggman." said a robotic voice. "We all are."
The chair turned around, showing a robot on it. But it wasn't a Cyberpony, nor a Dalek. It looked like a Cyberpony, but it was shaped like a human.
"Who... What are you?" Butterscotch asked.
"I am the Cyber Prince. The new commander of the army, and creator of the New Cybermen."
The wall behind him was raised, revealing a room with hundreds of robots like the Cyber Prince on it.
"Cybermen plus Cyberponies plus Artificial Daleks. Together we shall upgrade this world and, soon, the whole universe."
"'Artificial'?" he asked again.
The doors behind them were opened and a Dalek entered the room. He slided toward the Cyber Prince and stopped beside him, opening his armor, revealing the room inside it where the Dalek should be; it would be empty if it wasn't for the great amount of wires and devices on it.
"The Artificial Daleks are 100% robotic, what make them easy to reprogram, giving them total submission to me. Unfortunately they cannot be upgraded, so their rough design remains. But as long as they obbey my commands, this will not be a problem."
"And why do you need us?" asked Cream. "You're in charge now! You and Dr. Eggman do not share the same plans! Let us go!"
"The plans have changed, but The Doctor and The Blue Blur are still threats. They must be deleted."
"Oh, dear..." said Butterscotch.

"This key will change your frequency! They won't be able to see you as long as long as you don't drag attention to yourself!" The Doctress explained.
"Bu-Bu-But why me?" Fluttershy asked as The Doctress put a necklace with a key hanging on it around her neck.
"We need a flier to take a look over the base and you're the most quiet flier among us! The perfect choice!"
"I-I-I don't know if I can!"
"Fluttershy, listen to me!" said Silver, kneeling in front of her and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Not only Cream's and Butterscotch's fates rests in our shoulders, but the fate of the whole planet! I know you're scared, I would be too, it's a dangerous task, but I know you can do it! Trust in yourself!"
"Si-Silv--"
Before she could finish he pulled her into a hug, making the yellow pegasus blush.
"You can do it!"
He let her go. She smiled, nodded and took off.
"Good work on winning her heart!" Rainbow Dash said, hitting him playfully on the arm. Silver blushed.
"I-I-I did what?"
Applejack hitted playfully his other arm.
"Take good care of 'er, sugarcube!"
The two ponies laughed and Silver let out a nervous laugher, still blushing.
"This calls for a party!!" both pink ponies said, jumping. They stopped on the air as they noticed the glares toward them and landed slowly, chuckling nervously.
"Not now!" said the colt.
"Later, of course!" finished the mare.

Fluttershy flew over the big walls on the base and gasped. The grounds of the base were full of Daleks, Cyberponies and robots that looked like Cyberponies, but shaped like humans.
"We don't stand a chance..." she said, then shook her head. "No! I trust The Doctor! The Doctress as well! I also trust in myself and... I trust Silver!"
Her heart skipped a beat and her face grew warmer as she thought on the grey hedgehog. She smiled and glided around the base, looking through the windows. She gasped again as she saw a room where a butter-colored pony with pink mane, a cream-colored rabbit and a tall, fat human were tied together.
"These must be Butterscotch, Cream and Dr. Eggman, but... Why is he a prisoner too?"
She wanted to save them, but there were bars on the window and, besides, it was too dangerous, even with her frequency changed. She turned around and flew back to where the group was, landing and taking off the necklace.
"You're back! How are things there?" The Doctress asked.
"Not good! Cream and Butterscotch are fine, but Dr. Eggman is locked with them! I think he was betrayed by his robots!"
"It wouldn't be the first time!" Sonic said, scratching his chin, grinning. "He needs to put his toys on a leash!"
"Oh, and there's a real army of robots on the other side of these gates! Thousands of Daleks, Cyberponies and human-like Cyberponies!"
Both Time Lords raised an eyebrow.
"'Human-like Cyber--'" they blinked at the same time. "Cybermen!"

