Chapter 46: D-Reaper in Ponyville

Not to mention Dr. Wolf, Commander Firebrand, FOB and Silver-Quill are owned by their corresponding brony reviewers.

Things happened way too quickly for Takuma and Fluttershy. One moment the Tamers, Jeri, and Fluttershy with their surviving Digimon had been teleported out of the Digital World and now were standing in DATS HQ. Takato stood surprised looking around the building. He had never seen an amazingly cool organization building like this. Commander Sampson approached the Tamers while Yamaki was just glad to seeing his son safe and sound, in fact Yamaki was actually hugging his own son even going into hugging Fluttershy knowing she was safe.

"Father?" Takuma asked Yamaki.

Yamaki looks at his son "I'm just glad you are okay son. I know your Mother Twilight is worried for you as well."

Takuma blushes "Sorry."

"Don't worry" Yamaki told his son while looking at Fluttershy "You done what I would've done if someone I loved was kidnapped and dragged unwillingly into the Digital World. If you would've been transported to the Digital World twelve years ago...I would've followed to rescue you."

Fluttershy blushes at Yamaki's look. Yamaki turned to Goldmon, Takuma's Digimon partner "Goldmon...Thanks for keeping my son safe."

"It was my pleasure to be able to do that" Goldmon told him.

Samspon then explained what was going to happen "Henry, Jeri, Kazu, Kento, and Rika. You five will stay on Earth to reunite with your families."

"Ah" was the response from the five Tamers and their Digimon.

"It has to be done" Thomas told the five "You've been away from your parents for a long time. It's time to get back to a normal life on Earth."

"But what about Takuma?" Rika asked "He's originally from Earth too."

Kudomon answered "Yes, Takuma was born here on Earth, but he was raised on Equestria as well. Fluttershy will be going back to Equestria."

"Thank you" Fluttershy said politely.

Kudomon continued turning towards Takuma "Because of his connection to Earth and Equestria he gets to choose where he wants to be."

"Lucky!" Kazu and Kento said in disappointed tones only Kento went further "At least Takuma won't have to go to school like we do."

"We were taking some lessons in Equestria when Twilight returned that one day" Takato reminded them "Maybe she'll ask Takuma to go to school still."

"Being Twilight" Fluttershy said blushing red "she would insist on that."

All eyes were on Takuma especially Rika's sense Takuma was in her eyes her very first friend that ever wanted to be friends with her, one that even helped her to become a better person in life. Takuma turned to his friends quickly making his decision "Sorry guys. Where I was born on the Earth. I just feel that it isn't for me just yet. Honestly it'll make me feel more like an alien if anything. Plus, I'll be along way from my lovely Fluttershy."

Fluttershy blushes at the comment giggling wanting to hear more.

Takuma finally finishes "So, I'll be staying in Equestria."

Yamaki heard his son's decision and this didn't surprise him. After all Takuma did make a point on being raised in Equestria all his life. Plus doing so would make his feel that he was an alien. It would certainly take time for Takuma to adjust to Earth living. That and he already had a girlfriend and Yamaki knew all too well that long distant relationships with lovers often didn't end happily.

"Ah" Takato muttered "Takuma...We'll miss you."

"I know" Takuma told his friends "But being on Earth just doesn't feel right to me. Yes, we do have parents with mine only being my father Yamaki here but you all have families that miss you and want you back."

Yamaki then spoke surprising everyone "As much painful as it is for me to admit this, Takuma is making the right decision."

All eyes were on Yamaki surprised that he said that line. Yamaki continued "Don't get me wrong! I would love having my son around to raise to the last years of his childhood, I'd enjoy it for lost time, however a few wise people once were quoted to say this, home is where the heart lies. Takuma has been raised by Twilight Sparkle for twelve of his years in Equestria, this makes Takuma's home not Earth, but Equestria. It wouldn't feel right for my son to live here after many years in Equestria. Takuma is making the right decision here."

