Authors note – Please take into consideration that this is currently a one shot fic. And is supposed to be short. Twilight Sparkle sat in her boring library doing what she always does, reads and studies for Princess Celestia and her studies on the magic of friendship, defiantly not suspecting any visitors like usual. But today was defiantly going to take a turn for that.

-Rainbow Dash POV-
'Come on Dash, you can pull off sonic rainbooms, fight manticores and dragons, but can't knock on a door, seriously! Come on!' Dash sat outside of Twilight's library, her hoof ready to knock on the door, not moving, frozen in mid-air. 'Ugh!' Rainbow Dash hit her hoof hard on the ground in frustration, sweat almost dropping from her face in anticipation and with the nervousness burning in her stomach. Dash remembered how earlier, she somehow just mustered the strength to even come down to the library and to ask Twilight out on a date or something like that.

'Yeah, so much for that, another failed attempt and another horrible day of my life' The cyan Pegasus gave up, realizing it was just another failed attempt and that she was probably going to have to try another day, if she even got the chance. Rainbow Dash turned around, walking a few steps away from her crushes library door just about ready to fly off back to her home after all that’s happened.

That is, until she heard a door open behind her. 'No..' Was Dash's final thought before a confused looking purple unicorn stepped out from the library.

-Twilight's POV 3 Minutes Ago-

Twilight lifted her head up from her studies, she could have sworn she just heard what sounded like hoofsteps from outsise her door. Twilight stood up on her hooves and started slowly moving towards the door. 'It could just be a costumer... yeah.. a costumer, not Princess Celestia. But then why would they wait outside my door? Oh no! They must be deciding my fate!'

The lavender mare took a few seconds to calm herself down and approached her library door and opened it, a purple aura surrounding it.

-Rainbow Dash POV-

“Rainbow Dash?” Rainbow heard that comfortable voice mixed with a little curiosity in it.

“Oh.. hey Twilight” The now shy Pegasus said, her voice almost cracking.
“Why are you outside my library door, can't you just knock?” The lavender mare asked, approaching a little closer to the Pegasus. Twilight was pretty confused.
Rainbows wings 'poofed' out and she nervously looked into Twilight's eyes as if to find some sort of treasure. 'Its time to confess, its now or never' Rainbow stared, her rose colored eyes getting lost in Twilight's for a few seconds of true relaxation. “Twilight.. I uh.. you're really co-cool and stuff” The rainbow maned Pegasus felt the redness go to her cheeks, her nervousness finally beating her courage to a brutal death of blood and guts. (LOL)
“Rainbow are you feeling okay?” Twilight said, motioning with her hoof to Dash's blushing cheeks.

Dash stared back into Twilight's beautiful purple eyes, getting lost once more. 'Actions speak louder than words.' Rainbow took a cautious hoof steps toward Twilight Sparkle, ready to go in for the kiss that she has been longing for since she saw the lavender mare.
“Howdy there girls!” Rainbow quickly stepped back from Twilight, blushing furiously.

“Hey Applejack” The lavender mare responded, also stepping back from Dash, but not blushing nearly as much as the rainbow maned Pegasus.

“What're y’all doin'” Applejack asked, eyeing them both with piercing green eyes.

Dash could feel the tears go to her eyes, her one and only chance, and she had blew it, and Applejack was to thank. Dash flung out her wings and flew off towards her cloud home, if anyone had paid attention, they would have seen a tear filled Rainbow Dash, rare sight indeed.

-Twilight POV-

Twilight could see the tears filling Dash's eyes, and was just about to ask her what it was she was crying about, but never got the chance as she quickly flew off.

“What did I do?” Twilight had tears filling her eyes too, coming out and down her cheeks every time she blinked to get her vision back.

“Sugarcube, its about time somepony told ya something.” Twilight choked down her sobs momentarily along with her crying to listen to what Applejack had to say to her. “Rainbow... Rainbow fancy's ya, as in likes like ya” The orange earth pony motioned with her hooves as she talked to give Twilight a better point, and she sure as hell got the idea.
It was time to fix things.

- Twilight POV -

Twilight had finally arrived at Dash's cloud home with her hot air balloon and her cloud walking spell she used at the best young flyer competition also. 'What if she doesn't want me here?'

'What if she does though? This could by my one and only chance I have.' It was Twilight's heart that had spoke to her there, and she couldn't agree more, this could infact be her only chance, and she wouldn't give it up.

Twilight had just walked closer to the door, a little faster than before because of her grown self confidence because Dash shared her feelings. The lavender unicorn had reached the door, it was time to mend some things.

                                             - Rainbow Dash POV -

Dash took her tear stained face off her couch, she couldn't even force a smile on her face if she wanted to, it felt like she had the flu. “Ugh.. come in!' Dash managed ' Who of all pony's could it be now?' She could of taken a few guesses, but they were all eliminated when she saw the purple unicorn, AKA love of her life in front of her, it looks like she may have cried a little for whatever reason also.

“Dash...”
“I'm sorry, Twi, I just never think stuff when I do it, I let my emotions get ahead of me.” Rainbow stared at Twilight. ' More beautiful than ever.. bathing in the moonlight makes her coat look so-'

“Dash?” Her train of thought broke and she realized she was practically drolling and looking at Twilight with bedroom eyes. The cyan Pegasus’s face went beet red, smiling sheepishly showing how embarrassed she was to all who could see her cyan face. Twilight was a little red in the face too, noticing Dash's expression. Twilight giggled a little also, at least she still has a since of humor Dash thought.

“Listen Dash, I'm-”

“No Twi, I'm sorry for dragging you into this, I couldn't help it though, you're just so beautiful.. your eyes so hypnotizing I.. I can't explain it!” Dash paused, breathing in some air. “ But this didn't seem like a little crush that little foals have. I couldn't have known, but I think I-”

“Love you?” Twilight finished for her.

“Yeah” Dash stepped a little closer to Twilight, the smile on Twilight's face and her glistening eyes gave her confidence to do anything she was challenged. They both looked into each others eyes, staring into them as if they just saw the the most beautiful treasure ever, and they had.

Dash inched her lips closer to Twilight's, she doing the same thing, closing there eyes to make what was about to come better.
Dash felt a pair of soft lips meet hers, the moment shes been waiting for for so long, happening. Dash could feel her lips separate, a tongue asking for entrance at Dash's lips, and she gladly accepted.
The cyan Pegasus could feel Twilight's tongue wrestling against hers, fighting for dominance, there saliva mixing and tasting each other.
Twilight let out a few moans inside of Dash's mouth when she felt Dash fighting over Dominance inside of her own mouth. The lavender mare was the first to pull away, realizing they would never stop after 10 minutes of passionate kissing, which she didn't mind.

“Is this what love feels like?”

“I hope so.”

I like to think the ending was horrible, oh well thought.
Like everything that is romancy was not in this story.
Literally, this wasn't good at all.
Uhmm... why am I still talking?