Part 5: Booby trap the stalemate button! (not actually real title)

"Alright, here's the plan!" said The Doctor. "Fluttershy will carry Sonic to the base and find a way in! Once inside--"
"Wait, wait!" interrupted Elusive. "Why don't you just take us all in with your TARDIS?"
"We can't!" said The Doctress. "Both TARDIS are processing some information about dimension travel, so we can make a safe travel back home!"
"If we interrupt and restart later, all the data will be lost and we may never go back to our home universes again!"
"Not in one piece, at least!"
"Ok, back to the plan!" said Elusive.
"Right!" continued The Doctor. "Once inside, Sonic will look for a way to save Cream, Butterscotch and Dr. Eggman!"
"What about us?" asked Twilight.
The Doctress grabbed her Sonic Screwdriver, and so did The Doctor.
"We keep the army occupied!"
"Sounds good to me!" said Knuckles.
"Ah reckon this might be dangerous!" said Apple Jack, digging the ground wth one of his hind legs. "But Ah've been wantin' for some action to start since Ah landed here!"
"Ah know how ya feel, partner!" said Applejack, nudging him.
"I'm getting a little rusty!" said Shade, snapping her fingers. "It will be good to keep me in shape!"
"I'm ready!" said Sonic.
"Me too!" said Dash, putting a foreleg around Sonic's neck.
"So am I" said Blitz, putting a foreleg around Dash's waist.
"Let's finish this!" said Blaze.
"If Sonic is ready, I'm ready!" Amy said, hugging Sonic's waist. Rainbow Dash glared at her and she glared back.
"I'm ready too!" Silver said, floating a few inches above the ground.
"M-Me too!" said Fluttershy, flapping her wings, flying a few inches above the ground as well. Silver put an arm around her, making her blush.
"Ready, Butch?" asked Rarity.
"Ready, Sundance!" answered Elusive. Both giggled.
"I'll help save Cream, no matter what!" said Tails, spinning his tails and flying a few inches above the ground.
"Time to rock and roll!" said Charmy.
"Yeah!!" cheered Vector.
"We'll stop them at any cost!" said Espio, assuming his ninja position.
"Since I'm already this deep, why retreat now?" shrugged Rouge. "I'm in!"
Twilight and Dusk hoofbumped.
"Let's do our best!" she said.
"You bet!" he said.
Shadow grabbed his pistols and Pinkie jumped on his head.
"Let's get this party started!!" she shouted.
"My party cannon is ready!" said Berry, pulling a cannon out of nowhere.
"It's settled, then!" said The Doctor.
"Raus, raus!!" shouted The Doctress, pointing a hoof toward the gate and galloping, leading the way.
Fluttershy put the key around both her neck and Sonic's, put her hooves around his torso and took off, carrying him.

"It's all that winged horse's fault!" Eggman said angrily. "I bet those blueprints he gave me included a bretayal programation!"
"Yes, Dr. Eggman, you already said it five times!" Cream sighed. "By the way, what are you a doctor of anyway?"
"I'm a podiatrist!"
"Okay, then..."
"Anyway, who that 'Cyber Prince' thinks he is?"
"The Prince of the Cybermen?"
"That was a rhetorical question!"
"Grumpy as always, eh, doc?" a voice said from the other side of the door. When it was opened, it revealed the one and only Sonic The Hedgehog.
"Sonic?! How did you passed the--"
"I had some help!" he said, spinning the necklace in his hand, then Fluttershy came into view.
"Go-Good morning!" she said shyly.
"I-Is that...?" Butterscotch finally said.
"Yep! Fluttershy, Butterscotch, meet yourselves!"
Both gasped, then the colt looked at Cream and the mare looked at Sonic, both saying at the same time:
"He/She doesn't look like me that much..."
Cream giggled and Sonic approached the prisoners, untying them.
"Thank you, Mr. Sonic!"
"Yes... Thanks..."
"Why did you took so long, Sonic?"
"Mr. Sonic just saved you and that's all you have to say?"
"What? You wanted me to kiss his feet?"
"It's cool, Cream!" said Sonic. "He's Eggman, after all!"
"Where are the others?" asked Butterscotch.
Fluttershy pointed her hoof at the window. The pegasi, the rabbit and the scientist went to look through it.
"They need my help down there! Gotta dash! Heheh! Now i'm starting to talk like her! Anyway..." he left the room before finishing the sentence, leaving them looking through the window.

