My Little Pony: Elements Are magic

This is a Fan fiction story anything that is not up to date on the TV series will just be excepted as an alternative Universe.

Chapter 1: An Awakening

It was another day in Ninjago , but it was soon be the last for the brave ninja.

Kai was sitting on the deck of the bounty with Lloyd staring off into the sunset.

"So what were some of the realms like?" Kai asked.

"Some of them were really weird and some had portals through other dimensions." Lloyd said staring off into space.

"Well I think we better go secure everything for the night before we go to bed." Kai said with a yawn.

Later that night the realm crystal started to glow causing worm holes to other realms and dimensions to open...

After that night the ninja were never seen again. Presumed dead their loved ones, said their goodbyes at the tombstones. The ninja had been missing for a whole year no one knows why they have vanished...

Kai woke up in a large room. He was in a bed with an IV next to him. He looked around and saw the other ninja sleeping in other beds. He looked around some more he was in a large crystal room, but then a yellow pony with a pink mane walked in with fresh blankets, pillows and water for the IV bags.

Kai sat up a little bit and called out "Miss? How long have I been here?"

Fluttershy dropped a glass cup and was startled by the sound of the mysterious pony waking up.

"Oh, my I am so sorry if I acted strange you just startled me and... Oh my I better clean this up." Said Fluttershy.

As Fluttershy cleaned up the broken glass she came over to Kai.

"You have been in a coma for a whole year my friends and I have been taking care of all of you." Said Fluttershy.

Kai looked around the asked the yellow pony for her name.

"My name is..." Fluttershy mumbled.

"Um couldn't quite catch that?" Kai said.

"My name is flutter..." Said Fluttershy.

"One more time?" Kai asked.

"My name is Fluttershy!" in a loud whisper.

"Oh that explains a lot." Said Kai.

"Um if it's not too much to ask may I have a mirror?" Kia asked.

Fluttershy came back with a mirror and Kai Looked at his reflection. He was a dark tomato red with a Brown mane and tail, he had wings and a horn.

Fluttershy asked out of curiosity how he was an alicorn.

"Um an Alicorn?" Kai looked at her puzzled.

"Well it seems you and your friends are all alicorns, they are pony's with wings, horns, and Earth pony strength." Said Fluttershy.

Kai looked at the mirror again and looked at her she was a Pegasus.

"If it's not too much to ask I must go tell Princess Twilight of your awakening, I also ask you to remain in bed with lot of rest." Said Fluttershy.

Fluttershy left the room and the others started to doze out of their sleep.
