Twilight wonders who should replace a missing actor in the Nightmare Night Playrade. Pinkie comes to the logical conclusion.
Never once in her life did Twilight Sparkle think she would one day regret asking a question, to her teacher nonetheless. Never once did she think she would one day wish to forget an answer. One "How many?" later, she wished she'd known better.
Queen Chrysalis, evil ruler of the changelings, had finally been reformed. In a rather unorthodox way, but one that had nonetheless worked. Twilight was ecstatic at the prospect of her finally becoming a part of society. Society wasn't.
Convincing Luna that he'd saved her had undoubtedly been one of Blueblood's greatest achievements, and now he was going to be rewarded for it by becoming her student. He had, unfortunately, failed to account for the alicorn's lack of teaching skills.
The day of Sombra's return is nearing. Twilight and Rarity are on a mission to Canterlot, and they can't find the problem. A mysterious force attempts to stop the purple alicorn. Also, Celestia is a spider, but that’s not particularly important.
Celestia thought she knew herself like the back of her hoof. An incident with a changeling revealing spell was about to make her deeply question that belief.
It was a boring day for Twilight, but luckily for her things were about to change. Not exactly for the best. But hey, it was probably going to make for a good story if they survived.
Twilight runs.
Having received a message from the unicorn asking to see her, Twilight goes to Rarity's house to see why. It turns out the mare has been drinking too much again. Twilight is rather unamused by the event, and by its consequences.
Sunset Shimmer. Celestia's student, element of magic, princess of friendship. From the outside, it was all perfect. From her point of view, it was quickly turning into hell.
The world is in turmoil, Equestria is on its knees, monsters hide at every corner and everypony is trapped by the physical manifestation of their innermost fears. But Rarity isn't going to let such trivial occurrences stop her from delivering gifts.
Twilight snaps.
On one seemingly peaceful evening, Twilight decides to pay Rarity a visit, meaning to chat with her and maybe ask about her thoughts on that book she lent her. Unfortunately, it appears she might have chosen the wrong time for her visit.
During an experimental attempt at digitalising a copy of her brain, Twilight accidentally created a malevolent AI bent on mind-controlling her and her friends into obeying her every command. She reacted with surprising positivity to the whole ordeal.
Something is wrong. I'm in my laboratory. Help will come. Don't panic. Don't look at it.