Applejack and Jack bucked away all the robots they could.
Knuckles and Vector destroyed them with punches.
Shade and Espio used their martial abilities to smash them.
Pinkie Pie and Bubble Berry shot them with their party cannons.
Shadow shot all of them in the head (or eye in the case of the Daleks).
Amy Rose smashed them with her Piko Piko Hammer.
Twilight, Elusive, Rarity and Dusk shot them with magic beams.
Tails, Rouge and Charmy used diving moves to attack them.
Silver and Blaze teamed up, using their powers against the machines and cover each other.
Sonic joined the group, spindashing the robots.
The robots tried attacking with their death beams, but they couldn't hit a single one. And when they were about to, Dusk or Twilight was there to cast a force field spell.
Rainbow Dash and rainbow Blitz were flying in circles in the sky, gaining speed.
"You think that will work?" asked Blitz.
"I hope so!" Dash answered.
The pegasi dived toward the battlefield at top speed. They were moving really fast, then dash shouted:
"Now!!"
Rainbow Blitz quickly moved to behind Rainbow Dash. She broke the sound barrier, performing her signature move, the Sonic Rainboom. Blitz did the same less than one second after her. Together, they performed the first Double Rainboom ever. The colorful waves reached the battlefield, sending many robots flying.
"Good work, ya two!!" cheered Applejack.
"That was amazing!!" shouted Pinkie and Berry at the same time.
But the break only lasted a few moments. Soon they were facing many robots once again.
"We can't keep fighting forever!" said Dusk. "We can get tired, they can't! And there's too many of them for us to defeat before not being able to fight anymore!"
"There's still one thing we can do!" said Twilight.
Dusk smiled and nodded. The two lavender unicorns touched horns and started floating. Suddenly, a big flash. When the strong light faded, Twilight had a Tiara on her head and Dusk had a crown.
"Nice tiara!" said Dusk.
"Cool crown!" said Twilight.
Both smiled and their accessories started glowing. Five necklaces appeared around Twilight and five belts appeared around Dusk.
"I think they need us!" said Butterscotch.
"Let's go, then!" said Fluttershy.
They unlocked the window and opened it, then glided toward the group. When they landed, the Elements of harmony flew to their respective owners.
"I'm not staying out of this one!" Soinc said, grinning. Suddenly the seven Chaos Emeralds appeared around him. Uing their powers, they turned into Super Sonic.
"Cool!" said Rainbow Dash, not daring to look away from Sonic,as if she would miss the most awesome moment of her life if she even blinked.
"Elements of Harmony..." started Twilight.
"...let's do this!" finishd Dusk.
The necklaces of the fillies and the belts of the colts started glowing and sent an energy wave toward their respective leader.
The star on Twilight's tiara and Dusk's crown started glowing. Both shot a beam of multicolored energy that hit Sonic. His eyes turned white and a huge explosion of golden light happened. It was really strong, forcing everybody and everypony but Sonic and the Elements of Harmony to shield their eyes.
Once the golden glow faded, Sonic was back to normal and only the users of the Elements of Harmony were there, their accessories gone. After a quick look around, they all noticed the robots were not moving and there was smoking comning out of them.
"I think you fried their circuits!" said Tails, landing.
"Their small metal brains couldn't handle so much awesomeness!" Blitz said, hoofbumping Rainbow Dash.
"Aw yeah!" she agreed.
"You did it!!" Cream shouted happily while bouncing.
"That was impressive!" Dr. Eggman said while smoothing his mustache with his fingers.
"They work together very well! This might be a burden in the future!" he thought.

