There he was. A enemy who I always dreaded. He's been at my back for years, but know he decides to rear his ugly head now. I know I can't win alone. It takes more than one to beat him. A friend, an ally, a brother, a wife, nowhere to be found. My confrontation with him was alone this time. I stood my ground as he started his virus on me. Now dear reader, you may wonder who this… divine beast is. The one who dares challenges the warrior of darkness. Well, he not only challenges me, but you as well. He stalks you as well he does me. Creeping in the shadows, sleeping in our minds. His name, the name of pure hell ITSELF IS… boredom .

"I need to spend less time with Rarity." I said as I fell back on my couch letting out a sigh. "Man I hate my days off." I was having a dreaded day off. I mean I enjoy a day off and all, but I like hanging with my friends on those days. I wondered why they were all busy until my brain pulled out a mental list.

Eclipse: With Vinyl at show in Fillydelphia.

For a minute I was wonder the hell I was thinking until my stomach started to rumble. "Hehe forgot breakfast. What to have?" I wondered as I raided my fridge and found not even a nibble of anything edible. "Great. Well at least I got an excuse to see Pinkie." I said to myself as I picked up a couple bits and locked the door behind.
-Seconds later-

Usually it would take a normal Pegasus about five minutes to get to Sugercube Corner, me, takes me two seconds flat. Of coarse it screws up my mane, but I loved how it would blow back.

"Yo Pinko, you here?!" I said flying through the door to see her rushing from one side to the store to the next.

"Oh hi Ezio. Sorry can't talk now. To much work to do." Pinkie said running out of air at the end of the sentence.

"Of course, everypony's busy today but me. Ugh hate having time off-" Wait what dud I just say.

"Doctor!" I unknowingly scream which made Pinkie jump higher than any earth pony I know. "Sorry Pinko." I say before rushing out the door and ran into the stallion I was looking for.

"Terribly sorry I didn't…" He let out a laugh at my face. "Ezio, it's great seeing you again. How's Spitfire doing?" He asked as I helped him up.

"She's in Manehatten for her friend Gunners' wedding so how's Dittsy and Dinky doing? I asked as we started to trot.

"Perfect. You were right Ezio, marring Dittsy was a good idea."

"I told you y'all were perfecto for each other."

"So how's your day off going?" Doc ask as I let out a groan.

"HORRIBLE! I'm bored as a..." I said as i wondered for a analogy.

"A dalek with nothing to eliminate." He quickly added.

"Um yeah... so I was lucky I found you. I was wondering if you were doing anything today?"

"Not really. Just some minor repairs on the T.A.R.D.I.S.."

"PLEASE DOC CAN I HELP YOU?!" I screamed, begging him t say yes.

"You wanna help me do repairs on a time traveling police box? Alright." He said as i let out a cheer of victory. "Well it's a long trot there. Shall we be on our way?"

"We shall." I said as we started our way towards the tardis thingy.

(Later)

"Well we're here." Doctor said opening the doors to the T.A.R.D.I.S revealing the always jaw dropping inside.

"Never gonna get use to seeing the inside, but it makes me wonder how this is even possible."

"Well Ezio it's quite simple really. You see-"

"What's simple to ya Doc, really isn't so simple to me. So what needs repairs?" He said pulling out blue prints to it with red x's marked in specific spots.

"Well the communication array is buzzing out so if you can help with-" Doctor was cut off by a loud siren and flashing red lights. "Oh no…" Doc said running downstairs as I followed right behind him.

"What's going on Doc! Is the pizza stallion's thirty minutes up!" I screamed over the sirens.

"Ezio I know how you like to make everything a joke but now's not the time. The core is over reacting and if it explodes it could a super nova and destroy the closest organic life forms!"

"Equestrian Doc!" I said in confusion.

"If the core fails, a black hole will open and suck in anypony close to it, and who is closest to it?"

"Dear Celestia…" I said in terror. If the core dies, the Doc and me pay.

"Don't worry Ezio, we can probably fix it. It's a fifty-fifty chance actually." He said as he blocked my way to a door. "Cover your eyes Ezio and open them slowly when I tell you to. Follow my words and you won't go blind."

I did as the Doc said and shut my eyes as a click plus a warm glow took over me. I slowly opened to see… possibly the most beautiful sight I've ever seen. As I looked where Doc was, I saw a crack with rays of light shooting out. I just knew this is bad.

"Ezio! Help me!" He screamed as I flew over to him to hold a giant iron rod deep in the crack of the core. The heat, I felt like I was on Celestia's sun. I could feel my skin underneath my fur begin to boil and char. "Nonono this is bad." Doc was freaking out.

A wave shot out of the core which sent me flying back and banging my head on some device as I strange feeling flee from the back of my head. I was laying there in a hazy state. I could see y
the doctor running around the room, trying to fix what I knew was a lost cause. Then, a white wave filled the room, swallowing me and the doctor whole. For a moment, pain. Then I felt peace.
