Today was finally the day a stallion Razor Graze, was going to stand up in front of many ponies and talk about a show which was frowned upon by society. He was very unsure and didn't know if it was courage and bravery or just plain utter stupidity which drew him to do this but it was something which needed to be done, for the better of the community and if no pony else was going to do it, it would have to be him.

The pony Razor Graze with an icy and white coat, dressed in a black suit and white shirt contrasting with his red and white mane stood on the stage in front of one thousand ponies. He began his speech:

" Good Morning everypony! I come on this stage today, wanting the better for us as I respect and consider each and every one of you a fellow mare and stallion. It is at least what I think as we see each other every day and help one another out. Now any pony here can help another out, but what matters most is how you do it.

It is true what they say about us ponies, in the darkest of caves, the smallest ember shines brightly but if we got the kerosene and desire to shine brightly and make an impact, why only be an ember?

Last year, throughout the many difficulties Equestria has suffered, the Parasprites, the stampedes, dragons and also the war which raged between the ponies of Appleloosa and the buffalos which claimed it their land, one of many things stood out and changed ponies for the better one by one. My friend who shall be unnamed actually brought me into this and I am forever grateful. I too laughed and made comments about the show as you soon would, how irrelevant it was and how I would never watch it or how it was against our nature.  Curiosity actually got the better of me and I tried it. The thing about us on the whole is that we judge too fast and that is our flaw, how do we actually know if something is bad or good? You can’t just listen to somepony’s opinion if they themselves have never tried it.

This one show focuses and works hoof in hoof with our beloved Elements of Harmony: Laughter, Honesty, Generosity, Kindness and Loyalty. Laughter as one smile can go a long way to encourage others to press on when they have fallen. Honesty as it is the best policy, we may see it as a way to get out of trouble at some points but losing your morality is worse. Generosity as helping out one another to overcome obstacles, no one stallion is an island and as ponies we strive for communication and interaction, so why want something which can be negative? Loyalty as having strong faith with one another knowing that they will always have your back and your side, what good is a friendship without loyalty? It is nothing. And Kindness, selflessly serving our community.

These simple elements are what bring nations together, these simple elements are what bring people together and these simple elements are what make our community strong.

An actually unbelievable source as this never has one show gained a massive crowd and never has there been a community like this which offered their help for one another with the ability to stand up for themselves. You will hear many stories of ponies’ lives changing for the better, standing up for what they believe in by using their will and courage to protect others rather than to retreat. I myself am proud to be part of this."

Razor Graze took a deep breath upon the stage, remembering his own hardships of the last few years but he had used what the show had taught him, to stand up, to be brave and suck it up.

"Last year, my parents divorced.  I never acknowledged it that much but last year, it affected me terribly. I now live with my mother and occasionally visit my father.

I guess it never did bother me back then, the loneliness, as I still had my best friend, but like life he too had changed. Drifting from me as best of friends, to hanging out with other ponies. I guessed back then, I was never that mature to hang out with him or maybe I was just smarter to not follow while he drank and smoke his life away. Deadly habits I wouldn't ever succumb to.

One day, he came to me with a cigar in his mouth. I of course was overjoyed knowing that he would still come to his old friend unforgotten. I remember it like it was yesterday, him telling me about problems, not the smoking and drinking but his heart condition.  He didn’t know why it was getting worse. Yes! That’s right, worse! He had the heart problem from before; he knew about it and told no pony! But yet he still smoked and drank! I on the other hoof knew perfectly why. The pony way of talking him out of it and trying to understand, never worked. It was time I tried the humane way.

I snapped at him, it had gone too far. I had pushed him against a wall using somewhat force a pony was never meant to use. Shouting at him, telling him what he could have lost, I took his cigarette and threw it on the floor. I then did the unthinkable for inseparable friends; I disowned him and left him where he stood to suffer for his own actions, showing him what he could lose and how terrible every pony would feel.  

That night, I cried. What about all the good times? They were all behind me. I sacrificed my friendship just to save his life, something most ponies wouldn’t do. To give up something so great and meaningful, I just didn’t want to see him go. That was more important to me.

If I didn’t do what I had done back then…….. He wouldn’t be here today and we still won’t be best of friends.

I changed the way of his thinking and through that, I know what I have done and what I shall continue to do, what this show and community has taught me and what I hope will teach you. To stand up for yourself and in what you believe in. To take the risk and that a little bit of force can go a long way. I am not forcing you to watch the show; I am just telling you of how greater of a community we can be.