Part 6 [FINAL]: Victory! (cheers)

The Mobians and the companions/assistants were all reunited at night around a fire, (most of them were) laughing.
"Ok, enough of funny stories!" said Rainbow Dash.
"Yeah, it's time for some scary ones!" agreed Rainbow Blitz.
They all (but Fluttershy and Butterscotch) agreed and it was decided that both rainbow pegasi would tell the first story.
"This one is called..." Blitz said.
"...THE SLENDERMANE!" Rainbow Dash shouted, scaring the butter-colored pegasi, the pink hedgehog, the golden fox and the cream-colored rabbit.
"Cool!" said Sonic.

Cream was hugging Butterscotch, who was hugging Amy, who was hugging Tails and Fluttershy was hugging Silver, all of them (but Silver) were really scared and shaking.
"She was alone in the woods! All of her friends were dead! She was losing her hopes, then she saw it! The 8th page, right there, on that tree!" Rainbow Blitz said, unconsciously pointing at Butterscotch.
"She grabbed it and ran away! She was finally free to go!" Dash said and started trotting around the camp.
"This story is totally bogus!" said Knuckles, crossing his arms.
"I'm going to do my best to ignore that you just used the word 'bogus'!" said Espio.
"Aw, shucks, sugarcube! Ah know you're scared!" said Applejack, snuggling on him. "But don't worry, Ah'm here with ya!"
"I-I'm not scared!" the red echidna said, looking away and blushing. Applejack giggled.
"Hey! The story is not over yet!" said Dash.
"Yeah, shut up and let us finish!" Blitz coughed and proceeded. "Now that she had the previously explained eight pages, the charm on the gate disappeared and she was free to go! Happy for getting out alive, she ran without looking back or closing the gate!"
"Big mistake!" Dash said. "By not closing the gate, she released the monstruous Slendermane! The whole world was his playground now!"
Pinkie Pie and Bubble Berry hugged Shadow, both looking scared. The black hedgehog tried to push them away, but they didn't moved a single inch. It was like they were glued on him.
"She thought she was free, but she wasn't! Slendermane stalked her everywhere she went! He just stood there, menacingly!"
"And nopony believed her, because every time she tried to show him to other ponies, he was already gone! This was driving her insane!"
"Until the day she finally lost her mind and ended up in Ponyville Asylum!"
"By the way, that's a real story! That's how Screw Loose became insane!"
"But, Blitz! Screw Loose is a colt!" said Dusk.
"I know, but Dash and I agreed on using her dimension's Screw Loose!"
"So be careful! He could be anywhere! Even..." Dash's eyes widened and she pointed her hoof toward Knuckles. "RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!!"
"AH!!!" Knuckles jumped and landed on his face. He got up in his fighting stance. "Where is he?! Where?!"
They all started laughing.
"What's so funny?" he asked.
"Yer scared face!" Applejack said, still laughing.
"Oh, yeah?" Knuckles grabbed her shoulders and pulled her really close to his face. "Do I look scared?"
Applejack blushed and looked away.
"Ye-Yer embarrassing me, Knux!"
"Huh?" he blushed, noticing how close they were, and let her go. "So-Sorry!"
"Looks like AJ has a special somepony!" teased Rainbow Dash, winking.
"Looks like RD has two!" Applejack teased back.
Knuckles, Blitz and Sonic blushed. Amy Rose wanted to shout and cry at the same time. She was about to do so when she felt a hoof caressing her head. She turned around and saw Bubble Berry.
"You don't have to be all sad, silly!" he said, smiling. "Soon we'll go away and he will be all yours again! They're just happy for finally meeting someone or somepony that could keep up with them!"
"But... What if I lose him forever?"
"You will not! My guess is that he likes you, but he avoids you because you're too young! And Bubble Berry's guesses never failed him!"
"If you say, so..."
Berry then threw confetti over her.
"Now smile!"
Amy giggled.
"Thanks for cheering me up, Berry! And thank you for being such a dear friend!"
"Anytime! I love to see my friends smile!"
"Good news, everypony!" said The Doctor, approaching the camp. "The TARDIS has collected a lot of information! We can make a safe travel back home!"
"Those are great news, Doctor!" said Twilight, smiling.
He looked toward Shadow, who was with his arms crossed and eyes closed (and Pinkie Pie on his head).
"Now that the information is completely gathered, we can make travels without losing it, so... Shadow!"
Shadow's ears perked up and he opened one of his eyes.
"If you still want that travel..."
Shadow opened his other eye and grinned. Pinkie Pie gasped started bouncing around him happily.
"Yay, you smiled! You smiled! You smiled!"
The Doctor went back to his TARDIS with Shadow, Pinkie following them.