Even Takuma had to blink at this, those words would've been something that his mother Twilight Sparkle would've said, only in Takuma's opinion more cheerfully, more informing, and understanding as if it were a lesson she had learned.

Takato, Henry, and Rika exchanged friendly hugs with Takuma knowing that they'd be separated for a long time. Takuma accepted this as Rika hugs Fluttershy close, Rika eyes Fluttershy smiling "Treat Takuma right won't you."

"You bet I will!" Fluttershy told her accepting Rika's hug "And I'll miss you Rika."

"We all will miss each other" Henry admitted to the group.

Takato turned to Sampson "Commander...Can't we make an exception that we could visit Takuma in Equestria?"

Commander Sampson answered Takato "Normally DATS wouldn't allow such a thing to happen under any circumstances...However, even I can see your friendship with Takuma is high, and separating you four for a long time may have even more bad consequences later on, so DATS would be honored to make an exception to allow you to visit your friend."

"Really?" Takato asked him "That's great!"

"But after you've settled down with your family" Kudomon admitted "That or it's an emergency that you need to visit Takuma."

The Tamers all smiled at this understanding that they could visit each other thanks to DATS.

Sampson turned to the Tamers "Any other questions before we send you to your parents?"

"Yeah Kento and I have one" Kazu said and it was Kento whom asked "Who is the Sun Goddess? I mean what is her secret identity."

"If you don't know it" Kudomon told him "Then you may never know. It's best the Sun Goddess's identity stays a secret. Those like us DATS members know who she really is but we're under oath both from DATS protocol and the Sun Goddess herself to not tell her identity to anyone. The Sun Goddess doesn't need anyone watching her true self. Give even her some privacy"

"Understood" Kazu and Kento sighed.

With this Takato, Rika and Henry turned to Fluttershy and Takuma "Bye Fluttershy, bye Takuma."

Fluttershy, and Takuma wave back "Bye Jeri, Henry, Kazu, Kento and Rika"

"We'll see each other one day" Takato admitted.

"You bet we will" Takuma agreed "And on that day perhaps it can be a normal day. No Digimon encounters, no D-Reaper."

"Just good friends playing together!" Calumon shouted.

The Digimon were even saying their goodbyes with Renamon speaking to Goldmon "Goldmon...It was an honor fighting alongside you in Equestria."

"Same here Renamon" Goldmon replied the scorpion winks at her "Don't let Rika go back to her old ways."

Renamon shares a small smile at Goldmon "I'll make sure she doesn't go back to her old ways."

"Don't forget to insult any villain you come across in Equestria Goldmon" Terriermon told Goldmon.

"I most certainly won't forget to do that" Goldmon replied.

Guilmon held Goldmon's claws "Protect Takumamon just as I protect Takatomon, and we'll see each other again one day, this isn't a long goodbye."

Goldmon agreed "We'll see each other again one day, and you can be sure I'll protect Takuma with my life."

Guardromon spoke "I never been to Equestria before, but it sounds nice and peaceful...Goldmon make sure it stays like that and not like the Gekomon village that Orochimon took over."

Goldmon agreed with him "Trust me...Takuma nor I will let any bully take Ponyville or any part of Equestria over."

With goodbyes said, Henry, Jeri, Kazu, Kento, Rika and Takato were escorted to DATA Squad member cars to take back to their families leaving Fluttershy and Takuma in the HQ preparing to be teleported back to Equestria. Yamaki turned to Takuma patting his shoulder "Takuma...I'll visit you one day again. Right now I've sworn to help DATS track down Professor Kurata. No one uses me that easily and gets away with it."

Takuma silently nodded towards his father, and Yamaki continued "That being said, continue listening to Twilight."

"I will" Takuma promised.

With this said Calumon, Goldmon, Fluttershy and Takuma were teleported out of DATS and back to Equestria.

