Okay so MLP: FIM has finished its 2nd season and the Avengers movie (or Avengers Assemble as we call it here in Britain) has been released (we Brits got it released here 1st *does gloating dance*). I thought of doing this crossover between 2 and here is the trailer! Expect spoilers for the movie when it comes out and I am planning to make it go beyond the movie (even might deal with that post credit scene)! Also on koolerkid did an excellent crossover between the 2 called My little Avengers (and of all ponies its Big Macintosh who is the main character!) also don't expect this fic for a while!

My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic theme (instrumental) is playing

The mane 6 and Spike were at Canterlot Castle for the Grand Galloping Gala.

"Let's hope this Gala goes on better than the last one" said Twilight with her friends nodding.

A freaky lightning storm hits and zaps Princess Luna, Princess Celestia and Twilight Sparkle on their horns.

"What was that?" asked Twilight in her head.

A large portal is opened and most ponies are walking away with it but Twilight is caught and sucked into it.

Soarin of the Wonderbolts flies in trying to rescue Twilight but he gets caught in as well.

"TWILIGHT!" screamed the other Mane 5 and Princess Celestia. The Luna, Celestia, the other Mane 5, Shining Armor, Princess Cadence and Twilight's parents all scream and are about to cry as well Twilight and Soarin are sucked into the vortex portal as it closes down.

The MLP music stops and is replaced by suspenseful instrumental music.

Twilight and Soarin wake up in some sort of cell in a high tech base.

"Where are we?" asked Twilight.

"welcome to the S.H.I.E.L.D. Hellicarrier" said a man coming up to them "my name's Nick Fury director of S.H.I.E.L.D!"

Then it shows Twilight and Soarin at a table with Bruce Banner, Captain America, Thor and Tony Stark.

"There is something called the Avengers Initiative..." explained Nick Fury.

Fight as One by Bad City starts playing.

Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Hulk, Hawkeye, Black Widow, Twilight and Soarin have their backs together as they fight off the Chentauri army in New York City.

Soaring is flying with Twilight on his back as she uses her magic to fight of the Chentauris.

After something unexpected happens Hulk looks dumbfounded and said "Hulk take back everything Hulk said about pony being puny!"

"Twilight?" asked Fluttershy, Rarity, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Applejack and Princess Celestia asked once they see Twilight.

Some scientists are working and a bald man is strapped to a table.

"Mr Creel this will only hurt a lot" said one of the scientists and the man started screaming in pain.

"any last words Sparkle?" asked a villain. Twilight smiled and said "yes I have got a few things to say: AVENGERS ASSEMBLE!"

Gilda the Griffon is flying off away from the guards as she just stolen something from Canterlot Castle.

She landed on the ground after making sure she had out flown the guards. She then smirked, put her hand up high in a victorious manner and said "HEIL HYDRA!"