Space Colony ARK. Shadow, The Doctor and Pinkie Pie were looking through a glass window, each of them with a key necklace. On the other side of the window there was a younger version of Shadow playing with a human girl.
"Maria..."
A tear appeared on the corner of his eye. It was quickly wiped away by Pinkie's tail. He looked at her and saw a smile on her face and worry on her eyes. He smiled, placed a hand on the top of her head and looked back at Maria.
"That's what you get for being immortal! You are forced to leave those you love and care about behind!"
"I know how you feel..." said The Doctor, his ears flat on his head.
"How?"
"I have 13 lives and over 900 years well spent! I had to say goodbye many times! More times than I'd feel comfortable with!"
Shadow sighed and they all walked back inside the TARDIS. Pinkie Pie jumped on Shadow and hugged him.
"Pinkie..."
"Don't be sad, Shady! What if you live forever and outlive your friends? You shouldn't lock yourself inside your own shell and hide your feelings! You have to live every day as happily as you can, so when the time to say goodbye comes, they will have a big grin on their faces thanks to the good memories you gave them! And good memories and friends are the best last things you can have with you!"
Shadow hugged her back and whispered "you're right" on her ear.
"So promise me you will be friendlier from now on! No, even better! Pinkie Promise me! Like this!"
Shadow chuckled as she did the silly moves:
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!"
He did the same moves and repeated the words:
"Cross my heart and hope to fly, stick a cupcake in my eye!"
"Now you Pinkie Promised! And you can't break a Pinkie Promise! If you do, I'll come and get you!"
They approached each other.
"How? We live in different dimensions!"
"I'll find a way!"
They approached even more, their faces a few inches apart.
"You promise?"
"I Pinkie Promise!"
They closed their eyes and their lips met.

Rarity cleaned Espio's tie with her hoof, adjusted his tuxedo's collar and put a bowler hat on his head.
"Oh, darling! You look gorgeous! Just gorgeous!"
"That's the third suit you force me to wear and you say I look 'just gorgeous'!"
"Because you do look gorgeous, darling!"
Espio pushed Rarity and grabbed her before she fell on her back. He approached his face, smiling.
"Are you trying to use your charm on me, lady?" he asked.
"Maybe!" she answered, smiling as well.
"Well, well! Look at these lovebirds!" said Rouge, crossed arms and smirking.
"Look who's talking, darling!" said Rarity, winking. "I saw you kissing Elusive earlier today!"
"I-It was just a little peck on the cheek!" she defended herself, blushing. "Well... But he's not so bad! Handsome, have sense of fashion, promised to make me new clothes free of charge..."
"Rouge, dear? Are you around here?" asked Elusive, not too far from there, with his saddlebags on his back.
"Over here~!"
"Ah, there you are! Good evening, Rarity and Espio!"
"Good evening!" they said at the same time.
"I have a deliver for you, Rouge!" he grabbed with his magic a package in his saddlebag and gave it to her.
"What's that?"
"Your new clothes!"
"You already finished it? So fast?"
"It's easy when you're an unicorn, dear!"
"I guess!" she approached him and gave him a quick kiss on the lips. "Thank you!"
Elusive blushed and, with a goofy smile on his face, he fainted.
"I think you broke him!" said Rarity.