Once safely in Equestria, Fluttershy and Takuma looked around as they were near the school house in Ponyville. At once Applebloom, Sweetie Bell, and Scootalo rush down greeting the four. It had been many weeks sense Fluttershy had been kidnapped and Takuma went to go save her. The three fillies were happy to see them again.

"Fluttershy, Takuma!" Applebloom shouts.

"Goldmon!" Sweetie Bell spoke.

"And Calumon's back too!" Scootaloo said.

"Hey girls!" Takuma said to them.

"How's the recovery going?" Fluttershy asked.

"It's going smoothly" Scootaloo answered "Thanks to Twilight Sparkle's organization skills. Want us to show you around?"

Takuma nods "You bet."

The three fillies take the four around Ponyville. To Fluttershy, and Takuma's eyes it seemed as if it was only yesterday that Fluttershy had been kidnapped and Ponyville had been destroyed by the Pig Deva, now Ponyville was rebuilt. They get to the center of Ponyville where the mayor's office was located. Takuma looks around the area and sees his mother Twilight sitting with Spike at her side watching what little recovery efforts was still going on. He sees her "Mother Twilight!"

Twilight heard her name being called and being addressed mother and she excitably jumps up accidentally kicking Spike in the head. "Ouch Twilight!" Spike said rubbing his head where her hoof had accidentally kicked him. Twilight turned seeing this and she apologized "Sorry Spike, got carried away from hearing my son's voice."

She then saw, Calumon, Goldmon, Fluttershy and her son Takuma. Her heart was so happy and she beamed with pride seeing the four alive. Gathering in telekineses Twilight managed to grab Takuma and bring him close to her.

"Whoa! Mother Twilight!" Takuma shouted feeling her drag him towards her like this.

Once in her hooves Twilight cries happily as she hugged her adopted son "Takuma...You're safe."

Takuma hugged her back glad to have her in his life "I am, and I'm here to stay."

For a while mother and son hugged with Twilight not wanting to let her son go. She was still hugging him when Fluttershy arrived in the area. Twilight smiled at Fluttershy "Thank Celestia, you're safe Fluttershy!"

Fluttershy smiled "Indeed Twilight. Thank the Sun Goddess too. She, Marcus, and Thomas rescued me."

Twilight held onto her son smiling while feeling him pat her back "Goldmon, thanks for protecting Takuma and Fluttershy."

Goldmon blushes at her comment "Hey, somepony had to protect their backs."

Twilight now lets Takuma go as she then spoke "Takuma you can fill me in with everything on your adventure later...Including nearly dying from heat stroke."

Takuma sweat dropped seeing clearly that him being separated by the data stream and winding up in the desert area wasn't something his mother was going to forget. Spike looks at Twilight "Twilight. It's like Silver-Quill said, Takuma and his friends weren't totally prepared to go into the Digital World, they didn't know it had deserts."

"That's true" Twilight acknowledged him "But still knowing your child nearly was killed because of heat stroke is nerve racking."

Goldmon sighed raising a claw "I tried to tell Takuma to settle down and find shade when we got to the desert."

Takuma sweat dropped "I suppose you did, but knowing me at that time I didn't listen."

"You were too obsessed in rescuing Fluttershy that the heat nearly done you in!" Goldmon told him.

"I figured that was the most likely scenario" Twilight muttered she turned to Takuma "At least your alive and healthy now. I'm proud you went the distance to save Fluttershy, but I also hoped you learned something."

"I did I think" Takuma admitted "Listen to my friends when they have life saving advice."
It is then Pinkie Pie shows up "HEY THERE!" She blinked seeing Fluttershy but no Henry, Jeri, Kazu, Kento, Rika, and Takato "Where are your friends the other Tamers?"
Fluttershy answered "Back on Earth, Data Squad was in business taking them back to their families."

"AHHHHHHH!" Pinkie sighed "I was hoping to throw a welcome back party for the group!...But...I can still hold one for-" she pauses shouting "YOU AND YOUR BOYFRIEND!"
Before Fluttershy and Takuma could react Pinkie Pie bounces off shouting out "HEY EVERPONY, FLUTTERSHY, TAKUMA ARE BACK!"

