Hello guys, and I am really stressed out right now, and it is all Dylan Unleashed's fault. I am currently doing a debate whether I should do Dylan Generations and postpone Dylan Unleashed, or vice versa. This debate will last for at least 1 week after posting this chapter, so the story with the most votes then wins. I won't do anything until I get votes in the reviews; so for now, this will be worked on.

This takes place after Dylan Generations and directly after MLP FIM Season 4.

Has anybody wondered why Spike is still a baby, when he was hatched when Twilight was 7?

Prolouge

(Sonic's POV)

It was a few years after that time traveling adventure/reunion with the ponies. I'd say, at least 2 years. Let me give you a summary of what's happened over the 2 years.

Rainbow Dash decided to stay again. Tails was worried if something was to happen, but the ponies said they would be okay. I really hope that is true.

Rainbow Dash and I had a wedding, and now have one baby named Lightning Dash. She looks a lot like Rainbow, with emerald eyes. Her mane is Rainbow, but with a bright-blue tint. She also likes nature. A lot. By a lot, we mean "Fluttershy" a lot. Plus, she has lightning powers. She can only do little sparks right now, though.

Eggman hasn't been seen since the Time Eater attack.

Getting back to the present, we were at Hawaii, when I found a strange portal behind our cottage. The inside looked... familiar. And then I saw ponies! I saw Fluttershy and Twilight there, and I realized it was a portal to Equestria! The ponies sure did keep their promise. Did Twilight do this? I thought. They looked surprised, but I could... hear them? I guess that's a no. Getting up, I walked over to the portal."Oh. Hello!" I said into the portal. They were even more surprised (with a "Whoa!").

The rest of the Mane Five looked into this portal, and were happy. "Hi Sonic!" Twilight smiled. But that's when I noticed Twilight's wings. I turned back to the cottage we rented, "Hey, Rainbow Dash!" I shouted. "Come check this out!" Rainbow Dash came out a few minutes later, and when she came, Pinkie Pie appeared in front of the portal, saying "Hi!" This scared Rainbow, and she fell on her back. "Pinkie?" she said. Rainbow got up, and asked Twilight how she got her wings. "Oh, it's a long story." Twilight chuckled.

This got the attention of Dylan and Flash, and they came out as well. "It's like this is too good to be true!" Said Pinkie. "Should we take our vacation over to Equestria?" I asked the family. "Sure!" "Then, let's get packing. We should see you in at-most 30 minutes or so, so at least try to stay calm!" I grinned.

We were done packing up, and headed to the portal. We then noticed that... "The portal is closing! Quick! We need to show you our surprise!" I hurried. Rainbow jumped in with the baby, her appearing on the other side. I then jumped in with Rainbow and I's briefcases.

However, the dimension-hopping really weakened us. It weakened me so much, where I got a headache, and passed out. But I noticed that before I passed out, that the world was changing around me.

(Rainbow's POV)

The dimension-hopping really weakened us. (Basically the same thing happened with Sonic.) I woke up in an unfamiliar building. Whoever built this place seemed to crank the temperature real high up. I opened my eyes up to a blinding light. No, this wasn't a building. It was a desert. The thing is, it didn't look familiar at all!
"Where... Where am I?"
I soon found out when I saw a carrier fly past me, pushing me a little bit from the wind. Just a few seconds later, I saw a blue blur pass me. "This must be Sonic's world. But, that must mean Sonic is here as well."

I flew up to Sonic, who was barely going at his max speed.
"You can't lose me, Egghead!" Sonic said. I noticed Sonic had a slight change. He had sports tape on his wrists and ankles, a bandanna, and blue arms and legs.
"EggMAN! You know my name is Doctor Eggman! You do that on purpose!"
"Do what, Egghead?"

There was a silence, and for a few seconds later, I noticed that Sonic got wide-eyed, and stopped, almost going off the edge. There was a giant chasm

"It all ends here, good friend! Prepare to be destroyed, by Burnbot!" Then, a big robot showed up, and I noticed it's lack of fire abilities, when Sonic said "So what, is he gonna burn me, with flamethrowers or something?"
"Flamethrowers uh no."
"Oh, um acid? Incendiary grenades?"
"No, no, no, he has claws, he has claws, very painful claws!" And as if to prove it, Burnbot showed up its claws, and pinched them together.
"Then you should've called him Clawbot, or Veloceraptor, or Pinchertron 900! But Burnbot? That's just false advertising!"
"I named the robot, Sonic! Burnbot, attack!"

All the while, I was expiramenting with this... vision. I kept waving my hoof in-front of their faces, made silly faces, made loud noises, etc... But everything distracting I made was ignored... Like I was a ghost.

(Spectating boss:_Burnbot_)

Burnbot jumped down, and started to run around the chasm. Sonic saw this strategy, and followed it. Yet, he took off instantly, and so fast, that I was pushed to the side comically. "Wow, Sonic has been really improving!" I said, knowing that nopony could hear me. Just then, I heard a speeding plane above me.
"Tails!" I shouted.
"Blue Leader, this is Yellow Sky; I have eyes on Burnbot!" Said Tails through the walkie-talkie. "He's on the move! Over."
"Thanks, Tails!" replied Sonic. "Initiating Speeding Swing Surprise!" said Sonic.