"That's it, sugarcube!" said Applejack. "Time for us to say 'goodbye'!"
"I think so!" said Knuckles.
"Don't ya dare to forget me, ya hear?"
"I won't! Not after a buck in my face that knocked me out cold!"
"Ya'll only remember me because Ah knocked ya out cold?"
"Well... Yes!"
"Then this time Ah'll give you something warm to remember me!"
"What are you talking abo--"
He was interrupted by her lips pressing against his. First he was shocked, but then he closed his eyes and hugged her, kissing back.
"Ah'll miss ya, Knux!"
"I'll miss you too, AJ!"
"They look cute together!" whispered Shade.
"Ah don't know!" Apple Jack whispered. "It's kinda weird see mahself from another dimension kissin' a guy! It's like she's me! Ah don't feel comfortable watchin' them kissin'!"
"If you say so..."

"So, yoy're going home!" said Silver, sounding disappointed.
"Yes!" Fluttershy said, almost whispering, looking down.
"I'll miss you, Fluttershy!"
"I'll miss you too, Silver!"
They looked down, an awkward silence on the area. Not even a single cricked dared to make a noise. The silence lasted a few minutes when they finally said something:
"Silver, I--"
"Fluttershy, I--"
"Oh! Fine, you can say first!"
"No, you say first!"
"I was going to say something silly, anyway!"
"So was I! But I bet your silliness is far more important than mine!"
"What about saying at the same time?"
"Ok, then! On three! One..."
"Two..."
"Three!"
"I think I have a crush on you!"
"You have a twig in your mane!"
Silence again.
"A-And I think I have a crush on you too!"
Silver hugged Fluttershy and looked in her eyes for a few moments before kissing her. She blushed crimson red, but after a few moments she kissed him back.