Twilight Sparkle facehoofs as all the residence of Ponyville stopped working on what they were doing and arrive to greet the two back. Rainbow Dash was the first one to arrive diving down and scooping up Fluttershy first and hugged her joyfully "Fluttershy! You're safe! I'm so relieved that you are safe and sound!"

Fluttershy blushes hugging Rainbow Dash back "Thanks!"

Rainbow Dash then got serious "What did the Sovereign do you to you? Did he torture you in anyway? If he did, I'll be giving him a piece of my hooves!"

"Do that against a Mega Level like Zaiquiomon" Takuma warned Rainbow Dash "And you'll literally be a roasted pony...Trust me...Goldmon and I know how hot his flames are."

"VERY HOT!" Goldmon agreed.

Fluttersh decided to answer her friend "Well he didn't torture me in anyway. He didn't even touch me one bit, but he was planning onto kill me."

Twilight gasped "Why would he kill his hostage?"

Takuma answered his mother "So he could get rid of the evidence...My guess is he would've but the Sun Goddess's Digimon partner Gatomon was protecting her so he really couldn't do that with Gatomon around."

"And I'm grateful she was there" Fluttershy admitted "He just might've killed me if she wasn't. Although he did try to persuade her in joining his cause but her loyalty to the Sun Goddess was superior and she refused his attempts to lure her to his side."

"He was planning to execute soon even with Gatomon at his side right?" Takuma asked her.

Fluttershy nods "Yes, he was. When his second and final attempt failed to force Gatomon to change sides he realized that time was running short for him to do anything to me so his solution was to execute us both. That didn't happen but Beelzemon tried holding the Tamers off and Takuma wasn't with them at the time."

"Takato defeated that Digimon" Takuma muttered.

"Beelzemon?" Twilight asked.

"Impmon's Mega Form" Goldmon answered her "Never seen him myself but Takato and Guilmon say that he wasn't one to be messed with and he killed Leomon...Breaking poor Jeri's heart."

"And making her very depressed" Fluttershy added on.

Hearing that Leomon had died made Twilight Sparkle and Rainbow Dash bow their heads in sorrow. The two ponies knew that losing someone close to you was hard to overcome. Plus by bowing their heads it was a show of respect to the deceased Leomon.

"I'm sorry for Jeri's loss" Twilight said after a moment of silence.

Takuma frowned "Perhaps if Goldmon and I were there we could've stopped that from happening but those transporters..."

"Teleported us so far we couldn't even join the fight if we could" Goldmon pointed out.

Applejack arrived on scene and she too took a moment to remove her hat and bow her head in respect for Leomon "A'm sorry to hear that too. Nopony should have to go through that. Poor Jeri...Did she ever recover?"

Takuma shrugged "From the moment we left the others she was still silent and distant...Even depressed. So I don't think she completely recovered from that just yet."

"But I hope she does" Fluttershy admitted.

"At least everyone else is okay" Applejack admitted.

Rarity joined the scene "Oh, Takuma, where is Rika?"

"Yeah and Takato!" Applejack admitted.

Takuma answered "DATS teleported us back to their headquarters on Earth then as Fluttershy and I left were driving our friends to their homes on Earth. I was given to choice to stay with them or go to Equestria."

He smiled at Twilight "And I choose to stay with Mother Twilight."

Twilight started to cry joyfully hearing that Takuma choose to stay with her. In a way it made her proud that he was her son. She was proud in raising the human she found as a baby. She hugged him close once again "Oh, Takuma..." then she frowns "But you'll be away from your friends. Are you okay with that?"

Takuma smiled petting his mother's mane "It's a choice I had to make Mother Twilight. Sure it would've been nice to stay with my friends and with my father Yamaki, but" he pauses petting her and then poked her nose smiling "But Mother Twilight, I realized something...My rightful place is here with you and the other ponies especially Fluttershy."