Just then, Tails flew the plane down the chasm! Toggling something on his belt, his hand glowed yellowish-orangish.
Then, Sonic and Burnbot got down to the bottom layer at the jump, and they charged at each-other, with Sonic performing... a Sonic Boom? The difference was that it was much less quieter, had a really small white ring made, and Sonic go a little bit faster. Lets call this a Sonic Lightboom.

It was like it was in slow-motion. Tails flew the plane over to Sonic as they were about to collide. Tails, using the thing he activated, summoned a light-orange laser-like whip, and swung it at Sonic. Sonic caught the whip, and dodged Burnbot. They came back around, and Sonic kicked Burnbot in the face.

It was no longer in slow-mo, and Burnbot got launched into the rocky wall. "Get up get up get up!" Eggman ordered. He did as told, and noticed Tails flying the plane away. He launched one of his elastic claw-hands, and it hit Tails's plane!

It started to spiral down towards the ground. "Tails, Tails, bail!" Sonic worried. Tails pulled the eject pulley, but it was broken! I wish I could do anything to help, but I watched as I could do nothing to help my friend close to being dead. "So this is what Shadow must've felt..." I said.

Sonic began to help, but was blocked by Burnbot. He launched a claw, and missed. Sonic panickly looked around to use the enviroment as a weapon. We both saw a boulder above Burnbot, so Sonic jumped up and knocked the boulder on to Burnbot. But he wasn't worried about Burnbot right now; he was worried for his friend's survival. Using the boulder to gain altitude, he jumped out of the chasm, only to see the plane close to crashing; his friend still in it.

"Tails, no!" Sonic shouted. The plane crashed with an explosion. Seeing nothing fly out, he ran towards the explosion.

(Results: Sonic Wins)

"Tails!" I shouted, breathing heavily and fast. But then I realized that it was just a dream. "Phew... just a dream..." I said. I then noticed the other ponies around me. Calming down, I tried to get up, but was pushed back down by Twilight. "Don't get up yet, Rainbow. You seem heavily weakened from that dimension-hopping." She said. "Where's Sonic?" I asked. The ponies exchanged glances, and nodded. Twilight looked at the floor, and replied with "We couldn't find him."

(Celestia's POV)

"Celestia, we've got somepony demanding to get in, and he says he doesn't have any memory, except that he is convinced that he is a hedgehog." A guard warned me with a spell. "Bring him in." I replied, curious of who this was. "Sister, somepony demands to get in, doesn't have a reason, and has amnesia." I warned Luna. Then, an unfamiliar alicorn walked in. "Ah, finally. You're... princesses, right?" He squinted. "Yes. He's pretty smart for an amnesic pony, but that voice sounds familiar." I whispered the last sentence to Luna. "I agree, but then why does he not look familiar?" my sister whispered.

"So, how much do you know with your amnesia?" Luna asked.
"Am-what now?" He asked.
"Ehh," Luna paused. "memory loss. So, what's your name?"
"My name... I don't know my name! What is my name!?" He panicked. "No, no... gotta stay calm, like I usually am. At least, I think I am usually calm..."
"Oh my. This is very serious amnesia." I whispered to my sister.
"Wait, it's S-s-s..." He held out that consonant for a few seconds, before Luna could respond. "Nope. Slipped away."

I exchanged glances with sister, and nodded. "We think we may be able to help." We offered. "We know a group of ponies who may be able to help you get your memory. They live in a town west of here; the town is called Ponyville. Search for somepony by the name Rainbow Dash."

He nodded, and walked away.

(Twilight's POV)

We tried to calm down Rainbow, but to no avail. I managed to hold her down with my Alicorn magic, and she gave up. Just then, Spike came in. "We've got a letter from Celestia!" He called. I picked it up with my magic, and read it out-loud.

Dear Twilight Sparkle,

We got a mysterious visitor recently. He seems to be a blue alicorn with a short, spiky mane. I sent him over to Ponyville, so he should be there in a few minutes. He came for help, as for he has amnesia. This is a pretty serious amnesia, where he didn't even know his own name! And one last interesting feature about him is that we don't recognize him, but he sounded familiar.

Sincerely, Princess Celestia.

"Who could dis new pony be?" Applejack asked.
"We've got to throw him a Surprise Welcome to Ponyville Party!" sprang Pinkie Pie.
Those were some of the comments, yet I never said a word. And I re-read this again, making each little detail in my mind. Blue... Short, spiky mane... Young-adult age... Could this be him? I went wide-eyed, and everypony suddenly stopped talking, and must've noticed me.

"Twilight, are you okay?" Asked Applejack.

"I think I know who this ne-"

Suddenly, there was a boom. Dust flew everywhere, the ceiling fell apart, and something fell in. When the dust cleared, a 1/3 percent of the roof was gone, and there was a pile of rubble. But something was on the top of it. "Ow... Where am I?..." It spoke. More like somepony. He got up, to reveal an unfamiliar yellow Earth Pony with a familiar voice. It seemed to have an orange and yellow mane, much like Spitfire's. He seemed to have two tails. His cutie mark was some gears and a wrench. We were all wide-eyed.

"Tails!?" We all spoke in unison.

Sonic, Rainbow Dash and the family found a portal to Equestria... it was a strange portal. You could hear, see, and feel through it. The family decided to take their vacation over to Equestria, but the dimension-hopping took the living day-lights out of them. Literally! Sonic seemed to have appeared somewhere else, when a mysterious alicorn appeared in Canterlot. He is sent by the princesses over to Ponyville, when a strange meteor-like thing crashed into the library. There, stood an unfamiliar pony, it revealing itself to be Tails.
