Sweetie Belle's True Story
Chapter 1: Start of a new life.
Sweetie Belle sighed as cool wind hit her frowning face, she realized she is the only one without her cutie mark Scootaloo got it in demolition, and Apple Bloom got her special talent as a cobranded, while she is still a blank flank even as she grew older. She frowned at a picture of her and her friends who she hardly ever sees in person anymore, Scootaloo travels around equestria, and Apple Bloom is in Canterlot fixing things for the ponies, while she is in Ponyville living with Rarity because the parents passed away last year in a car crash. Sweetie Belle walked around Ponyville which was going like a normal routine. Sweetie Belle walked to the library she knocked on the door. The door opened slowly to a purple unicorn "Oh, hay Sweetie Belle" Twilight reacted seeing the teenage Sweetie belle.
"Hay Twilight can I see what books you have?" asked Sweetie Belle.
"Oh, yes of course come in, as long as you don't try to make any love poison " joked Twilight bursting out laughing. Sweetie Belle sighed as she walked around the library to look for a few books. She found a few books that peeks her interests most was on the subject of magic. She walked up to Twilight "I'd like to rent these books please" said Sweetie Belle giving a weak smile. "Okay Sweetie Belle let's see what we have here Changelings, Star swirl the bearded beginning spells, and star swirl the bearded moderate spells, wow you sure you want these actually I don't remember reading the book about changelings" responded Twilight.
"I'm positive Twilight" blurted out Sweetie Belle.
"Alright then" Twilight handed her the books with her magic. Sweetie Belle took the books with her teeth and put the books in her saddle bag.
Sweetie Belle went into her bedroom and closed her door; she opened up the book on changelings and started reading she thought maybe reading about them will take her mind off of her blank flank. She read the first pages which explained the changeling race in general she read on until she decided to read on spells she read about the simple lavations spell. She tried and tried again until she was successful. She let the aura drop the book on her bedside table. She looked at her flank still nothing there she frowned again. "Sweetie Belle!" yelled her older sister. Sweetie Belle walked down the staircase to her sister "Yes sister?" asked the teenager.
"What do you want for dinner?" questioned Rarity.
"Well I don't really care to be honest sorry" Sweetie Belle apologized. Rarity knew why she was so upset, today was the same date when her parents died. Sweetie Belle walked upstairs slowly when Rarity stopped her. "Wait Sweetie Belle the parents who died wasn't our true parents" admitted Rarity.
"R...r....r...really they weren't?" stuttered Sweetie Belle questioning her sister's words.
"That's right our real mother is unknown to me" said Rarity looking away from Sweetie Belle.
"Oh man you don't know" Sweetie Belle groaned.
"All I know is she lives in the Everfree forest" added Rarity. She turned to face Sweetie Belle but she was gone.
Sweetie Belle was at the edge of the Everfree forest's entrance when Rarity stopped her "Sweetie Belle what are you doing!" yelled Rarity at the top of her lungs.
"I have to find out who my real mother is, I can't just forget about my mother isn't my real mother!" yelled Sweetie Belle.
"But....but..... But it's dangerous out in the Everfree forest you can't go out there alone" blurted Rarity.
"I have to sister or I'll never know my destiny" explained Sweetie Belle walking to the entrance of the forest.
"Fine Sweetie Belle you can go just be extremely careful, I don't want to be sister less again" Rarity groaned.
"I will be carful Rarity" Sweetie Belle sighed. Sweetie Belle looked at the edge of Ponyville and the Everfree forest as she crossed into the forest she looked back to see Rarity crying. She was ready to change into the forest and even live in the forest for as long as she needs to.
She looked around the forest as the lights grew dim and the darkness rose. She gulped as she saw the sun lower she hastily made a run for a hole she saw on a mountain she hardly slept, the piercing sounds of Timberwolves scared her awake. After she finally fell asleep she woke up with a strange flower in front of her she touched it and walked around the strange flower. She heard some noises that sounded like words of encouragement she was wondering about the noises, so she followed the sounds. She was startled by the sight of a large hive of changelings. She shrieked which made her hiding spot wide open. The changeling leader caught her with his green aurora of magic. Sweetie Belle expected to be attacked by Timberwolves but changelings she did not expect one bit.
The changeling leader was going to bring Sweetie Belle to Queen Chrysalis to decide her fate whether she will be set free or left for the buzzards. She was scared she gave one last cry for help this time a zebra appeared. "What is this I can see this doesn't look like she belongs with you sorry" Zecora chuckled. The Zebra threw a few flower peddles at the group of changelings; the flower peddles made the group cower away and hiss. "What was that Zecora?" questioned Sweetie Belle. "You see dearest Sweetie Belle these peddles act as a repellant to changelings the race is scared of the plant for reasons unknown" explained Zecora.
"Now I shall ask you a question, what are you doing in the forest without your sister or friends?" asked Zecora.
"Well my friends are somewhere is equestria, and my sister didn't come because I told her not to" admitted Sweetie Belle. "But why my dear will you come alone?" asked Zecora.
"I'm trying to find my true mother, I know this is a shock but the ponies who have taken care of me aren't my true parents, and now that they are gone I want to at least meet my true mother Rarity knows something but not who she is" added Sweetie Belle. "And that is what you are after?" asked Zecora.
"Right, that is going to be the last thing I am going to do, it might even be the last thing I do but I don't care" added Sweetie Belle. "Well, certainly you’re not going to continue tonight come with me to my hut so you may rest without Timberwolves’s howls keeping you up" replied Zecora.
"I guess that would be nice" said the frowning Sweetie Belle.
The next day came and Sweetie Belle ran out the door at the crack of dawn determined to find her true mother. She smelled something it conserved her she knew what that meant it could only be a Timberwolves. She started running as fast as her legs could go until the teenage Sweetie Belle came face to face with a timber wolf. She gave a high pitched squeak. As the Timberwolves jumped at her a green aurora stopped the Timberwolves in their tracks. "Huh?" she questioned the save. "Who saved me?" she wondered until a long shadowy figure appeared. Sweetie Belle squinted at the figure.
"Who are you and what business do you have here?" asked the shadowy figure starting to step towards the light.
"I'm Sweetie Belle and I'm here to find my true mother!" yelled Sweetie Belle.
"Pleased to meet you, Sweetie Belle" said the figure finally stepping completely into the light. Sweetie Belle's eyes widened in horror of Queen Chrysalis. Sweetie Belle's blood ran cold as the evil queen stepped closer and closer. “I remember you from the attack" the queen said to break the silence.
"W...w...why did you save me?" stuttered Sweetie Belle.
"Because you don't deserve to be buzzard food" explained Queen Chrysalis.
"Okay" said the teenage Sweetie Belle.
"Now that you are safe why don't you come with me" said the queen. Sweetie Belle hesitated before she started following she only hesitated until she mentioned her mother and her thought.
The two ponies were walking around when the queen broke the silence. "You said you are looking for your mother right? Well she might be closer then you think" hinted the evil queen.
"What do you mean?" asked Sweetie Belle.
"I mean she might be next to you" the queen hinted again. Sweetie Belle had a blank look on her face.
"Fine I'm your mother Sweetie Belle" the queen blurted out.
"Oh my, you....you are?" said Sweetie Belle. The queen nodded her head. Sweetie Belle's blood ran cold again this time she didn't shake it off nor could she.