Twilight beamed with pride hugging her Takuma crying with happiness "Oh Takuma! Thank you."

She hugged him for a good moment and it was Pinkie whom spoke "Oh this is so a good mother and son moment...You just can't help but not cry along with her!" at the last moment of her sentence Pinke Pie also burst out crying tears of happiness to see her mother and son reunited."

"At least you still have Goldmon with you" Applejack said looking at Goldmon "Here to stay with him?"

Goldmon decided to answer in the way Applejack's brother Big Macintosh would've done "Eyep!"

Rarity sighed but understood that Rika needed to be with her family on Earth "Well darling Takuma, at least Fluttershy and you are in one piece. Oh that reminds me, time to make outfits for you two!"

Takuma sweat dropped thinking I was hoping she'd forget about that. It was what she told me she'd do when Fluttershy and I arrived safely back.

Fluttershy smiled "Oh, I'd like to wear a dress."

Rarity nods "Of course darling."

Pinkie Pie smiled "Come on Calumon, Fluttershy, Goldmon and Takuma! I'm going to throw the biggest welcome home party you've ever seen! EVERYPONY'S INVITED!"

Takuma didn't object to this, after some serious battles in the Digital World, he felt as if a party was just what Calumon, Fluttershy, Goldmon and himself needed. Some fun.

Nightfall came in Equestria where Pinkie Pie had just set up a big party in the newly rebuild Sugarcube corner. While waiting for the party to begin Takuma saw Princess Celestia, Commander Firebrand, Dr. Wolf and a badly injured Silver-Quill walking back to Ponyville with a rare golden cylinder object. Seeing Takuma Princess Celestia stops and smiles at the human boy with Goldmon right at his side. Twilight was with him too.

"I see you returned Takuma" Princess Celestia said with a big smile on her face.

"That I have Princess Celestia" Takuma said.

"And you saved the love of your life, good work Takuma" Dr. Wolf said looking at Fluttershy "Glad to have you back!"

"Thanks Dr. Wolf!" Fluttershy told the kind wolf.

Silver-Quill even though banged up a bit had enough strength to run at Fluttershy and hugged her close "Thank Celestia! You are safe Fluttershy! Oh and Takuma...Good work on rescuing her. See Firebrand I told you that not all the guys here are-"

Commander Firebrand while Silver-Quill was talking managed to raise a crowbar using his magic and slam it against the Hypogriph's head not hard enough to kill Silver-Quill but hard enough to earn a knock out with Silver-Quill muttering "And you wonder why we have trust issues...Good night."

Commander Firebrand looked at Takuma expertly seeing that Takuma had definitely learned from the experience. The Commander looks at Takuma "Well Takuma, congratulations on a mission well done. Silver-Quill was bothering me the whole time Dr. Wolf, myself and him were with Princess Celestia recovering this golden cylinder object saying how in Equestria males seemed to be jokes."

Takuma nods looking at the golden cylinder "Princess Celestia what's that?"

Princess Celestia answered "Something for you when Commander Firebrand and I figure out what this is, if I'm right then this maybe for you to have. Plus I have to talk to my sister Princess Luna about a decision I have regarding you."

Takuma looked as if Princess Celestia was throwing him out of Equestria but the Alicorn smiled "Oh, I'm not throwing you out Takuma. What I have to ask you maybe tomorrow afternoon is to be discussed with my sister. You might like it."

Commander Firebrand was silent respecting Princess Celestia.

Dr. Wolf turned to Takuma "Where she didn't tell me, Silver-Quill or Firebrand her plan, it was actually fun being with the Princess helping her on her journey. You must have a lot to talk about on your adventure."

"Oh there is a ton of things I can tell you..." Takuma said he turned to Princess Celestia "Like the Sun Goddess that might be able to remove the spell off Fluttershy could be the one Goldmon knows about other than you."

