Before Nocturne, people believed that dreams were figments of their imagination, meaningless images that flashed through the mind when one slept. This belief was put to the test when a rash of sleep-related incidents started afflicting summoners of the League. Some would wake up screaming, terrified and beyond consolation. Some could not fall asleep, slowly going mad as the nights ticked by. Some simply never woke up. Physicians were baffled until a Field Architect happened to pass out next to a nexus on Twisted Treeline. Witnesses said he cried out once and then stopped breathing. Immediately after, magical energy arced out from the nexus, and Nocturne appeared.
Nocturne did not take his introduction to this world kindly. He slaughtered everything he could find before summoners were able to magically confine him. After a period of intense study, League experts divined that Nocturne hunted summoners in their sleep, attacking them in a place where their magic was useless. This seemed to be his only purpose. The families of the victims demanded justice, but League officials were concerned that death might only return Nocturne to the place from which he came. They bound him to a nexus fragment, trapping him in the physical world. As punishment for his crimes, they allowed summoners to call upon Nocturne in the League matches, bending his will to the summoners he hates and creating his own personal nightmare. League scholars don't know whether he truly came from the plane of dreams, or whether there are any more like him. Some theorize that the summoning act affected summoners' subconscious minds, luring Nocturne to them in their sleep. Perhaps the most disturbing theory is that Nocturne is a person's nightmare come to life. If this is true, they wonder, who is the dreamer?

Nocturne was still in his prison. Summoners would often summond Nocturne cause of his aggressiveness and hatred for his enemies. The battle had started, Nocturne rushed to the jungle and started farming to get the early advantage. When he reached level 6 he heard his ally Jarvan IV asking for help at the top lane "Nocturne gank top lane" and Nocturne responded "Not a chance pathetic human" Jarvan answered in an aggressive way "You idiot you are gonna get me killed if you don't help" "You think I care". After that Nocturne continued to farm in the jungle and ganking the lanes just to kill his enemies. Nocturne and his team where at the enemies nexus and were ready to finish the game. While he was attacking the nexus the enemy Xerath used his ultimate ability to stop Nocturne. 10 electro balls came from the sky trying to hit Nocturne. Nocturne could easily doge them or use his dark shield to protect himself. Some balls however shot the nexus, the nexus was infused with magic. Before Nocturne could notice a portal appeared right on top at the destroyed nexus. "What is this?" "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?". Nocturne tried to escape but the portal sucked him in."AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH" He shouted. When Nocturne went to the other side of the portal he was so powerless that he passed out. When Nocturne "woke" up he found himself in a dark forest. Nocturne said to himself "What place is this?" Nocturne started wandering around the forest without knowing anything about the place or it's habitants. Nocturne started investigating the forest to find answers to where he was. While he was walking he heard a snarl from some bushes. Nocturne was ready to face whatever was out there. After a second some wolves that were made out of stick jumped out of the bushes and started attacking Nocturne ,he said "You dare attack me?" I will show you pain" With that said Nocturne counter attacked the wolves with his blades. He started stabbing the one wolf until it was dead, he then used duskbringer to kill the other two, then he grabbed the final one and cut it in half. "You though you could kill me?" "A nightmare?" he said. Before he could "walk" away the pieces of his enemy started to move close to one another. Nocturne quickly noticed that and turned around to face what's left of them. However these pieces created a giant version of themselves and Nocturne was ready to kill that thing for good.

Meantime in pony Ville The mane six are hanging out at twilight's castle's. "So what do you think about the new tournament?" Asked Applejack. "I hope nopony gets hurts" Fluttershy said. "Oh come on Fluttershy it's gonna be perfect" Rainbow dash said. Well as long as it's gonna be safe we will enjoy it" Twilight said. While the conversation was still going the ponies in pony ville heard a scream coming from the Everfree Forest. "What was that?". Some ponies were wondering what was happening at the Everfree Forest and went to investigate. While they were following the source of the screaming the say a giant Timberwolf fighting something like a ghost with blades attached to it's wrists. "WHAT IN THE NAME OF CELESTIA !?". Some of the ponies run away. Nocturne turned around and saw colorful horses. He was distracted by all this and he was hit by the Giant Timberwolf. "COME AT ME" he shouted. The Timberwolf tried to bite Nocturne but he dogged it and stroke back. He shot the timberwolf with his duskbringer a couple times in order to weaken the Wolf. When he say the opportunity he cut the Timberwolf's front leg. Timberwolf fell down and Nocturne started to cutting it's belly. The timberwolf screamed in pain and was not able to move. Nocturne went closer and started stabbing it's face without stopping. "ENOUGH" a voice was heard from behind Nocturne. He turned around and saw Twilight and her friends, and he shouted "AND WHO ARE YOU TO GIVE ME ORDERS". Twilight said calmly" My name is Twilight Sparkle and who might you be?" Nocturne did not expect this type of answer and he said" Why is my name so important to you?" Twilight said "Well you kinda just killed a Timberwolf and you scared some of the ponies that came here". Before Nocturne could say anything Pinkie Pie came out of nowhere and said" QUICK USE UNSPEAKABLE HORROR". Nocturne was surprised and said" Wait, how did you know?" "A wild guess" She smiled.

Nocturne said calmly" My name is Nocturne" "Nocturne? What kind of name is that?" A rainbow mane Pegasus asked. " My name and if you don't like then you will have to deal with it" "Oh yea?" "Oh yea". "Please both of you" Twilight said. " Why don't we take you to my castle for tonight Nocturne?" Twilight asked. Before answering Nocturne though that this is not the place where he was before and though that he could very well be free from his torment." Sure Twilight Sparkle", "Please call me Twilight"