Twilight and Dusk were sitting on the grass, looking at the starry sky. The lavender mare broke the silence:
"So, met anypony or anybody who picked your interest?"
"No, I haven't!"
"I bet it's because you already like somepony!"
"Touché!"
"And since you are me and I am you, I'm pretty sure I already know who she is!"
"I bet it was elementary, my dear Watson!"
Twilight chuckled and Dusk smiled.
"Y'know, I was hoping to meet somepony or someone here that I'd like, just like the others did, but I can't seem to do so! Every time I think about that his face appears in my mind, interrupting my thoughts!"
"The same happens to me!"
"Since I moved to Ponyville I've been thinking about finding my special somepony, settle down and start a family! Then he fell from the sky! How am I supposed to find my special somepony if I can't stop thinking about him?"
"I know, right?"
"But he needs me as much as I need him!"
"You're right! She needs somepony to stop her sometimes! And most of the times, this somepony is me!"
"Since they cannot date common ponies like us, let's show them our love by helping them as much as we can, until we can't anymore!"
"Sure!"
They hoofbumped and laughed.
"Twilight!" called a male voice.
"Dusk!" called a female voice.
Both looked around, searching for the source of the voices, and saw The Doctor and The Doctress standing not too far from where they were.
"Having a good time?" asked The Doctress.
"Just talking!" answered Twilight.
"I'm afraid it's time to go!" said The Doctor.
"Oh! Right! We knew the time was approaching!" said Dusk.
They all trotted back to where the others were. They all bid farewell and the ponies entered on both TARDISs, but The Doctor, Twilight, The Doctress, Dusk, Bubble Berry, Rainbow Dash, Butterscotch and Rainbow Blitz.
"Told you! Tomorrow morning you will be able to stalk him again normally!"
"Do-Don't use the word 'stalk'! Sounds creepy!" Amy said.
"Okie-dokie-lokie!"
"Oh! Berry! One last thing!"
"Yes?"
Amy pulled his face closer and kissed him. Bubble Berry's tail started spinning like crazy, making his rear legs hover a few inches.
"Thanks! For everything!"
Berry smiled and bounced towards The Doctress' TARDIS.
"Are you sure you will be ok?" asked Butterscotch.
"I will!" answered Cream, smiling.
"Really sure?"
"Really sure!"
"Really, really sure?"
"Really, really sure!"
"Really, really, really, reeeeeeeeeeally--"
"Don't worry, Butterscotch!" said Tails, putting a hand on his shoulder. "I will take care of her!"
Butterscotch sighed. He didn't wanted to leave Cream.
"Thank you..." he said, then nuzzled Cream, who hugged him. Once she released him, he turned his face, facing Tails.
"If I ever come back here and discover something happened to her, Tails, so help me!" he said in a threatening tone.
"I won't let anything happen to her! I promise!"
"Take good care of her!"
Cream hugged Tails and said:
"And I'll take care of him too!"
They all laughed and Butterscotch trotted toward the TARDIS, but stopped before entering.
"Oh! Almost forgot! Doctor!"
"Yes?"
"Watch out for somepony called 'Discord Whooves'! he was the one behind everything!"
"Right! Thanks!"
Butterscotch entered The Doctress' TARDIS.
"Rainbow Dash!" called Twilight.
"Just a minute, ok?" she said. "Why do I have to choose? You both are awesome!"
Blitz and Sonic looked at each other.
"Aw, screw this! We are never going to see each other again, anyway!"
Rainbow Dash grabbed Sonic's cheeks and pulled him closer for a kiss. Blitz's ears flattened his against his head and looked down. A hoof on his chin made him raise his head. He saw a pair of magenta eyes, whose owner kissed him as well. Blitz smiled while kissing her.
"This never happened!" she said.
"Of course not!" agreed Blitz.
"What never happened?" Sonic asked, smiling.
Rainbow Dash winked and hovered toward The Doctor's TARDIS. Sonic raised his fist and Rainbow Bltz hoofbumped it before going to The Doctress' TARDIS.
The Doctor entered his TARDIS and The Doctress entered hers as all the Mobians left. Twilight and Dusk were the last ones there.
"Remember our conversation, Dusk Shine!"
"You too, Twilight Sparkle!"
They hugged each other, smiling.
"Goodbye, Twi!"
"Hope we meet again someday!"
"Me too!"
They entered on the blue boxes and the doors were closed. The TARDISs made their typical sounds and started to disappear.

Once the travel was over, The Doctor opened the doors and trotted out. They landed on a grassy sunny area on the outskirts of Ponyville. He was soon followed by his five companions.
"Here we are!" he said cheerfully.
"Next stop Manehatt-- Huh? Doctor?"
The Doctor looked left and saw something he could not believe; The Doctress, the Male 6 and the other TARDIS.
"What?" he said, looking at the Doctress.
"What?" she said, looking at The Doctor.
"How--"
"When--"
"Why--"
"Where--"
A brief moment of silence, then the fourteen time travelers shouted:
"WHAT?!"

"Good morning, Roseluck!" said a yellow-coated mare with orange mane and carrots as Cutie Mark.
"Oh! Hello, Carrot Top!" said the beige-colored mare with burgundy mane and a rose as Cutie Mark.
"Nice statue you got there!"
Both mares looked at the statue of a pegasus standing on it's rear legs and covering it's eyes with the hooves.
"Where did you got it?"
"I bought from a traveling merchant! He said it is called 'The Weeping Pegasus'!"
"It's really cool!"
"And it was really cheap! As if he was trying to get rid of it!"
"Or because he gave you a huge discount because he found you really attractive!"
"Oh, stop it, Carrot Top!"