Goldmon nods "Sailor Sun, the Digimon's rightful Sun Goddess. We forgot to ask her to do that."

"I have a feeling we'll be seeing her again" Takuma said "Especially when the mess with the D-Reaper is over. After all somepony has to bring Trixie back."

"They caught Trixie?" Princess Celestia asked amazed that she was caught and out of the picture at the moment.

Takuma answered the Princess "Yes, she made the mistake of helping Leopardmon attack the Sun Goddess's palace and Dragon Whispy with Leomon and Jeri managed to find and take her into custody. There's only so much the Sun Goddess can charge Trixie with."

"Plus she has done terrible stuff here too" Firebrand admitted "I mean attacking FOB, helping many other Digimon appear and those are just two things she's wanted here for."

"Add those onto what charges she faces in the Digital World and she maybe looking for a long punishment" Dr. Wolf admitted.

Princess Celestia turned to Firebrand "Take this cylinder to FOB to see what it is. I'll be there shortly to help but first I have to talk to my sister Princess Luna."

"Got it" Firebrand said taking the cylinder. He smiled at Takuma "We'll I gotta go, but we could be seeing each other again soon."

"Right!" Takuma said.

Firebrand rushes off taking the golden cylinder with him. Dr. Wolf decided to stay at the party and to try to help Silver-Quill wake up. The party Pinkie Pie held for the safe return and reunion of mother and son to Equestria was a hit. Many ponies in Equestria enjoyed seeing Takuma, now that they've seen him as a hero. He was willing to go into the Digital World to save the one he loves. Little did they know what he had to go through to succeed. Takuma remembers the ponies all becoming friendlier to him. Takuma was watching Fluttershy be with Rainbow Dash and lets it happen. He was with his mother Twilight and Spike. Goldmon was with him.

"So" Twilight said to her son "Do you have some fancy tricks that Goldmon and you can do?"

Takuma and Goldmon exchanged glances then a small smile was on their faces. Takuma answered "We actually do have a new way of Digivolving into Mega ourselves."

"I'd so like to see that!" Twilight shouted "Wait Mega? You mean like Zaiquiomon?"

"He does indeed" Goldmon replied.

"You can Digivolve Goldmon way past Ultimate now?" Spike asked "Like Twilight I want to see it!"

Takuma and Goldmon exchanged glances with Takuma speaking up "There is little even I know about that technique Goldmon and I can do to do it as we literally become one."

Twilight spoke "Become one?"

Takuma nods "It's called Biomerge...Human and Digimon become one...Fighting together...The Sun Goddess herself says it has never been done before. Even Thomas the smartest DATA Squad member has said Biomerge was merely a rumor and an urban legend among Digimon."

"But Takuma and I know it's true" Goldmon said "We've acchieved that."

"Now I'm more interested in seeing it!" Spike said to Goldmon "Come on Takuma, and Goldmon show us!"

Takuma chuckles "Spike, Goldmon and I aren't going to Biomerge in Sugar Cube Corner without a good reason. It's a waste of power to do that. Besides we aren't sure if Biomerge can work outside the Digital World. That's showing you how much we know about Biomerge...We don't know a lot. In the Digital World we can and have done it. We've done it twice. However we don't even know if it's possible to do that in Equestria."

Twilight puts a hoof under her chin nodding "Takuma's right Spike, Goldmon and Takuma aren't going to use such a technique to waste energy. If anything they have to use it against an enemy attacking us."

"And that enemy would have to overpower SamuraiScorpionmon to do that" Goldmon admitted.

"That will take some really hard core power to do" Twilight admits "I mean nopony not even Princess Celestia and Princess Luna in Equestria has the power to withstand and combat Ultimate Level Digimon, Champion Level perhaps."

Takuma turned to his mother "Plus Goldmon and I would want to know more about Biomerge...Like can it be used outside of the Digital World. I think it possibly can but once again we don't know much about Biomerge only that it can be done at least in the Digital World."

