Twilight and her friends investigate the town of Ghostmane on the night before Nightmare Night.

Nostra stumbles into Equestria and sets up peaceful relations under a ood of lies. Meanwhile, Twilight becomes interested in cars, and accidently pulls the G-6155 Interceptor into Equestria. Car chases, danger, and jazzy tunes ensue.