Self-sacrifice works hoof in hoof with generosity, showing how far you would go just for somepony. Only one book I have read out so far truly focuses on that point, 'Fallout Equestria'. If you haven’t read it, I will give you a brief summary. It was about a smaller pony, like one of us, experiencing the world which was hidden from her and the fellow dwellers behind a protective vault like gate. She had given up everything, even her life countless times to save her friends from harm’s way. Now, I don’t think he is a humane but this story deserves to be read as it focuses on the term ‘Self-sacrifice.’

Everything in life is about balance, change and how we deal with it.

This community shares many races, earth, pegasi and unicorn and as ponies we share many differences but it is how we react. What we need to do is understand and accept these differences. But one thing we do share is our art, may it be our stories, paintings, sketches and music, we still owe it all due to this one show.

This show is so famous now that they actually used our beloved and favored artist, Vinyl Scratch and made her into one of the characters called Skrillex. As for Octavia, they represent her as a ‘man’ called Beethoven with the equal and artistic ability to create wonderful orchestral music.

I know you might find what I am about to say as a joke and laughter at it is expected but everything I say here is true and as a pony, I will tolerate such laughter, tease and taunts.

Because of the show, ‘My Little Human’ created by an alicorn, HeartPony, thousands of lives have been changed for the better, standing up for what they believe in and yet tolerably against what society thinks of them. I am not ashamed of what I have said and going to continue to say as what I have is pride in what I do and what my fellow ‘humanes’, of stallions and mares, young and old continue to do.

If such a show like this needed to reteach what must come natural to us, to become better, to sacrifice and to stand up when others cannot, we really need to do a little bit of growing up.

If you go on the internet and just search through a little while, you may know what I am talking about.  My friend who shall be unnamed actually brought me into this and I am forever grateful. I too laughed and made comments about the show as you soon would, how girly it was and how I would never watch it.

I myself am proud to be part of this, from one person who has read what I have written, it wasn’t through what I have written but it was how I talked to him and welcomed him into the group. I won’t call it a group actually the way how we help each other and come together, I called it a family.

He came to me one day and thanked me of how I welcomed him and others with open arms…. He told me of his thoughts of suicide and how I changed the way of his thinking and through that I know what I have done and what I shall continue to do, what this show and community has taught me and what I hope will teach you. I am not forcing you to watch the show; I am just telling you of how greater of a community we can be.

This community shares many religions and as humans we share many differences but it is how we react. What we need to do is understand and accept these differences. But one thing we do share is our art, may it be our stories, paintings, sketches and music, we still owe it all due to this one show.

Actually, it really isn’t a show anymore, we aren’t a fanbase anymore, we are much more than simpler words can comprehend and with that I hope that we shall not be named a school, such a common title for many establishments but I rather prefer a family. If one simple show meant for a younger audience of girls can do this, to have such a big impact, why can’t we?

I know you might find what I am about to say as a joke and laughter at it is expected but everything I say here is true and as through what I have learned, I will tolerate such laughter, tease and taunts.

But before that, I would like to hear a truthful response from the crowd, teacher and student alike. Even though I already know the answer, there is no need to feel ashamed or to lie, we have all done this before as I already got answers from previous students.

Well, Ms. Lauren Faust, the creator and contributor of those shows and our childhood created a new show to add to her famous collection a year back. The name of this show, the name of this epidemic that has changed the world that I have just spoken to you all about is no other but “My Little Pony Friendship is Magic” created in her vision, shocking isn’t it? Even though it has great animation and plot, that was not my main focus of this speech but how it has affected millions of lives and how it shall continue to do so. I am not ashamed of what I have said and going to continue to say as what I have is pride in what I do and what my fellow bronies, of males and females, young and old continue to do.

If such a show like this needed to reteach what must come natural to us, to become better and to understand, we really need to do a little bit of growing up.

Both human and pony alike in their alternate universes, stood on the stage in front both of their massive crowds revealing their page which had supposedly been what they read from yet, it was blank of words and writing.

Everything which had been previously said, came from their heart and soul as it affected the crowd such as the way My Little Pony and My Little Human had affected millions of lives.

Both unique members of their species received numerous applause in terms of clapping and a stomp of hooves. Their work had been complete, to spread the word of Bronyism and Humanity to their cultures, changing lives for the better.