Twilight puts a hoof underneath her chin now wondering the same thing. Rainbow Dash swooped down with Fluttershy "Well Takuma, Fluttershy says you demolished Zaiquiomon's castle with your Biomerged form."

Takuma sweat dropped "Yeah...That's true. I'm still amazed on how powerful that attack was when used in that method."

"That's telling me that this biomerged form is dangerous" Spike muttered "To demolish a whole castle."

"If Goldmon and I are to to Biomerge here" Takuma warned Rainbow Dash, Spike and Twilight Sparkle "I do hope we aren't forced to use that method the first method of using it's attack is safer. If we have to" he turned to Twilight "I'd like the residence to be able to stand a clear distance away."

Twilight understood her son giving him and understanding nod "Consider that done."

When the party ended the ponies exited out through out the night.

At Canterlot Princess Luna and Princess Celestia were meeting up. The royal Princesses were in a heated discussion about Takuma. Both wanted Takuma to stay as he was an excellent young boy. Now that Digimon attacks weren't going to happen, they needed Takuma to do something here other than helping Applejack pick apples. Princess Celestia's suggestion however made Luna's jaw drop wide open. The Princess of the night then spoke "You want Takuma to be our Guardian as in the Guardian of Equestria? Champion Defender of Equestria?"

Princess Celestia nodded "He's come very far. His loyalty also knows no bounds when it comes to protecting Fluttershy plus he needs Goldmon with him. Even I could tell that those two being together meant something. By being the Guardian of Equestria if he accepts he'd be helping you and I out big time dealing with big threats."

"It would take a lot off our shoulders knowing that he would be watching over and protecting Equestria...If he accepts he'd have to show the Equestrian way. You know no killing."

"Agreed" Princess Celestia said "Unless three exceptions are made...One of which is if they are a Digimon as you aren't really killing off a Digimon forever. Second would be if the enemy is a robot and the third, hopefully Takuma is wise enough to know when to do this one, the third would be if the enemy gives him no other choice and this option could go on for multiple encounters."

"Sounds like a good idea" Princess Luna admitted "But will he accept the offer?"

Princess Celestia starts making a badge "I have a feeling he'd accept the offer."

"Does he know about it yet?" Princess Luna asked.

"No, I haven't asked him yet" Princess Celestia said "I had to consult you into this as he won't be doing this for free now...We'll pay him for his hard work. After all he needs to make some money."

"Well alright then" Princess Luna said "If he accepts he'll be our first ever Guardian..."

Princess Celestia nods "Indeed, and now I'm off to see what Firebrand has discovered."

"Gotcha" Princess Luna said.

Princess Celestia took off towards FOB.

The next morning arrived and Takuma was sleeping happily in his bed. Suddenly without warning he heard ponies screaming. Goldmon heard them screaming too. Takuma leaps out of bed immediately and rushes out of his room. Twilight Sparkle and Spike had heard the screams and were at his side immediately. The family rushes out seeing ponies run in panic.

"What's going on?" Twilight asked a pony which happened to be Lyra.

Takuma's heart was pounding seeing Lyra. He started to make a hasty retreat back inside the library just in case Lyra would go nuts seeing him. Surprisingly she wasn't her usual self, Lyra then spoke nervously "Some, giant thing appeared...It's huge..."

"Where is it?" Twilight asked.

Lyra points towards Sugar Cube Corner. Goldmon, Spike, Takuma and Twilight make a break for it and run over towards the area. Once there they stopped seeing a huge red blob. Sense Goldmon was riding Takuma's shoulders the three were forced to stop. Twilight Sparkle's eyes widened with fright "A-A-A-Anypony know what the hay is that?"

"Who knows!" Pinkie Pie shouted "It's dangerous and I can tell!"

"Yeah!" Rainbow Dash reported "It came out of nowhere."

"It's so dreadful looking" Rarity admitted.

Fluttershy was the last one there with Calumon on her shoulders. The two stopped with Calumon complaining seeing it "Uh-oh...When did we get this thing?"

Takuma frowned as Twilight turned to him "Do you know what that thing is?"

Takuma grits his teeth "I sure do...Mother Twilight..."

"Then what is it?" Twilight asked.

"T-T-T-That's the D-Reaper!" Fluttershy answered for Takuma.

"D-Reaper?" The ponies asked.

Takuma took charge "Let's just say, it's a dangerous program that was meant to destroy artificial intelligence that got too powerful then went completely out of control contaminated the Digital World."

"So that thing was in the Digital World?" Twilight asked him.

Takuma nods "Yes...But now that it's in Equestria...We all might be in danger."

Takuma's cellphone rang "Hold on a second everypony..."

He answers his cellphone "Whoever this is it's sort of a bad time!"

"Sorry Takuma" came the voice "It's Rika!"

"Rika?" Takuma asked "What's wrong?"

Rika reported the same thing "The D-Reaper...It's on Earth too."

This overthrew Takuma "Earth as well?"

"Yes, by the tone of your voice, I assume that it's in Equestria, most likely Ponyville as well?" Rika asked.

"Yes" Takuma said "In fact...Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rainbow Dash, Rarity, Mother Twilight, and myself are standing right in front of it wondering how it got here."

"Takato, Henry, and I are wondering the same thing how'd it get on Earth as well" Rika admitted "Data Squad says the Sun Goddess is facing off against it in the Digital World."

"THREE D-Reapers!" Takuma shouted "Great..."

"Data Squad is going to engage the D-Reaper on Earth, Henry, Takato, and I with our Digimon will be going to DATS so we can help you..."

"Thanks Rika" Takuma told her "Hopefully I see you soon."

"You bet!"

The two said bye and Takuma turned to his mother and her friends "Things just got complicated."

"Why do you say that?" Applejack asked.

Takuma answered "It appears that there are three of these things."

"THREE?" Twilight asked "I mean you mentioned one was in the Digital World."

"Another is here" Rainbow admitted.

"A third one" Takuma said "According to Rika whom just called me "Is on Earth."

"Great" Twilight Sparkle muttered "Takuma...What are we going to do?"

"Panic!" Silver-Quill shouted as he saw the D-Reaper "Or drink away!"

Firebrand was there too "Okay...That's huge..."

"Indeed" Dr. Wolf admitted.

Takuma eyes the group "Stay back everypony...Goldmon and I will have to try to beat this thing..."

Goldmon steps up ready "Say the words Takuma!"

Takuma held out his D-Arch "Digi-Modify! Matrix Digivolution Activate!"

The words Matrix Digivolution appeared on Takuma's D-Arch and the process began.

"Goldmon Digivolve too...Scorpionmon!" "Scorpionmon, Digivolve too...SamuraiScorpionmon!"

SamuraiScorpionmon stood in front of Takuma, his mother along with her friends, Dr. Wolf, Firebrand and Silver-Quill raising his twin Kitanas "Get back everypony! I'm about to cut this thing down!"

With that said SamuraiScorpionmon charged the D-Reaper planning onto engage it with everyone including Takuma looking worried about this

This chapter is over! It went according to how I originally wanted for the chapter. A big reunion with Takuma and his mother to the party and finally at the end the D-Reaper. Guys...You might already know this but this story is coming to a close. Possibly 2 or three more chapters. And yes, I've spoiled what Princess Celestia wants to ask Takuma to become but what will Takuma's decision be. Plus what is the mystery of the golden cylinder object? all of that will be revealed in the many chapters to come. Next chapter is Chapter 47: Tamers vs. D-Reaper Round 1. Takuma and SamuraiScorpionmon attempt to stall out the D-Reaper till Henry, Rika, and Takato arrive, but with their Ultimate Levels can they defeat the D-Reaper or will a return of an old friend be needed to stop this threat?
